We were shopping for my wedding ring and Amber helped us. She is very knowledgeable about all of the products and services that are offered. She let us take our time and wasnt pushy. We selected the ring we both decided on and actually found a wedding band for my husband-to-be at a phenomenal price! The prices are great and the rings are good quality. I recommend asking for Amber if you decide to shop at the Missouri city location. I manage a jewelry store and wish all of my salespeople were like her.
We purchased my ring over 5 years ago, and paid for the warranty in full at the time of purchase. At the end of September I lost the diamond out of the ring and took it to Zales to have it repaired. They had the ring about 2 weeks and I decided to give them a call to follow up on when my ring would be ready and was informed the ring was ready for pick up, get there to pick up the ring and the diamond is still missing. One rep told me that the diamond was too big and couldnt be replaced by the warranty company, the next rep told me that since I hadnt brought the ring in for servicing I would have to pay for it, so which one is it? Ok thats fine I will pay for it, I just want my ring back. I decided to call and speak with a manager and was told that he was on vacation and I would have to call Monday, so I did and he told me that he would take care of me and have it expedited. We are 5 weeks in and I still havent heard anything from Zales, so I call again and another rep tells me that it will be another month or so before I can get my ring. My problem is Zales is a reputable company and I couldve built my ring and gotten it faster than whats taking for a replacement diamond, this is a jewelry store. Why am I waiting so long for my ring and not being compensated for my inconvenience. Im really disappointed in this establishment, this is where I purchase all my jewelry and Im feeling like Im not valued as a customer. That is all for now, hopefully I will have some luck in getting my ring next month.

I agree with the other users. This store cant get anything right. First they messed up my payment so I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. When I went there again, they couldnt process my check even though I had the necessary amount in my account. So I had to go get a cashiers check to pay for my fiancees ring. When the ring finally arrived, it was either sized wrong or they didnt even bother to size it in first place. So we had to drive another 20 minutes twice to get the ring resized. I was fed up so much that I purchased my wedding band from Jared down the street. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Better yet, go to Jared. They have a much better service and their prices are lower than Zales. Not to mention they have a bigger instore inventory.
Bought ring had it sized when I received it less than a week the diamond fell out I was very upset. The manager did everything she could to calm me down and I got the ring back in one week and I havent had any problems since. I loved my experience with this location.
