This was such a great shop with excellent information! Traveling to Missoula from California I found I left at home some of my critical C Pap equipment and got a last minute appointment to purchase the missing piece at a very reasonable price! The technician made a space in her busy schedule to help me! She gave me very valuable information and mentoring!

Danielle and staff have been great with educating me on the proper equipment and how to use the equipment. I was told that I needed to have a CPAP machine. But I was not set up properly. I searched for supplies online and I made an appointment.I left with my equipment set up and instructions to get the best results. Danielle saved my life. If it wasn’t for her helping me I may not be here anymore.The prices are always lower than anywhere I have had looked for supplies. No one will care about you as much as this business will. The attention you get is second to none. It took me a little while, but in time the help I was getting made a difference and now I can sleep through the night and be well rested knowing the therapy works.I should have gone here in the first place!

She also made sure to instruct me how to check all filters, how to clean the nasal pillow and all the tubing in order to keep my machine running clean and me healthy. Danielle taught us more about the best way to use our CPAP therapy than anyone ever has. We learned tips about using our devices and cleaning them that are simple but not obvious unless shown to you. I used to struggle when disconnecting the tubing but if you take it apart like cracking an egg it is so easy. Simple but not obvious until shown! We learned how to position our head on our bed pillow to keep leaks to a minimum. We are glad to have met you!

While travelling on vacation to Missoula, my CPAP mask broke on my first night there. I Googled local respiratory businesses to find someone that could help me and found Respiratory & Sleep solutions and sent them an email explaining my predicament. They promptly responded and gave their hours and contact information but because I was out of contact during the day, I could not reach them right away, so when we got back into town I took a chance and called them, it was late in the evening, but Danielle, the owner, stayed open for me to come and get a new mask. When I first walked into the office, she noticed depressions around my nose indicating that I was using the wrong mask so, she took even more time with me and fitted me for the right type and the right size of mask I needed. For many years I have been having some issues and with here generous help, she made things better. I could not have been more impressed with someones willingness to truly help. Danielle certainly went the extra mile to help me, only to just sell me a mask and improve my health. It is rare that you come across businesses or individuals these days to care this much that they are willing to stay past closing hours to offer assistance to someone in need.
