Ive been a GNC gold member for nearly 10 years. And I generally dont care if people want to get stoned, however when the cashier reaks of pot smoke so much that I can actually feel an allergic reaction coming on(I am allergic to Marijuana) it really makes it hard to want to shop for supplements at this store.

Just left the GNC in the Southgate Mall. Granted it was 8:30 and almost closing for guy behind counter, I left with a bad taste in my mouth.What I got was an 18 year old Physique competitor who DOESNT USE ANY GNC PRODUCTS!!!Yes, he is beyond fit. But offered no suggestions and could not tell me anything. I asked if there were any womens pre-workout and he looked at me like I had 3 heads. They do exist, just so you know.Got a discounted pre-workout and a shaker bottle he actually TRIED TALKING ME OUT OF BUYING. Spent money and felt regret the minute I walked out of the store.Like I said, Ive shopped this location in the past and have always had good experiences. This guy walked around like he was too good to be there. And definitely too good to recommend a quality product. Very disappointed.If he was a competitor who used GNC products to get results and had half a personality, hed be an ideal employee. Instead he was an arrogant lunk-head, who had zero customer service skills...maybe so bad that I will be returning these products in the morning.

Worst customer service provided by clerks John and Laci. Would not honor expiration date on a Gold card. Big mistake!!!!!
