When it comes to retuning an item everyone working there turns ignorant and ghetto. My next step is to contact city hall, to see if we can attract more professional and decent vendors in our area.

Friendly staff and a great selection of braiding and sew-in hair. Theres almost always a sale on hair.I like that there are some smaller companies there and raw Shea butter, black soap, glycerine, etc for people who mix things themselves at home

First time going here and this is my new beauty supply store! Now its crowded in there as far as product but its worth it. So go when you can spend atleast 15 mins in there. They have good deals, prices and they have all the hair in all different colors. Theres a cute, petite black girl that works there and she was super duper helpful.

This place is well stocked. There is this young employee... little lady with glasses... I wish I knew her name, who is sooo knowledgeable of the products and extremely helpful. Every suggestion I have taken from her has my hair the healthiest it has been in years. I have recommended friends only because of her and they all agree. I will get her name next time I am there.

I spent an hour and 1/2 in the store looking for a wig for my client the young lady assisting me constantly wandered off unbeknownst to me she was avoiding the stairs so because her lack of enthusiasm or ectasisty the store closed and I was unable to get what I needed for my client. I normally like this store and usually shop here often because of the great deals and service but the night crew attendants are young and in my opinion very lazy after tonight I will consider choosing one of the other locations for better service.

Excellent (in terms of cost) beauty supply store UNLESS you need to return an item. My issue actually originated with my braider who approved of a specific braiding hair, then refused to use it at my appointment. On Thursday 9/26 around 7:30 pm I purchased 12 packs of braiding hair. On 9/27, After my hair appointment around 2:00pm I returned 11 of the 12 packs since my braider did not like the hair. The Asian “owner” (thin guy that’s there everyday) had a very unsettled look as if I’d done something wrong. I felt VERY uncomfortable while completing the return. He refused to credit my debit card and instead offered me a store credit. This “credit” was simply a hand written amount and signature on the back of my original receipt. Unfortunately I misplaced the receipt but returned to the store only a few days later on 10/1 and spoke with the same Asian guy that’s seen me countless times and who completed my return and credit. I told him I’d misplaced the credit, and asked if he recalled seeing me twice on the preceding days and making the return. He was speechless, literally saying nothing. I said “but sir it’s as if I’ve donated $35 to your store”, he responded by saying “but this isn’t our problem” I walked out and will NEVER return. I’d rather pay the stores near me (in Sugar Land) twice as much for the same item.

This was my first time there. The people were nice and friendly. I will come again.

The staff is friendly..But you should take notes the prices has been bump up on items that says buy 1 get one free! Its no good deals...most of tge items can be found cheaper. Store is clean

Great products, always amply stocked & everything’s always neat and in order. Hadn’t been here in awhile but I visited tonight and their customer service is unparalleled! I was greeted by every single person working there. I wasnt looking forward to selecting hair because they aren’t ever labeled with prices but one of the cashiers assured me she would be happy to come back and help me with pricing and selections. they have definitely stepped up their customer service and i’m impressed. you don’t find cheerful and eager employees as much nowadays. it’s refreshing & im happy to do business with them!

Typically I am very vey lenient with businesses as I understand what it feels to run one. I am not from Houston and am visiting and was in the store with my sister. We arrived at 8:15. The young lady who helped us was amazing oh but the owner was very rude and exceptionally disrespectful. While selecting a hair piece, it was 8:30pm and the owner started yelling from the front of the store, WE ARE CLOSED! He repeated this several times and at 8:32pm turned the lights out on us completely while we were in the back of the store. That is a HORRIBLE business practice for several reasons including we couldve hurt ourselves due to lack of sight. If youre that afraid, close while the sun is still up or dont run a business at all. You never know WHO you are treating how youre treating them.

I returned two unopened items I purchased the day before and was made to feel like a thief. I had my receipt, but the clerk opened both items to see if they were used, then call the manager and sent him a picture of the items before she finally gave me a store credit. Will not be shopping here again.

The manager by the name of Max is offensive to customers and does not represent any customer service whatsoever. Max barked at two children belonging to clients and caused the clients a lot of unease. He also took his frustration out on a former employee. He is rude when asked questions and chases clients away from business.
