When our Electrician came to install our trim out, he noticed one of the light fixtures was damaged when he opened the box. Amanda was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find a replacement and make sure that the replacement had all the right pieces and was undamaged. This is extremely great customer service!

The selection looks incredible, and I love that a lot of the products are locally made (and more are at last US made), however, no one offered assistance. I was in the store for over half an hour and no one said so much as “hi” to me. I expected more from the “terrific service” than barely a nod in my direction, from a sitting position behind a desk. I wandered around the building 3 or 4 times, stood at the desk twice and was barely acknowledged (a few glances up and a couple smiles...but not a single verbal “hi. Anything we can help you with today?” With 8 or 9 employees, I’m sure someone could have offered something?

We always can find the lamp harps and lamp shades we need for our eclectic selection of lamps we collect. Great selection of new lamps, chandeliers etc too.

We were in need of almost an entire home lighting update. I had one piece in mind, but needed help to find complimentary pieces. Drew did a walk-through consult and picked out a design package for us that was just perfect! We have such lovely, warm, and perfectly directed light throughout our home now and we couldn’t be happier.

Was very pleased the owner Drue contacted me and they were able to re-wire my pendants lights (for a fee) and get them back to me in a weeks time. Happy and such a nice lady!!! She is someone I could easily become friends with!!!!

WML has been a Missoula “fixture” for as long as I can remember. I’ve been in the electrical world in Missoula since 2003. As an electrical contractor I am so happy they are an available resource. They know what they’re doing and they stand behind their products. I can’t think of the number of times a homeowner has provided a fixture from the “internet” DIY world and they show up broken, missing pieces, wrong voltage, who knows what. If there is ever a problem WML will take care of it! Love the crew, love their service!! And they support the local economy... AND they’re donating to those in need. We have always found what we needed and had good service.Today I am very disappointed in the response I received. On Sat. I called to let them know one of the kitchen fixtures was missing a couple of pieces and one of the bulbs was broken. B wa very helpful and said shed send the replacements out right away. Today, Thursday, there was still no pkg, so I called... B told me it was being sent today! When I expressed my disappointment, she said they had been busy and she just hadnt had time to mail the pkg 😔 This was not what I expected. At the very least I should have been told up front that they didnt have time to take care of me. I was in the Missoula area yesterday, and could have made the extra side trip to pick up my things had I known. Id like to think we can continue shopping here, but this poor service will make me think before I get in the car next time.
