The workers are really friendly. The snacks at the front are perfect for having with chai or on the go and they always taste authentic. Everything is fairly priced and well supplied in Indian groceries.
Have both good and bad experience with them. Need to remove inventory thats not good and remove expired products. Lot of pulses need expiration dates added to packaging. Bought coconut and tapioca other day and both went bad the next day or were already bad.The ready to go snacks are really fresh and good.
Small Indian grocery chain with ready to go snacks such as Samosas, Vada and sweets. They also sell fresh fish and meats. Right next door is their restaurant with plenty of seating but pricey than similar restaurants.
They receive people well. Could give 5 star for that.Meat is fresh but disappointed a few times as they ran out.Variety in veggies should be moreThey should utilize their space better
When I first walked into the store, a minute before shopping a kind man approached me and he told me that the owner of the store was rasist and my kind ( black people) are not accepted at the store. I replied with, thanks for the heads up, as a consumer I have the right to buy goods at any store. He replied with, just letting you know man have a great day. As I proceeded to the back of the store, to find the almond oil that I was looking for, the owner of the store followed us around, as if we were children ... He then told us, to get out, theres nothing for you here. We do not sell to you. You are not appreciated here. Even though we had no intentions to do anything in the store but buy what we needed, he insisted that we should get out just because of the color of our skin. Even though he was about the same color as my brother and I.The owners of the store are very racist and they do not accept people of color. I honestly dont understand why when they are also minorities too. We are all humans and deserve to be treated the same, no matter what skin color we are or where we come from. People should not support this business because it promotes racism and discrimination. As we all are americans, we all come from different walks of life, that does not mean we should seperate ourselves but come together as one to strive for a common goal, equality, justice, and peace. Very despicable and ugly experience at this store. I would recommend world foods. They have a variety of indian culutural food and spices and the people there are very accepting and helpful.
Okey place at least the items are not expired... People are friendly and helpful...
