Went inside and was greeted with a great conversation about what I needed. The young lady immediately suggested the perfect basket for the occasion that was within my budget at the time. I have placed several orders with this Edible Arrangements store. The representatives are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to be sure you are satisfied. They even went out of their way by giving each of my three granddaughters a special surprise. I highly recommend them.

My son and his family recently moved to Texas from Pennsylvania. We always spend his birthday at my house. Being that was impossible this year I wanted to do something special. I was gonna have lunch sent to his new job, but couldn’t find anywhere close by to deliver. Then I remembered that someone who I had helped out sent me fresh fruit from Edible Arrangements. They are always so good. I went online, loved what I saw, called the store and spoke to them about it - she was the best - answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I finished my order online, my daughter-in-law picked it up the next day and my son said the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. I love Edible Arrangements!When we visited Texas for a few days, after flying down with our grandchildren, we didn’t meet anyone who didn’t say “howdy”, “how you doing?” It was a wonderful, too short trip and we are looking forward to returning at the end of May.

I placed an order at 2:04pm 02/01 for delivery. I called just to be certain of the delivery time since my mother recently had surgery and it was a gift to her. I was told it would arrive before 5pm. 7:13 pm and still no delivery made. Store closed at five and won’t be open on Sunday therefor the location scammed me out of $70.34.Checked my email and they actually stated the item was delivered. I have two family members staying with my mother as her aids and all have confirmed that the bell was never rung nor knocked on.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my best friends birthday. She said the fruit were fresh and everything was delicious. We missed the first delivery attempt but once we called she immediately came back and was there within 10 minutes. Everything was awesome and I cant wait to order again!

I had given up on edible arrangements because the last few times I had ordered fruit it was not good, but my daughter wanted it so I gave it another try. The fruit from the Sienna location was so fresh and sweet and has made me want to purchase again.

They were very efficient with keeping me posted or informed about the preparation and delivery of my order. I ordered from Florida twice and each time was great

If I could give 0 stars, I would but unfortunately I do not have this option. Ive used Edible Arrangements for many life events including corporate meetings and have always enjoyed their service. However, this particular franchised store has HORRIBLE customer service and terrible fruit! Do not use this location! Youre better off making your own arrangement at home and saving yourself contact from a very unprofessional store rep (I wont mention her name but there is one that works there majority of the time). I wont go into details but I eventually had to contact the corporate office to complain because this particular store rep basically told me that her boss okd her actions. This store wont be around for long if this is how they treat their customers. I will definitely not go back to this location until they either change ownership and this particular employee moves on to another job more suited for her bad attitude, definitely not working or speaking to other people.

If I could I will give 0 stars to this location, worst customer service, the person did not get the arrangement the day It was supposed to, so what do I think? They will be making the delivery first thing next day. Well no!!! Again not on time.

The did not deliver on the date asked but my sister was able to pick it up the day after her birthday.
