The hours they burden people who actually work with are terrible. They won’t even hold a package until it’s been attempted to be delivered three times, of course at the same time of day as if that’s helpful. I will now have to take time off work just so I can pick up a package. I recommend never using fedex. UPS at least offers locations to pick up at and are far more friendly to working folk with their hours.
We cant seem to get our package or figure out where it is, and its a perishable food delivery kit. Weve been getting them delivered once a week for months. Two weeks ago they didnt deliver it for some reason, left a note saying to pick it up at the local office downtown after 6:30 pm. We did that only to find out they close at 6 pm. We were able to get it the next day, and some of our food items werent fresh anymore. Now, two weeks later, we didnt get our delivery again, I got a voicemail from a lady saying that our address was incorrect or the driver was told we didnt live where we do anymore. Our address is the same as its been for months, was correct, and we live in a large apartment complex that we know no one wouldve told the driver we moved. Theres no number for the shipping warehouse except a 1-800 number so we tried that and confirmed our address was not in fact incorrect, and the lady said it would be delivered today. It wasnt, and the tracking still says its at the warehouse. So its been 2 days now, and our meal kit is probably just sitting, rotting in their warehouse, and we cant seem to get anyone to deliver it.
A big shout out and thank you to the Chudy Way ladies for going above and beyond with a missed time sensitive delivery from Bozeman. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure my package got to me. Their customer service skills are second to none and were appreciated beyond measure! Thank you ladies for a job well done!

Your lazy driver leaves package on the concrete in our driveway because he doesnt want to walk to the front door. Our packages have been rained on, snowed on and I almost ran some over backing out of the garage because he left them right in front of the garage door.

My complaint has to do with delivery. Twice we have had deliveries that there was no knock on the door or the door bell rung to let us know a delivery had been made. Another delivery was left at the gate and I had to wrestle the package away from the gate so I could open the gate to get to the package.
Terrible. My husband ordered a jacket for me online and after it was delayed two days due to bad roads(understandable), weve still been waiting almost two weeks. They delivered once and we were not home but they claim to have delivered three times, which is untrue. I know this because i was home everyday after that, waiting. We were given the option to pick it up from the FedEx shipping center ourselves so we chose that. The following Monday we went there and they said it was out for delivery and would be there by 5:00pm. Never showed up. After waiting a couple more days, my husband called them AGAIN today, and spoke to the manager about it. The manager said he was giving him attitude and wont deal with him. So he got put on the no delivery list. They told him they were having the jacket sent back and in order to get his money back, he would have to contact the company himself. Weve never had any problems with FedEx until now and its been so ridiculous I will be choosing UPS from now on. Also, denise at the front desk from the shipping center, was totally rude and unprofessional.
FedEx sucks!!! Twice in less than 4 days that FedEx has dropped the ball and not followed through on their deliveries. I ordered flowers for mothers day. Supposed to be delivered Saturday. I had been tracking it. Flowers went from Memphis to Reno back to Memphis. Nothing telling me flowers werent going to be delivered. Ordered a cell phone from Verizon. Monday delivery. Tracked it all of a sudden theres an alert on the tracking saying I wasnt home and there was a door tag sure enough I checked my door and there was a tag. Driver didnt bother to even knock on my door.
I ordered a phone for my mother in law because her phone is broken and the FedEx driver didnt bother knocking on the door. We had someone stay at the house so they could sign for the package and they simply left the slip on the door saying they attempted to deliver. I drove 32 miles from my house to be able to set up the phone and made a wasted trip because the driver failed to properly do their job. Living in Montana it is highly inconvenient when the truck drivers dont even attempt to knock on the door and delay a delivery.

Fourth time in a row theyve flat out refused to change the shipping pickup option, let alone (gasp) leave it at the doorstep with a signed note. Paid extra for one-day shipping and this is the sort of service provided? UPS here on out.
They attempt to charge you additional fees to have your package delivered by 10:30am. This led me to believe it would be there after that time if I did not pay. Shipping details list by 4:30pm. I go to my clinical site, am home by 10:30 only to discover theyd came and went, not leaving my package since it requires a signature. Of course, the telephone representative was consistent with all CSRs at FedEx: rude, clueless and maddening. Still not sure when I will get my package, but they were very insistent they would call me despite my having told them repeatedly the package they were to deliver was my phone. Given my repeated frustrations with FedEx, Im curious to see their hiring profile requirements. Is it absolutely necessary to have an IQ below borderline intellectual functioning? How did they so consistently gain adherence to the a-hole mentality? Is that part of their training?
FedEx is terrible. Will only ship UPS from here on out. There is no way to contact the local office and when you call the 1-800 number you get no where. I have a package I really need and they refuse to work with me to get me my package. I work everyday and there is no way to be home but I am the only one to sign for my package. I live in a small town and they cant find the driver who might have my package to set up a meeting time. There are only 3 or 4 drivers in my whole area. And when they dont want to help you, they just hang up on you and put in the system they left you a message. I ship UPS everyday and they are MUCH easier to work with!!!!!
FedEx just cost me thousands of dollars. I paid $77.00 to have a 1 lb. tube with important documents shipped to me overnight. This is day two and still no sign. There is no updated tracking info and no human being to talk to. I feel sorry for the FedEx driver when and if he/she arrives. Theyll get an earful. Im going UPS in the future, always.

These guys are the absolute worst in the business. I would advice anybody to use any other method of delivery if possible. Ive been blown of by customer service twice as they forced another company to refund me for a FedEx error. Once they actually spent the time to talk to me after they messed up another order I was yelled at and told how I was supposed to talk, because they are smart enough to know the customer is always right. It will now take me over 72 hours to receive a package that is in the same small Montana town that I am in.

They are not even open in this location anymore. had to drive all the way out there to figure that one out. but the last time i was here when they were open they were very slow and some what rude. my friend had ordered flowers for her wedding and they were all pretty much dead.
Horrible. Lies. I called and had a package held so I can get my gf to pick it up. When she got there she was unable to pick up with is 40 miles from house. I called to see what I could do because I caked earlier and they said it was fine. The same lady stait up lied to me and said she told me she couldnt. I will never use fed ex again. It was insulting how she lied and tried to turn it on me. 0 stars.
Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot have the local delivery place hold my package. Instead I have to wait for them to attempt to delivery 3 times before they will hold it automatically before I can go pick it up. I dont want to leave a signature at the door. I dont want a $500 package sitting outside all day while I work. And I cant get any actual person on the phone only a automated recording that doesnt help or solve ANYTHING!
I have to drive 50 miles one way to find a FedX outlet, so if I have to return something by FedX, its a 100 mile trip for me. UPS has a place in my town where I can ship packages. It is much better in my case to use UPS because of this. My suggestion to FedX is to set up more satellite drop off points for return packages.

I have always dealt with UPS and am so used to the flexibility that UPS offers. I was able to ask UPS to hold my package at its local location so that I can pick my package up after work. While, this isnt the case with Fedex. Apparently Fedex expects people to be home and wait for them like we dont have work to do, and they refused to have the local location to hold the packages for me to pick up. What kind of rules is this? If I work on Monday which I cant wait for the package at home, this will likely to be the case for the rest of the weekday, it doesnt matter how many attempts you do if I cant be at home. Brilliant strategy Fedex, I wasnt using Fedex and will not use Fedex in the future.
