John is amazing! So knowledgeable and professional he made an issue that we had been struggling with for months look like a piece of cake. We definitely have a go-to for all of our electrical and media needs!

John did an excellent job installing 6 Tough Dog security cameras and a doorbell at my home. He was great to work with and really cared about making sure I was satisfied. We ended up trying 3 different cameras before settling on what was best for me. I asked lots of questions and even ended up communicating with Tough Dog Tech support, so I appreciate his patience. His workmanship on the installation was great. All the wires are concealed. He had to solve a couple problems along the way, but he wasnt phased. His pricing is very reasonable too. I got one other quote, which made it easy to choose John. The Tough Dog equipment appears pretty solid. Im most impressed with the night vision and smart detection, which makes it easy to go back and see when the camera saw movement. The system is also very quick. The DVR is instantaneous when you switch between cameras or go into video playback. The mobile app loads quickly too. So if youre in the market for a security camera system Id definitely get a quote from John.

If you need a quality guy for electronic install design and adjustments John is your guy. John has set up our movie room with all the a/v components. Hung TVs and run cables in the attic. John hooked up our ring doorbell components and tricked out my golf cart With speakers,led lights and safety equipment. I am looking forward to having him I stall landscape lighting next.
