My Favorite Cleaners located at 2810 Business Center Dr. # 132, Pearland, TX 77584 has lost 3 costly articles of clothing valued over $300. Originally, they informed me that they didn’t now what happen to the clothing and that they would continue to look and they would give me a callback. I never received a call back. There after they began to deny that the clothing was lost. They’ve insisted that I’ve picked it up the clothing. Yet on their computer it shows that I have yet to pick up the items. I’ve been going back and forth with Yolanda and Maricruz for over a month. To make matters worse I’ve requested multiple times to speak with the manager/owner. All the ladies tell me is we will let him know. After multiple calls and physically checking in with them I was still getting the run around. Finally, I went and requested that they call the owner right then and there. Maricruz did and the owner Roy reluctantly agrees to speak to me. I’ve never interacted with such unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I informed him of the situation which based off his response he already knew about but still hadn’t reach out to me despite the many request. He then proceeds to ramble about one lady whom he hired who was terrible and messing up orders also that they could have not lost the clothing but then gives my example that they could have given our clothing to some else. In addition, he states that he has good customers and they would have brought back if they had the items. He was very dismissive and informs me that he is sure that I have the items that there is no way they could have lost the items. Throughout the conversation I asked him multiple times what the protocol is for customers who’ve had their items misplaced or lost. He completely avoids the question the entire conversation. Finally, with myself repeating the question he finally says well I have to ask the “owner”. By the way Roy is the owner. I sad alright when should I expect your call….he refuses to give me a date or time he finally states that he doesn’t know and he would call me back. This last call happen near the end of December and he has yet to call me back so we could resolve the issue. I’ve still called back and have yet find any form of resolution. This whole ordeal began in November and is still going on now. Based off previous reviews it seems that Roy is consistent on being dismissive of customer’s complaints and providing terrible customer service. I warn you do not take your clothing here as to customers are not valued.
