After my oil change they provide a paperwork that explain in detail additional work suggested/needed. It is very understandable even with instructions on how the work will be completed. Also, service is always been helpful.

My initial sales contact was pleasant and pressure free. Isaac listened to my input and directed me toward an appropriate vehicle. I had limited time so we agreed to re-convene on the weekend for a test drive and the time was used for a sight unseen offer on my trade which was acceptable. On Saturday I brought my trade in and the initial offer was confirmed and the sale was completed. Everything was casual and friendly and completed in a timely manner right up to delivery of the vehicle.

Bought a used Toyota here. I can’t say enough positive things about Kevin Henry and the Honda dealership. We were taking test drives at the Toyota dealership and Honda, and although I was leaning toward a Toyota I had multiple bad experiences at Toyota and did not want to deal with them or give them our business. The whole experience is completely different at Honda. They stand by their vehicles and their customer service well beyond selling the vehicle.Also, Kevin Henry was extremely generous when helping us get the car realigned not long after buying it. I won’t ever be getting any service done at Toyota, all our future business and services will be at Honda when possible.
After making an appointment online for the service department and going into great detail online for what I needed done, I drove 45 minutes and brought 4 little kids in tow, I show up right on time only to be told they are short staffed and hadn’t looked at what I needed so they set me another appointment for 10 days later. There were several not great comments made towards me while I patiently explained that I needed the work done for a trip. They didn’t care and sent me on my way. I understand that sometimes you’re short staffed, sometimes you don’t have the parts but they wouldn’t even look at my vehicle, meanwhile taking people right off the street without an appointment. Tried to play their game, failed miserably!

I was visiting Missoula for a baseball tournament from Idaho and stopped in and met Chad. I ended up working with Chad and traded in my 2017 Civic for a 2022 Civic. Such a wonderful experience buying our first new car. We just stopped by to look as we had only been researching for a couple of weeks as to what new car we wanted. Today is Friday 23 October 2020 and I wanted to compliment Devon and his co-workers in the service department of Danny Menholt University Honda for their excellent customer service. Devon was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to my wife’s questions and gave clear logical suggestions. He was truthful, gave us a reasonable time frame and price for the change of oil and fluids of her Honda CR-V. The work was completed on time. I was so impressed with this experience, that this week we came back to have our snow tires put on both vehicles, my wife’s Honda and my truck a Toyota which I also had my oil changed and lubricated. Again, a great customer service experience. We will come back again and recommend them to our family and friends. Also, as an added benefit their service desks/stations, my wife and I, and our vehicles are all in a large, warm, and clean garage, and out of the rainy, snowy, and dark early morning weather.

If money is no object to you, youll be quite satisfied with the service department at Denny Menholt! In 16 years as a fairly regular customer (Honda Civic Si purchased new there), my experience is that their repairs have been consistently reliable and prompt. However, last weeks charges for 105,000-mile scheduled maintenance and repairs last week were even more exorbitant than Ive come to expect from this dealership. Sadly, I need to find a new mechanic. Luckily, there are plenty of more reasonably-priced options in Missoula.I talked to the Service Manager later about several of the more outrageous charges, including $220 for 4 spark plugs installed, and $210 labor alone for disc brake and rotor replacement per axle. The impression Scott gave me is that they dont feel any pressure to price their services more competitively when those are services that most people will only need once in the lifetime of their car!For me and my 15-year old car, saving a few hundred dollars per visit is still an important consideration, particularly when I know there are good alternatives in town, and Ill go elsewhere when it comes time for clutch or exhaust system repair.But your mileage may vary!

Fast efficient service, and very good about explaining procedures. I especially like it when they show me why something needs replacing. For example the air filter. Seeing how dirty it is, helps me to know why it needs replacing.

Having recently been in the market for a car and comparing dealership prices against the aggregate of book values all the while, I can honestly say that, in my experience, Honda of Missoula is one of the very few in the state who offer fair or better prices on the vehicles they sell (as well as your trade-in, should you have one) right off the bat. Go see Chad and the team if you’re in the area and looking for a well-priced vehicle sold by professional and friendly staff.

I would avoid doing business with this dealership. The salesperson will make promises about price without clearing it with their manager or finance department. Make sure to have all details of your deal in writing and be clear as to what you expect to pay monthly, money due at signing, and any other fees they will add to your overall cost. My best advice is to look at Honda dealerships in Spokane where they can offer more competitive pricing and have better trained and experiences sales reps.

Everyone was exceptionally nice. However the client who was sitting in the waiting room did not wear a mask so I had to sit across the room in a hardback chair for over an hour to stay away from her since I am immunocompromised.

The mechanic was rude when I brought my SUV in to get looked at. He told me I would have to bring my car in to have it sent away because he didnt know what was wrong with it but he never even bothered to look at it. When I asked about rentals since I have 3 small children he pretty much told me I was on my own.I had my neighbor look at my SUV and they saw it was a fuse that went out. So my neighbor figured out the problem and fixed it in about 10 mins when the mechanics here couldnt even bother looking under the hood.I hope the other departments there arent as bad as the service department.

After contacting several dealerships in Montana and Arizona, I found Denny Menholt in Missoula. Fernando was great - the otherwise stressful and time consuming process of buying a new car became simple and easy! He found what I wanted, gave me correct numbers, and answered all of my questions (which for some reason was a struggle with other dealerships?) and I had my new car within two days. I couldnt reccomend Fernando enough! He knew more about individual vehicle features than anyone Id spoken to previously.
I serviced my car at them, everything seemed fine, paid a 1000 bucks for complete tire replacement, new battery and oil change.Everything was ok until I left and noticed my Bluedriver OBDII scanner wasnt plugged in.Went back to the service but they said it wasnt even in the car.Just scan the codes 2 days before the checkup so i know it was there.Im not accusing anybody, but the $100 scanner tool WAS in the car and now its gone.They werent very helpful to solve the situation.They said I should look for it at home. Im not stupid, I know i didnt unplug it, after all an OBDII scanner is useless when its not in the car.

Just bought a used Honda Civic 2008 the car is in great condition. After driving it I noticed the left visor was broken. After research I stumbled upon a recall for the left visor and so I called wanting to get this fixed but Rick in the service department stated they will be charging me. Very nice guy but not willing to help especially when it was a recall.4/16 update Leah from Denny called me back stating they will fix it if I buy the part. Yes I did buy a used car but a recall that can potential block my view from driving is not a good mix. Deer already do that for me a sun visor should not. Not a good look for Honda.5/11I finally got my sun visor replaced this was after I had came in for another more recent recall on my used car. Rick the service Tech took care of the charges I didn’t have to pay a dime! That’s the what u call customer service just wish it would have been taken care of when I got the call from the service manager that called me after making this review! Thanks to Rick ( service tech) and Ralph (sales) I will be coming back to Denny for my Civic 6 speed manual upgrade in the future!

With my Hondas, I have had almost no need for repairs other than routine service, which has been exemplary. But what makes this dealership unique, are the employees. To a person, they are exceptional. Polite, intelligent, helpful, & considerate of my time. Leading the group is their Parts Supervisor, Bill Bennett. He is a pro & over the years has gone FAR out of his way to make service or purchase (yes, purchase) of a vehicle stupid simple for myself & my entire extended family. He leads this great group of people in honesty, integrity, & personality. This great guy has attracted others like him to the company. Im an ex-military do it yourself kind of guy & change my own oil & lubricants for my personal car. Whenever I have needed the factory parts/supplies, Bill has always recommended the best factory issue. When we had a dead battery, Bill went down the street to jump-start us. Every single person whom I have sent to Menholt for help has gone on to buy their cars there & have received the same treatment as I have. The Denny Menholt service dept. has twice exceeded our expectations: a few months ago with warranty service on the tailgate of our Ridgeline, then just last week when the emergency brake got water in its cable and froze--horrible stink and squeal, but they worked me in on a day when they were swamped and fixed as a courtesy.
