Worst customer service ever. I will say, I found the things I needed but they were differently priced than online. Not by much so no biggy. I did take advantage of the 25% off coupon. However, their return/refund policy is truly flawed. No refunds after 10/19/18. Thereafter, it’s only exchanges. I bought my items on 10/20/18 and wasn’t fully aware of the policy til late. I tried explaining to the cashier I simply didn’t want the items but she proceeded to tap the little policy sign and tell me that there’s no button to process refunds. Also mentioned she’s not a technician so she wouldn’t know what to do with the computer to do that. I politely dropped the receipt back in the bag and just left the items on the counter saying they can have it. Had to remove myself from the store because it wasn’t worth the stress. So all in all, buyer beware.
Stopped by on 9/26 to grab a few items ended up talking to the manager and District manager for a while and leaving with alot! the atmosphere is nice and energetic and friendly. I purchased an animatronic and once home realized it was not functioning. took back today and after trying to find the item at another location and being unable to the Assistant manager of the store gladly tried to fix the one i had to make it work, when unable to do so they refunded the full price to me then conformed that it was online for me to still get. Everyone was happy to help me and super friendly. I have always relied on Spirit Halloween as my go to place as the other Halloween shops have never compared in quality or customer service. you can see the difference when all their workers love being there.
My experience was horrible the manager racially profiled me and my mother she threatened the police at us and she tried to scam us by trying to sell us skeleton tights for almost 30.00 USD
