This place is amazing. My boy friends birthday was coming up and I needed a shirt and jacket to get done in three days and he managed to do both in that time. If I could give a 0 I definitely would! Paul the owner is a very nice guy but the woman he has in his office Katherine is the worst Ive ever come in contact with. I called Paul about having a logo and banner done and he referred me to Katherine. From the time I walked in the door she had an attitude as if she didnt want to be bothered. She kept making excuses and kept asking me did Paul tell you how much it was! I said yes and he told you as well! She kept saying she was an Illustrator and she really does not like doing logos! I said look if you dont want to do it just say so. This was the worst experience I ever had. The lady who was next after me we kept looking at each other after Katherine kept complaining and making excuses! I finally got my things and left the establishment! Will not return until she is gone! Paul please get someone else in your store because another customer walked out as well after she was rude to him! People dont have to spend there money and be treated like that if Paul had been there this would not have happened. She also made a statement to a customer and said Paul is basically running the business by himself he has no help! First of all you dont need to tell people this mans business and secondly you are running his customers off being lazy when hes not there!!! I definitely want an apology for the way I was treated wasted my time coming over there and got the worst customer service on this planet! If Paul is not there please stay away from here!

I called t-shirt depot on 11.15.17 to have a small embroidery job completed next day and they were willing to complete this very important project for me. The staff is very professional and gave me a family feel while discussing and completing my design. The staff was genuine interested in my project and ensuring me that it would be completed on time. Ive been using T-shirt Depot for about a year now. When you work with them you just dont do business with them, you build a relationship. I dont know where to begin. I first met Paul (owner) and Tera (amazing biz manager) last year by picking up our softball uniforms. I had another company that would do our team parent shirts, but I switched to T-Shirt Depot after meeting them. They are Ah-Mazing! My most recent experience led me to my review.I ordered 28 shirts for my daughters birthday party and went to pick them up on Wednesday afternoon. When I got there we noticed they were supersized. Apparently the vendor is confused with youth sizes because each shirt was 2 sizes bigger than the tag size. Either way Tera and Paul found a solution and re-ordered different shirts covering the overnight expense for delivery. They ate the cost on labor, material, and of course the money they spent on the big shirts all to make their customer happy. I picked up the new shirts Thursday afternoon and they are PERFECT!
