This is a good grocery store.But if you guys could talk to your employees about touching other peoples babies that would be great.Every other time I come in this store some employee touches my baby with out permission. The employees are wearing masks, touching a small infant isn’t a good idea. It’s never other customers touching my baby it’s always an employee

The people working are so helpful and kind. The price you pay for groceries is so cheap, especially during special sales. The deli and cafe area is always creating new and delicious treats. They have your basic name brands on a budget but also great vegan and dietary restrictive stuff as well!

Picked up a birthday cake for my son the other day and the bakery staff was wonderful! However the deli staff was less then so…the young gentlemen named Noah I believe at the deli was less then helpful and seemed pretty out of it. He seemed annoyed at my questions and was quite rude. Pretty sure he was high. Though thanks again to the bakery staff, they did wonderful.

Rosauers Missoula is a grocery store to end all grocery stores. We stopped in expecting to get some to go hot breakfast items from the deli. Alas that was not to be as we were cordially invited to dine in by the deli counter person. She was exceptional and I only regret I cant remember her name. The food was good typical deli fare but the price it exceptional. Two full breakfasts for $12.00. seriously the highlight of our trip to Missoula.

Sometimes they have good prices on produce post office the only reason I really go there is to use the post office

They have everything you need. Even sock monkeys! Love the organic section, tons of healthy choices like fig bars and natural shampoo. Plus they have a cozy little lounge with a fireplace and free WiFi. Open late until midnight!

Great store, prices and service. Rosie is very difficult to maneuver. I really like to order my groceries for pick up but have a hard time getting through the process. The last answer to my problem was clear my order and start again (all 100+ items.) I will try another store.

I used to love them but I called and ordered my daughters first birthday cake and specifically asked if the smash cake would be included and she said yes. Well, my mom went to pick up the cake and there was no smash cake. They acted like it wasnt their problem because it wasnt on the order even though it was their mistake. I will never order from them again. It was pretty upsetting especially when we were trying to make her first birthday party really special. They could have at least given us a little one from the fridge to make up for it or something but they were pretty rude about it so now they not only lose my business but everyone who was at the party said they wont go through them again either. Shame on you Rosauers! Way to mess up a 1 year Olds first birthday!!!!

Stopped in for a few items. I shop for most everything at Rosauers in Spokane where I live and shop Rosauers in Missoula when I visit there. Great store with competitive prices. Fabulous meat and produce.

There are some good quality items you can purchase here, but everything is extremely expensive compared to other supermarkets in the area--even the Good Food Store or Natural Grocers are significantly less expensive. The bakery has some really good stuff. If it can be possible to have this as a problem, the staff is sort of over-attentive in a rather annoying way...every time I go in I have to deal with the baby talk for boomers and what almost feels like an assault of old-timey style customer service--I have to ask myself what decade Im in. Maybe the food would be less expensive if there were fewer idle check-out assistants? Most customers get a little annoyed by hyper attentiveness and the customer service baby voices.

A couple of weeks ago my family and I were hosting a memorial service for my Uncle in Kalispell, where we live. I made a giant snaffoo and ordered over $600 of food from the Missoula location instead of the Kalispell location. We didn’t know this until we went to pick up the Friday evening before the event. Paco, the manager, and his team at the deli went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us correct this mistake, even though it was not their fault at all. He graciously transported the food from Missoula to Lakeside for us, after having JUST made a trip to Kalispell that same day! It was amazing and we would have lost so so much money and endured so much stress if it wasn’t for their service. I highly recommend this grocery store! The Kalispell staff was amazing with us as well as we sorted it all out so, it isn’t just a per location quality. This store and company is great all around!

Now that my meeting out near Rosauers has resumed, I get to shop more there. They have the best doughnuts in Missoula and their organic section the best of any supermarket. I need plant based yogurt and they even have choices. They also have lovely produce and good prices.

Drove up from Polson, stopped in to get a bite to eat. Tried their Deli . Was a beautiful display of food. Was delicious!! 😊

Wow. First and foremost, we have been a loyal customer of Rosauers for a long time. I will always say that there customer service is B B B Bitchin. They have a great customer service booth that has a Post Office connected to it ( limited ).Go here because you dont go to Walmart. Period!

I recently needed to place a same day, short notice deli tray order to the Missoula Rosauers. I was calling from Kalispell. This order was necessary and unexpected, so I went down the list of grocery stores based on proximity to the address of the recipients. I contacted them in alphabetical order, Albertsons, Fresh Market, the Good Food Store, and then Rosauers. I will FOREVER contact Rosauers FIRST from now on, as the first three stores IMMEDIATELY said no, absolutely not without 24 hours notice, & no possible way. Rosauerss first response was Let me see if we can help you. I did not expect a miracle, but was so appreciative of the effort made to assist me. That would have been sufficient, even if they were not able to accommodate the request, however, they were able to accommodate the request, and then some! I have ALWAYS enjoyed shopping at the Kalispell Rosauers, and will continue to do so, but I can not recommend Rosauers highly enough! Rosaures has my favorite donuts in Kalispell! Solid bakery which Ive stopped by just to grab a dozen box on many occasions.I also love their selection of tea (boxed) and kombucha! One of the best selections in town for sure.Some people say Rosaures has higher prices than other supermarkets, which may be true on some products. Usually this correlates to higher quality product. Anywho, love the place.Do recommend you try it out

Friendly. Prices are higher than Wal Mart, but so is the quality of food. Better than Albertsons, too. I have heard that they dont treat their employees very well: though that is unconfirmed and may be sour grapes. All in all, Id much rather shop here than at Wal Mart.

The store is clean with a logical layout. The staff is inviting and helpfull. They have a great selection of different brands and a section set aside for whole foods. The bakery has a wide variety of goodies and they have the best apple fritters and ginger cookies!

Terrible! Who doesnt sell or have corn on the cob fully stocked coming on the weekend in a college town? Absolutely no one in the aisles to ask for help. Fortunately that gallop front was nice enough to walk all the way to the back because no 1 else was available evidently to find out that there was in fact no corn on the cob. Dont care about the corn so much as the fact that there wasnt a single employee walking the aisles. Not anyone sanitizing not anyone asking if they can help. Just not anyone. Terrible place to shop if you dont know exactly where everything is.

One thing about supermarkets/grocery stores in Missoula: they arent cold and uninviting like the stores in St. Louis (which is dominated by two chains that throttle any sort of viable alternatives). The shelves are stocked and organized neatly, the selection is great (and if you cant something in the main section of the store, i.e. health/organic/natural oriented, there is a section dedicated specifically for that.EVERYONE that works there is super friendly, definitely unlike Schnucks and Dierbergs in St. Louis. Not to say that they dont have friendly people working for them, but a noticeable percentage are indifferent at best.Rosauers is also conveniently located for me, although traffic on Reserve can be a bit tricky at times.Recommended.

My favorite part about shopping is going through Julis check stand to check out. Juli has a huge fan of customers and if you go through her line you will see why!! I love this store, I truly hope it doesn’t go anywhere any times soon.. If I’m on that side of town, I hit up ol’ Rosauers. They have a wonderful selection, I’m talking like everything you could ever want. It’s fairly priced, competitive with Walmart, without the bland Walmart experience. Their deli is the best in town. Hands down! If I’m in the area in the morning I will always stop by for a breakfast burrito or sandwich. Heck even their eggs and cheese hit the spot. Beer and wine section is humongous. They have a health conscious section, as well as a vegan selection for those who like to purchase more sustainable items. Definitely worth your time and money.

Best bakery

Rosauers is my favorite grocery store. It is unsettling to see employees with only facemasks on. This is not safe enough to serve in the deli or to be around customers. Some employees have masks on but pulled below their noses making them useless for protection. A couple days ago I was passed by 2 elderly women who waltzed in with no masks or any face covering. to protect ourselves and others we need to be vigilant with safety precautions!

Customer service was excellent, good prices on meats but unfortunately no ripe pineapple. I had an overall pleasant experience and will definitely shop here again in the future.

I wanted to send a review to the actual store, but I guess I have to here. The staff in the deli have always been awesome! The staff around the store stocking or running are awesome. But the cashiers are terrible. Im not one to call out specific people, but every time I have ever been there, the shorter semi heavy lady at the Express stand has always been rude. She has no customer service skills. She will literally just say hi, not ask If you want a bag or receipt, toss you your things and say there you go. I understand this is a Missoula store, but at the same time you expect a more customer service friendly response from any of your cashiers. Everyone else has been great. But please take care of your cashiers who deal with the masses.
