The Staff here in Hamilton were very good natured, and extremely competent guides into the world of managing one’s hearing. They fielded all my questions, and were quite reassuring, which boosted my confidence. They are all very well trained on this subject, and incredibly patient.

Staff efficient and friendly. The eclectically furnished waiting area was airy and bright. The hearing test booth however, was poorly soundproofed and I could hear dialogue as well as furniture moving around behind me. A bit distracting.

Vibrant Hearing is taking every precaution possible to keep us safe in their office. Parking lot signs tell you wait in your car until no sooner than 5 minutes before your appt., only the patient goes into the office, unless assistance is necessary. Hand sanitizer is available in each room, a UV sanitizer is used on your aids. Excellent care!

I was waited upon right away. Everyone wore face masks as required. Dr. Else ran a thorough hearing test and explained the results very well. i was told that they would inform me in about 6 months to come back for another check. I was pleased with all of the staff and would recommend them to anyone who would like a hearing examination

My hearing started failing 30 years ago. If my memory is correct, I started with Vibrant Hearing when it opened in Missoula about 20 years ago. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. More recently, my hearing has deteriorated to a level that almost qualifies for a cochlear implant, and at this level, whats needed is much more than simple amplification. The newer aids can be programmed to match specific ranges and types of hearing loss, and Im grateful to Vibrant for knowing whats available and effective for me. Technical competence is important, but I also know they take cost into account, so they dont suggest every upgrade as soon as they appear. The aids I have now have essentially made it possible for me to use an iPhone. Without that improvement, Ive been very much isolated, so that even the simplest communication was an ordeal for me and for the person Im speaking with. Of course I can write and text, but, these days especially, speaking on a phone of any sort is part of everyday life.Its wonderful to work with people who actually care and who also know what they are doing. Ive been wanting a pair of custom earplugs for concerts and performing music and Alyssa helped me out on this! It was an easy process and they are so cool and REALLY comfortable. As far as earplugs go, much much more comfortable than any foamie or other type of earplug I have ever used and theres no muddiness to the sound - just attenuated flat. Super friendly staff, easy location, nice new office building. Great experience and Im a happy customer.

My hearing aids were due for periodic maintenance and adjustment. Dr. Hallenbeck spent considerable time reviewing my concerns and made major changes in the programming of my hearing aids. The adjustments were a quantum improvement in my ability to hear both in volume and clarity. I am a total believer in Real Ear Measurement (REM) after this visit.

Have to say that I do wish that I could hear like people that have great hearing but I can not hear like those people. But thanks to Dr. Helen and the fine folks at Vibrant Hearing I can hear better than I could with my old tired hearing aids. I now have a STATE OF THE ART hearing systen. I can raise and lower the volume of my hearing system, listen to TV, use the cell phone, computer and my mp3 player all on the blue tooth system with the hearing devices that I now have. I find it hard to believe how far these devices have come since the first pair that I got back in 1980. I am still finding new things to use my new Hearing System with. All I can say is go to Vibrant Hearing and HEAR WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. The folks at Vibrant Hearing have helped to give me my hearing back. I still can not hear 100 percent but I am hearing better than I ever have. Thank you very much Vibrant Hearing.
