Update: First service was great, no issues and am putting on the miles exploring an endless series of fire and logging roads. More pictures added.New to the area, stopped in and Brandon spent a lot of time showing me options. At delivery, Brandon spent a lot of time showing me everything about my Himalayan. The folks at the Service Desk also showed me what products they use on their personal bikes and talked me through all my questions. Based on this great experience, I added a CFMoto 4X4 to the collection instead of heading down the road to a different dealer.

Maverick Motorsports is really great to buy from even when they are low on staff, another staff member, including the owner steps in and helps with a sale without a problem and with a smile on their face. That is the way a business should operate. They are friendly and answer all your questions about bikes and any products that they sale. They also follow through after the sale. I am from Kalispell 2 hours north of Missoula where Maverick Motorsports is located. They happened to have the motorcycle I was looking for in stock Yamaha MT-03. I called and talked to Brandon, he was extremely helpful from the first phone call in regards to the best way to Finance, answering all my questions and most importantly getting back to me very promptly. Picking up the motorcycle was even more streamline, paperwork was a breeze and the gentleman helping me pick out a quality helmet was very knowledgeable and easy to work with (I cannot remember his name, though he wore a Valentino Rossi “Doctor” 46 hat). All in all, would definitely go back for future transactions.

Called one day to inquire about a new ATV, the next day I was loading a new toy into the back of the truck. The day i arrived, the store was closed due to a large portion of the staff being sick. That did not stop other team members from stepping up and making sure I was well taken care of. Every staff person I talked to or dealt with were just amazingly nice and helpful. The showroom is fantastic and has everything you need. Call them up for all of your motorsport needs.

Rented a Triumph Tiger 1200 from Maverick for week. Rode route 12 through LoLo pass down through Idaho. Then BearTooth pass loop. And finally Glacier National Park. Bike rode fantastic & staff were exceptional! Very professional & accommodating. Look forward to seeing these guys as soon as I can get back out there!

I cant say enough good things about this place. All of the staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Being the only Triumph dealer in Montana, I went there to buy a new Trident. I live about 5 hours away so I had to do most of the corresponding over the phone. The sales rep Brandon is a rock star! He answered all my questions and helped me with my concerns. I was not worried one bit about having to essentially buy the bike sight unseen. All of the staff at Maverick Motorsports deserves 5-stars. Even though they were incredibly busy when I finally made it to Missoula, I never felt like I was being ignored. I look forward to my next buying experience with Maverick Motorsports. Service department did some work on my cfmoto. Kept me well informed of what they were finding and did the service is a very reasonable amount of time for what I think was a fair price.Updated July 2021Took my sxs back in for service and was told the engine had seized. Tried calling 4 times with no responses to messages. I then took it to another dealer and they fixed the timing chain tensioner. Big difference between a blown engine and timing issues. I question their service departments reliability now. Would not return.

Bought a Triumph a few weeks ago. Brandon was super helpful as was the rest of the staff. After sale have been responsive to my questions. Great service. Was drawn to this dealership when they came to Bozeman with a trailer full of demo bikes. They were just genuinely cool people and didn’t get all salesman like. Just clearly love riding. It worked. Opened my eyes to Triumph motorcycles.

This dealership is a different experience than most in that they actually listen to their potential customers when selling a bike. I visited a couple of times. The first time, I just had a nice chat with one of the sales guys. He didnt try to sell me anything, we just talked about what kind of riding I was interested in, what my experience was, and so on. I sat on a few bikes and went home. Visited another dealership, the guy there tried to tell me that ABS was for sissies and that anyone who wanted it shouldnt be riding. Went back to Maverick and bought a Triumph (Street Cup) from Brandon, who was great. Highly recommended.

I’m on a cross country bike trip in my Ducati Multistrada and found myself in need of a new chain and rear tire. Without hesitation, Craig and the rest of the team at Maverick took in my bike (despite not being a Ducati service center anymore) and had me squared away and back on the road in 2 hours. They even tossed me the keys to a Yamaha Tanere 700 to try out and zip around town while I waited! Excellent customer service!!!

Was looking for a grizzle Yamaha and called around the different areas nobody had any and called these guys who happened to have one Brandon was who I inded up talking to and I asked him if there was anyway he cold hold it for me being out of town and all. Salesman Brandon wasnt very attentive and actually sold I 4 wheeler I had a purchase agreement done with and had the paperwork done and signed through my bank and then asked if I wanted to put a down payment on a different machine because he had already sold the machine I was coming into buy. So I ended buying the other machine and was rushed through the paperwork, which would have been fine but I never was giving any kind of paperwork that I purchased the machine or any kind of temporary registration. I called his personal number that he gave me and gave a few days for a response and never got a call back. I called and talked with a very helpful lady and she apologized and made sure to have all my info to send it to me.

Over the past year I have been on the lookout for the right bike-- Maverick Motorsports inventory kept popping up everywhere I looked. I live about 3 hours away, but finally went into the store and checked out their bikes...I am so glad I came to Maverick and worked with Brandon to purchase my new 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan! It was a happy and easy experience. Brandon was super helpful in the purchase process of buying my first bike. I couldnt be happier and am already adamant about making the drive just for services! Purchased a Royal Enfield from Brandon and it was a very easy process. I live in western WA and there are no RE Himalayan’s available in state, so this was my 2nd time driving out of state to buy one and it was a much better buying experience with Maverick Motorsport! Brandon was very responsive via email, and had everything ready to go when we got there. I was very happy with the whole experience there and enjoyed the brief visit to beautiful Missoula! He sent all the paperwork to the local licensing office quickly (not the case with the “other” moto shop we dealt with before!) and even checked in after to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Brandon the sales manager was incredible. He was consistent in his follow up and when I told him it was the Tiger 900 or BMW 750GS he never spoke ill of the other brand. Great customer service. I walked in at 430 after work looking for my first dirt bike and they closed at 6. Brandon stayed past closing to work with me and make sure I was taken care of. He even showed me how to load the bike and strap it down in my truck. Brandon took the time to tell me the locations of trails that are ideal for somebody just starting out. In addition, two other staff members stayed late to make sure I had all of the proper gear. I made sure to thank them for staying late with me and they told me that they just want to make sure that I enjoy my bike as much as they enjoy theirs. I have nothing but good things to say about Maverick Motorsports.

We bought an atv from Brandon at Maverick Motorsports in Missoula a few weeks ago. We were from another town up north yet he made the transaction smooth and easy for us. Picking it up later that week went great as well. When we picked up the atv, Brandon told us to call him at anytime if we needed any help or had questions. Well he held to his word today! Our daughter was out riding and the atv slowly came to a stop in the middle of the dirt road. She called me and I went to check in her. Sure enough, the bike wouldn’t start again. Panic set in as my husband was 40 minutes from home and the bike was a ways away from our house. I tied to fix the bike myself for several minutes. Then I remembered Brandon’s words...”call me any time with questions or if you need help with the bike.” So I called. He walked me through a few steps to get the bike running again. Only took us a couple minutes and it was FIXED!! I was so happy and so very THANKFUL!! I highly recommend asking for Brandon for your next Motorsports toy. ***Buyer Beware***If you’re purchasing a new bike, ATV, UTV, etc from Maverick, make sure all paperwork is in order!!! I understand mistakes are made but it’s how a dealer fixes the problem that can make or break a future sale. Because of this mistake, I have been out of title/lien release for nearly two years after purchasing multiple bikes from Maverick. Weekly I reached out to Mike requesting updates only to be led on by false promises and zero follow up. If a dealer will turn their nose at a simple paperwork problem, I can’t imagine how much of a headache a larger claim would be. I will gladly be taking my future business to a different dealer that views a small oversight as important as a $20k sale.

My initial experience was good, however, I was given the wrong service manual with the dirt bike I bought (2019 instead of the 2020 version that belongs with the bike I bought). I pointed out the mistake and was told it would be addressed. After multiple follow ups over the course of about 5-6 weeks the sales person has not responded. The change in service seemed to coincide with when I completed the Yamaha survey. After paying more than 11k to the dealership I would expect that issues like this would be fixed rapidly, or at the very least communication would be maintained and an explanation given. I’m giving two stars because the initial process was relatively painless and questions I had prior to the point that I submitted the Yamaha survey were addressed quickly. Had that not been the case then I certainly would rank a complete lack of response at a single star. Unfortunate because I enjoyed the initial interactions with the sales person and recommended him to some friends looking to buy a couple CF Moto ATVs

This is what I have to say about Maverick Motorsports in Missoula Montana. First off I was nervous about buying my first 4 wheeler ever. That fear was quickly set aside by the excellent sales staff. Not only did we receive top notch customer service through out the entire process but no matter how many strange little questions my brain came up with they politely answered them. Like that wasnt enough we should up 10 minutes before they closed on the day after we had made the purchase and my 4 wheeler was ready to rip down the road. The equipment we bought had a few mechanical issues but they did fix that, how ever there has been issues with upgrades we ordered threw them and payed to have installed its been over a month equipment still not in and now we are not having them install, and now having issues getting our refund. This is not very professional way of running business. About ready to cancel equipment order as well.

Kudos to the team at Maverick Motorsports in Missoula, MT!!! I was on a 8 day motorcycle trip and on my fourth day discovered that the front tire on my bike had degraded to the point that it was dangerous to continue riding on it.Everyone at the shop was super friendly and helpful and they were able to get me setup with a new front tire in about 90 minutes. I couldnt be happier. Thanks again for your great service and prices! You saved my trip.

Shotty salesmanship! My sales guy, brandon, had zero follow through and when he did i felt like i had to nag him to death just to do anything for me. I was going to be an out of state customer on ttr 230, but instead i got skunked and treated like my sale was worthless to him. I would have been a customer for life, but now im forced to find a dealer with customer follow through.

In the last month Ive purchased a new bike, a helmet, and some cleaning supplies from Maverick. Ive also had my bike in there for the first service appointment. Every one of my experiences has been fantastic. Theyre very knowledgeable and helpful, but more importantly theyre honest, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I was never pushed into buying anything, I was just given good, straight-forward advice. Just all-around great guys. Ill be coming back soon for sure.

These folks are fantastic. Rented some adventure bikes for a couple days on short notice. The bikes were solid, and the prices were amazing. They dont nickel and dime you here. My lady needed gloves and my friend needed a helmet. We go em both as a courtesy, not an upcharge. That being said, I was especially happy with the interactions I had with no less than 5 of the employees. Kayla accommodated us with the rentals and was very helpful. Then one guy took the time to tell me some good riding spots, and another fella dropped what he was doing to get the bug juice off my helmet visor. I would consider buying my next bike here and riding it back to Georgia based on price and the quality staff.

Initially good. However, there have been several issues since and months after buying a motorcycle, I’m still having issues and spending money I shouldn’t have to. First issue was I asked that the bike be set up for a person of my height and weight. I go to pick it up and it hadn’t been done because there was confusion and communication issue. Ok. No big deal. After not hearing anything about my title registration, I go into the shop and ask about it. The issue was that they’re finance person left and the issues with COVID-19 but all the previous paperwork should now be good. Ok. After more than another month passes I call the county clerk and they don’t have any paperwork. I call back to the shop and ask. After some checking, I’m told it was just sent to the county recently and they now have it. Seriously? Today, June 4th (I purchased the bike around 29 February), I get a call from the county saying that I have to pay $20 for another initial temp tag in order to get a new temp tag because the first was never received or something. Among all of this I also went back to ask about the price of a used KLR and was told quickly that they MIGHT be able to go another $100 off. Just not sure I will be doing anymore business here if I can help it.

Great team here. My wife and I rented a Triumph Tiger XC 1200 for the week and went all through Glacier as well as some of the Canadian national parks. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and the process of renting the bike was a breeze. They even picked is up and dropped us off at the airport for a seamless pickup and drop off. Highly, highly recommend flying into Missoula, renting a motorcycle from Maverick Motorsports and exploring what the Northwest has to offer. Thank you all again!!!

Brought my ATV in for repair and quote. Took around a month, they lost my phone number. When I picked up my ATV the alignment was not fixed, although they stated it was and had to spend time returning and picking up at a later date. No concession for the inconvenience offered. Charged a couple hundred dollars for a quote and very minor repairs. Not a good experience, I do not intend to refer or return.

Lots of good reviews for motorcycles but our experience with snowmobiles was ridiculous. Trying to sell us a snowmobile that’s dirty with a super frayed pull strap as brand new and won’t budge on price at all, insulting. Telling us that’s how they come brand new like we’re idiots. I’ll never walk through their doors again, Kurt’s or Arctic Cat all the way.

I can hardly believe that this business has any positive reviews. Our experience with the customer service team was awful. They proved to be totally incompetent when it came to our service needs and we’re unable to locate and order the correct parts to do some very minor service and then charged us a ridiculous price without even putting our bikes back together properly. They left our equipment sitting in the rain for seven weeks and every time we asked to talk to management we were refused. I would never recommend this business to anybody .... I am typically a pretty easy to please customer and the poor service and professionalism that I experienced here kept making me think candid camera as we’re going to jump out and told me it was all a joke.

I purchased a 2018 Triumph Street Triple from Maverick Motorsports. The product and brand of Triumph was strong enough to sell me; it certainly was not the service of the dealership. I negotiated a delivery of the bike to a town nearby and ended up having to pick the bike up. Not once did the dealership contact me of changing circumstances. On top of that, when a local mechanic ended up doing my first 500 mile service check, several loose bolts were found indicating an errant assembly of the bike by the dealer. The kickstand was about to fall off. Not only is this a safety hazard but it could have damaged the bike. To make things worse, Maverick Motorsports indicated it would be in my town (3 hours drive) on a monthly basis to conduct necessary maintenance of Triumph owners in the area but not once have they communicated their travels. The one time I was aware of their presence in my town, they neglected to bring their Triumph specific computer rendering their visit useless. Never have I seen such a loosely run, utterly neglectful outfit representing and acting as a patron for a respectable quality company such as Triumph. It certainly does not do Triumph any favors and I will be following up with Triumph directly to provide needed insight to hopefully correct and alleviate this burden. I hope this posting may help other Triumph fans avoid a dismal consumer experience. Seek dealers elsewhere regardless the distance to avoid unnecessary anguish. Still, I feel the worst for the Triumph brand who suffers at the hand of Maverick Motorsports apathetic efforts. This simply should not happen. Period. The saddest thing of all is the staffs refusal to take responsibility for their shortcomings and their inability and or refusal to seek any sort of resolution with their customers. They dont deserve to sell Triumph Motorcycles. My only solace is that this may help others avoid a similarly treacherous experience.

Had a simple repair done here on a generator under warranty. A plastic piece had broken off inside the case and a fuel shut off knob needed replacing. They got is done but took longer than necessary and didnt bother removing the broken plastic piece so I fished it out later.

Ive just taken two of my prized Triumphs for service at Maverick MS, and was delighted with the quality of the work and timeliness of the service. Both bikes are custom modified, including expensive polished Sun alloy rims. I was concerned about the care Maverick would take with my bikes, but I neednt have worried - both the Scrambler and Bonneville came back in the same perfect condition as when I dropped them off for new tires, brakes and oil service.Ive been riding Triumphs for over 50 years, and worked for 20 years a factory certified Triumph and Yamaha mechanic. I know how to do all the work, have the tools...but just am getting to the point in life where Ill let someone else work on the bikes *if I think theyll treat them as I do*. Josh in service was great; he saved me some money on both bikes, special ordered custom size tires, and kept me appraised of the schedule and cost - what more can you ask?I like the vibe at Maverick; its sort of an old school bike shop, but much bigger and has great customer service. I know, Ive worked at delta sierra bike shops and some great ones. Maverick can work on any of my newer Triumphs or XT250; Ill play mechanic with my 60s Triumphs.

Smarmy salesman. I think he was the owner. Ick. Had bike issues and after their diagnoses, they told us everything was fine. Told us we ran it out of gas which was bs. 60 miles later, dead bike. They dont know what theyre doing.

Firstly - AMAZING people and customer service. Everyone in the place is knowledgeable and there to make sure you leave happy and with only what you need, not what you dont.While traveling cross country with a buddy, I scratched my Shoei faceshield. Another dealer in town didnt want to help us but Maverick went above and beyond. Brando in parts had the shield and parts we needed and made sure everything was easy. Two days later passing back through town, on a whim I test road a new Triumph. Big mistake - halfway through the test ride I called the shop and told them to start the paperwork.The entire shop pulled together to make sure I got the bike I needed and got me back on the road that day to continue my cross country trek. Julia in financial worked her magic, Scott and Johnny tag teamed the sale to get me educated and comfortable with the new bike and the price I needed. Kyle in service quickly got the bike ready to roll and outfitted with accessories. Overall, a spontaneous decision on my part didnt phase this team in keeping me excited and rolling out the door with minimal fuss and no muss.Would definitely recommend this shop and these guys to anyone and everyone!

Kyle in parts/service is awesome, helped me get my bike right back for tires with about ten minutes notice and had it completed in about 2 hours with a complimentary chain service and brake inspection ..Patrick in sales is an experienced rider of all genre of bikes and is very willing to help get a bike fitted into your life or just chat it up with ya while youre waiting for other departments ..Great experiences with Maverick Motorsports every time Ive ever been in there ..

My sister and I...doing a grandma trip from NM to BC in a small RV with a 150cc scooter on the back. Fun hitting the park roads until we had trouble with a fuel leak in Bryce Canyon. Started calling around as we were coming in to Missoula. Five Valley Honda Yamaha wouldnt give us the time of day. You didnt buy it here...we dont carry that brand...blah blah blah. I got lucky and called Craig at Maverick Motorsports next. I told him the story. He said Well thats NO FUN! Bring it by and we will see what we can do! That folks, is the way it ought to be!! Thank you Craig and Shawn!! We are back on the road and looking forward to scootering our way through National Parks all the way back to New Mexico!! You guys helped us out with kindness and a willingness to help and we are so grateful! If I ever need a bigger bike I will come see you!

Thought I had a good visit there, boy was I wrong. On a 6800 mile trip with my wife, we went in on our 2011 Stratoliner Deluxe. I told them the rear brake had gone away temporarily on a steep downhill a couple of days before. I inspected it and saw nothing wrong, but when I started getting a wobble I thought I better get the bike checked out. They got me right in and after a couple of hours said my steering bearing was loose. They tightened that up and then told me there was nothing wrong with my rear brake except being a very slight amount low on fluid, which they topped off. I went away thinking I was in good shape. I even told the guy Id give them a good word on line. Then until a day and a half later (Friday) coming down a 12% grade on Teton Pass Idaho, my rear brake went out completely. By the time I got to the bottom my rear rotor was toast. Limped it to Jackson, but no shop there to work on it. Had to have it hauled on a flatbed to Idaho Falls ($800) where I have spent the last 3 days waiting for the shop here to get parts so THEY can fix it. Gonna have to scrap the rest of my trip because now I dont have time to finish it. Pretty obvious they didnt even look at the rear brakes or they would have seen the pads were worn (with only 14k miles on them). So much for great service.

I had taken my motorcycle to three other local shops to repair a cracked intake manifold. But it wasnt until I took it to Maverick Motors that the problem was even assessed--then fixed. Great guys to work with, too!(more recently...)Now four years later, I had to take my bike in for a valve adjustment. It sounded like a diesel when I took it in. When you guys drove it up front after working on it, I thought it was somebody elses bike I was hearing--it practically hummed. Great gas mileage, now, too! Thanks, once again!

I visited Montana and rented a motorcycle from Maverick Motorsports. This was by far the best decision I made with the trip. The motorcycle was a great way to see the state and the employees were very accommodating. Now Ill be traveling to Maverick Motorcycles everytime I buy my motorcycles.

Went in for a jacket and helmet and the sales reps were very friendly and more than helpful. The service shop has spot on mechanics who went out of their way to teach me how to adjust clutch cables and change the oil on my bike.

I bought a brand new CFMOTO from Four Seasons Sports in Sandpoint they had nothing to do with it after I drove it off the lot. It had some factory defects on it Maverick Motors stepped up and got it taken care of in as soon as they could. Im very pleased with them they took on somebodys elses headache and made it right. I highly dont react command Four Seasons all they want is the big sale after that the doors are closed. Maverick did a great job I will definitely go back

Great, knowledgeable people who helped me out about 4k into a long ride. Its great to find a shop like this when you need service on the road. This was my first and only stop in Missoula.For context, my bike is an 83 KZ750 L3. No one ever wants to help me, and these guys dug out a tire that would fit, installed it, and gave me great advice.And the prices were great.Definitely a good choice, because if they cant help you, theyll call to find someone who can.

Everyone is nice and all but I called to check on the status of my bike, the person on the phone went to go talk to the mechanics, he then came back on the phone and said they were working on it as we spoke. I was parked across the street in my car, and I saw my bike still sitting out parked where I left it for them untouched. Hmm..
