Rocky Mountain completed installation of everything needed to flat tow my Jeep Wrangler behind a class C RV. I never bought an RV before, but Shawn was really patient and helpful. He didnt rush me as I inspected the unit, and explained features I wasnt familiar with. He even gave me some instruction on hitching and towing. Great spot to buy an RV!

Only two people working the day I went in. I needed a trailer asap. Told the owner that Im buying a trailer today. He was not interested in making a sale, more interested in his phone. He was texting or emailing the whole time and took two phone calls while I was there. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Took three years to get a Demco 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter. Made me pay before ordering. They lost the record and expected me to pay again. Refused to give me what I paid for. Never prepay for anything with this company!!!!
