Its a good store and all, but they straight up dont let their employees take breaks. Kinda sad. The first employee to sue for it could have a pretty nice extra paycheck though 🤷‍♂️

People are friendly, but fueling sucks. No app fueling, can’t set up fueling at pump. You have to go inside to the “dedicated” diesel fuel register. Then wait for all the non diesel fuel customers to buy their sodas. How is THAT a “dedicated diesel” register?!?!?!?!

Very friendly staff. You can buy anything you want here . Plenty space to stop for overnight. Great view on the mountains. 👍

To whom this may concern I purchased some chicken teriyaki there for My dinner Sunday and got food poisoning, You need to check your food so NO ONE ELSE will experience what I went through,Im clear in Sandpoint and the trip home was Awful I sure hope a inspector checks Your place out for food safety!!!!!! Praying Ill heal quickly 🙏 Im not a happy camper thats for sure!!! My Son inlaw had meatloaf but He was fine..... not a pleased customer 😒

Wonderful store!! The staff is fantastic, clean, great showers, and I saved the best for last. There is a wonderful baker inside she makes the most amazing banana bread I ever tasted. WOW

Showers were amazing! Gave me a hotel feeling. Its was a great stay. Really enjoyed the McDonalds. Must say it was the best Ive had. Cashiers were wonderful also. Excellent choice of coffee!!! ❤❤❤ I loved this place

This is a very large store. It also has a casino and McDonalds. Theres a huge selection of prepared foods and drinks to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised to see a wonderful display of Dr. Seusss books.

Terrible Service. Highly Unprofessional staff. I purchase a shower at least once a week there for at least 2 years. Because of my last experience I will never go there again. I started my shower, It was going ok, I noticed the water pressure was slightly lower than normal. I continue showering for a few minutes and shampoo my hair and the water pressure dies. There was zero water pressure. Not even enough to get any soap out of my hair. My husband goes to try to tell someone and they didnt want to fix the problem. Had to argue with the cashiers because they refused to refund the shower after 5 minutes of water! Its worth it to pay more at Loves next door.

Stopped to get a drink with a friend. We went in, the friend used the restroom, I walked to the drink coolers. A employee approached me and said, “you will need to wear a mask or you will have to leave”. I said ok, and started to walk out and met the guy who I was with in a isle. The employee again got nasty and said “ you need to leave now”. What is amazing, the friend I was with didn’t have a mask either but was offered a mask from a different employee and took it and put it on. Wouldn’t it have been nice if this other employee would have offered me a mask. The issue is for me, this employee treated a customer rude and very belligerent. I wish I would have got his name. Younger guy, heavy set and dark hair. This happened 12/28/20 at about 10:30 pm. I will try to avoid Town Pump in all areas because of this treatment.

Fuel prices are the same as the Flying J on the other side of Missoula, the parking area is huge - my wife and I needed a place to sleep in our truck (towing a large uhaul trailer). We were able to park on the outside big rig area. Generally quiet and very safe. The McDonalds is convenient, but the wifi is horrible.

A regular pit stop for us. Lots of choices in the convenience store. McDonalds attached. Very clean bathrooms. Competitive gas prices.

Glad this place is here, taking a 34 hour restart before heading into Washington. Large, clean, smooth parking lot for trucks, McDonalds and other hot food inside, good grocery and beer selection, drivers lounge upstairs, inexpensive coin laundry, plenty of showers, and friendly staff. Wish all PFJ affiliates were as well managed as this one.

No drivers lounges anymore! This is insane. We have been forced to quarantine in our trucks for 6 months now. I spend 320+ days of the year on the road away from my family and cant even relax in the drivers lounge to do my laundry.

Place is a rip off. Worse casino I have ever been in. No payouts. If you are going here you are better off playing Powerball. You will have a better chance of winning the jackpot than winning here. Disappointing..... Spent 20 minutes going from pump to pump to find one to work. Pulling a boat, no easy task. Went across the street.

Busy site, but lots of pumps to handle the crowd. The convenience store was well stocked and relatively large. A fast food outlet is also available here. The large number of people must reflect on the quality of the location.

Very convenient location no matter which direction youre traveling. Easy access and egress at a traffic light. Clean, bright, well -stocked C store, fast food, and general store. Very clean restrooms. Plenty of space to swing your RV or big rig for fuel.

Easy off/on towing a large RV, designated RV lanes for gas and diesel, propane fill available, free dump station with any purchase (otherwise only $2). Wish all stations were as good!

The perfect place to grab last minute items before you head out on the highway. Its also great to stop there on the way home if youre hungry and need a quick snack.

Good place to stop during the day, but at night, all of the doors on the bldg that access the truck parking areas are locked so youre faced with a really long walk to get in and out and anything you buy thats warm will be cold by the time you get back to your truck.

Shower room was dirty I mean come on man.... there was hair on the floor and wall in the shower and it looked like some one ate fried chicken while sitting on the toilet there were food crumbs right under the toilet paper dispenser. Plus the vent in the ceiling looks like its not been dusted in a long long time and the handle to control water and water temperature in the shower and shower head is extremely loose, overall disgusted with unsanitary shower conditions.

Flying J Travel Center has plenty of room in their parking lot and its located conveniently right off the highway. Flying J has clean restrooms and showers available. It is a great place to get gas or diesel and something to eat when you are on the road.

The best thing I found was a maintenance man Jeremy Ive seen many times before always friendly and professional I always seeing him helping customers pointing them in the right direction he always keeps up on the bathroom and snow and ice removal. Always going the extra mile to keep customers safe and leave happy to have an awesome experience.

It is always good to find places where we can fill up our big rig and its easy to get in and out of. Nice location and recommend.

Such a huge gap at the fuel pumps have to lay the hose down and realign truck to fuel the other side. If you go right in the middle neither hose will reach tank. What kind of moron put these like that.

Poor customer service, kicked us out of building for not having a mask, ta and loves do not require mask. Bathrooms were broke

The sign out by the highway which says Flying J is the only Flying J part of the establishment. The coffee and fuel are not even Flying J products. The sign is misleading. That said it is a nice roomy truck stop with a large store.

This is a great Town pump Flying j travel plaza all the employees that I encountered there were just way helpfulme and my family and I feel like we were celebrities the way they treated usthe store was clean and talk about an amazing selection of just about everything you could possibly want from a travel stop this place has it all an amazing selection of drinks hot deli food they even have a McDonalds on site and since I drive semi theres plenty of parking easily convenient and thats why Im giving this a 5-star rating 😎

The counter help this morning at 6am was a total douche!. Very unfriendly! Should probably cleaning toilets instead of running off customers paying his wage.The showers were marginally clean with mold in corners and in grout.Im a pretty loyal Flying J patron but I can guarantee you wont see me at this dump again!

Nice facility but cashiers have attitudes. Guess they dont teach customer service at town pump unlike every other proper pilot travel centre. No issues there.

Town pumps have always been nice, lots of fresh food & products. Not a fan of the money grabbing casino but this is still a great place to take your overnight break & relax. A+

Employees need to be better trained in regards to professional drivers and the various fleet fuel cards that Pilot accepts. Funny how I have used the same fuel card at pilots all over the country but this one location in the middle of no where cant make it work.

Very nice, newly remodeled. The shower was very nice except the shower head could be better. The staff is very friendly but when I asked at the fuel desk about showers, the young lady told me she was changing shift so I said Id go get in line at the other register. Waited patiently in line only to be told I had to go wait in line at the fuel desk that I had just come from!!!!! Why didnt she say that the first time???? Grrrrrrrr.

Town pumps consistently have the best food offerings of any chain of truck stops in the nation. It would be great if Pilot/Flying J became more like town pump, than town pump becoming more like Pilot/Flying J.

I was yelled at in front of Customers by manager Sean M. I normally use flying j rewards for my refills. They do not accept them here. I asked the manager a few questions he got upset. Called the cops. I paid for the drink as I was leaving he called me a thief. Very poor service here. Instead of trying to help me or resolve the situation I felt as if he just wanted a conflict.

Good place for a quick stop for snacks. When you get gas, make sure the cashier puts your money on the right pump. The last two time I went there for gas I has to drive to a different pump due to the cashier putting the money on the wrong pump I guess they are too busy or not paying attention very well.

Easy in and out access. Easy to get back on the freeway. One stop shopping. Rv friendly, a huge parking lot for trucks and RVs

This is a very convenient stop right outside of Missoula. A very easy on and off of the freeway. McDonalds as well as a very well stocked convenience store. Plenty of truck parking.

Some of the nicest people Ive met travelling. Jamie, the lady who runs the place, allowed us to stay for 3 weeks since our car broke down and allowed us to figure things out so we could be prepared when we left. A great place to stop for all your travel needs.

Its a travel plaza with everything you could need. Gas, snacks, bathrooms, showers. There is a lot of room to park both for semis and cars. There is a McDonalds onsite as well. Cat scales for the truckers and high flow diesel pumps. RV dump, propane fill and free water/air. All around the recommended stop of the three truck stops right there.

Your staff is always wonderful . It is not the people that work there it is the people to visit like other truck drivers other people passing through going up-and-down the highway is there pleasurable and nice people you have a great day but every now and then you walk into one of those

This place is a joke if they spent half the time on know their product and prices not to mention store policy they could have a respectable place! It took everything short of an act of Congress to get my card back that they swiped and kept! Good luck finding an employee that knows the price of a doughnut!!!

I couldnt believe how friendly the staff were - even though it was pretty busy. The store had everything you could think of and it was well laid out with big aisles and bright lighting.

Convenient rear entrance saves alot of time when parking an oversized load . Well stocked and a fun staff.

Town pumps are my favorite Pilots to stop at. Great place to get out and wander around the store to see what they offer. This is not your typical boring Pilot.

I have tried twice now to use Speedpass to earn points. It will not work. Says pump is in use or something else I cant remember but Im losing points not being able to use Speedpass they say so many good things about it but it hasnt worked the last two times Ive tried it beware
