I have been going to Hope Automotive for over 20 years. I started coming here the first year they opened. Mark and Jr. are simply wonderful! I cant say how nice it is to deal with honest people. I mean what auto shop is not open on Saturday and Sunday? The one who treats his employees the best and it shows in the quality of work. This is the place to take your car... they are honest, reasonable and stand behind their work. This group doesnt try to replace a part that is not broken. If you are looking for an honest auto repair group this is your place.

My wife and I have been using Hope Automotive since they opened and Mark and Jr. and their employees are the best! They are without a doubt the most honest mechanics we have ever used, they never replace parts that arent needed or try to sell you services you dont need or want. I have only been there once and I had a problem with my Abs, they repaired it and have not had any problems. I wi use rhem again.

I cant thank these guys enough! I discovered the place when trying to air my flat tire up across the street didnt work. I drove across quickly and asked for any help possible in checking the tire, putting on spare, etc. While the job was out of their hands (needed new tire), they did everything they could and recommended the closest place possible to help. I would recommend them again and again!

Mark and Junior are the best mechanics. It is so hard to find honest hard working mechanics, but they are amazing and have helped us out with both our cars. They are very good about recommending what needs to be fixed immediately, and what is not urgent. I have never felt like Ive been ripped off here. Will always bring my cars here, and no where else.

Auto mechanics get a bad rap and I blame the car dealerships for recommending unnecessary repairs and over charging. I cant tell you how many times Ive been told I need tires, wiper blades, air or cabin filters or similar items which was not true. finally I found a shop that was not only honest but also did not charge me even though they had every right to. This father and son team will help you and charge you fairly. I would recommend them to my 4 sisters and brother wholeheartedly.

My dad has used hope as long as I can remember. I have used hope for about 14 years. (they have been around as long as my children have). ALWAYS honest, fair pricing. I have never had to fix the same problem twice with them. They get it done right the first time. Their most impressive job was a rebuild they did so I would not have to buy an entire part that was very expensive. They felt they could do it cheaper. Still driving that same vehicle and no problems from the rebuild from 4 years ago. They feel like family, not just my mechanics. GREAT PEOPLE.

These guys came highly recommended from a friend who knew them personally. They definitely did not disappoint. My car broke down and I took it to another shop initially. With the sticker shock of the initial estimate, I decided to tow to Hope Automotive which was about 25 miles out of the way. They came in at $750 less than the original quote, and took care of me in only about 48 hours. Amazing service, very honest, very competent. With being fresh to Houston, it’s good to know we found our mechanic!

Started by taking my personal vehicle to Hope; thereafter and over the years, we now have our entire fleet of commercial vehicles serviced by Hope. My wife and I are not easily satisfied by service providers and often find deficiencies that are frustrating or annoying. Hope has never let us down!

Hope Automotive has serviced my cars for the past 8 years since moving to Houston and has done an excellent job. They are easy to talk to and make sure you understand the work about to be done. Theyve forwarded me to other garages that specialize in muffler repair when needed without forcing me to buy a new muffler when one was not needed. They took good care of my 2001 Ford Sport and always let me know when issues could become larger problems in the future. Several times they notified me my brakes were fine instead of replacing them. They also would never push various fluid flushes or try to upsell anything unless they believed it was the right thing. I will continue using Hope as long as I live in Houston. Its a great family owned business that should be locally supported.
