We shop here every week, and it is a good store overall. However, the various women who run the self check-out up front are always, always rude. Those machines can be fickle sometimes, but every time one of the self check-out associates is called over, they choose to accuse us of doing something wrong and arguing with us over it rather than just resolving the issue politely. I can’t count how many times one of those women has chosen to argue with me about how they think I did something wrong while scanning rather than just dealing with the issue and not being rude about it. They need to fix their nasty attitudes at the self check-out and learn what customer service is. The actual cashiers are usually great, though!

Nice clean store. Shelves were filled. The checkout was fast.

Good neighborhood store, one stop shop I fill all my prescriptions at the Osco Pharmacy inside and the staff at Albertsons and Osco are always great

There is one particular cashier that is my favorite. He is fast and always a little chatty. I have not had a bad cashier here that I remember ever, though. I was a little frustrated when they remodeled and moved stuff around, but over all, I have good experiences at this store.

I can’t believe I’m writing a grocery store review, but my people experience was so great I have to. This isn’t my usual store as I live a bit north, but went today for reasons. The supply and choices were standard, had everything I needed. But what I want to comment on was the friendliness of the staff. I unfortunately didn’t get names but upon commenting that I wanted some floaties that were inflated and I’d just have to deflate to get them in the car, my clerk and a manager went out of their way to help me find boxed ones, and were so incredibly friendly about it. Often when you get help at a grocery store you get the feeling that it’s an inconvenience, even when they are polite. These two were so incredibly kind and energetic about it I didn’t feel like an imposition. Thank you very much for this experience.

In Missoula for the GNR Concert. Woke up kinda early. Knew if there was an Albertsons in town there was a possibility of a Starbucks being there too. This one was near me and yes sir there was a Starbucks. Service was great. Quick. My girls tell me theyre drinks were awesome.

Had a good Experience at this store today.. I am from out of state I checked with a checker to see if my card from another state and Safeway would work she checked it for me and it did. Had questions where items were everyone was very friendly. Way to go Stephanie.

I went to this store after 7 items. They did not have any cans of pumpkin on the shelf, no caramel ice cream topping, and zero private label cheese cereal...I went to Rausauers and found it all. I guess the Associated warehouse is stocked to deliver, not Walmart, not Safeway, and not Albertsons. Rausaures will be my first choice next time...

Albertson is such a great grocery store. I feel like they have a wide variety of food at low prices.

Its Joe Albertsons supermarket but the meat department is mine. Not sure how old that commercial is but I still hear that jingle everytime I enter the store. The people are friendly and the store is clean and well organized.

Most of the staff is friendly and most of the food is great for the price. They should pay their employees more though so theyll be more willing to work for what they paid.

The staff are awesome so easy to get help. Its clean the meat and produce is always quality. The deli is a good place to get dinnet you dont need to cook yourself. The chicken is my favorite in missoula.

Im disgusted with the fact that you all are forcing employees to wear those stupid masks again! Its time to stop the stupidity because outside of work theyre not wearing them so it aint helping anything. If youre not careful this may cost you employees. Its also very hard to make out what your employees are saying when they are wearing a muzzle behind a plastic barrier.

This location is convenient, but seems unable to keep up with stock needs. Ive never had one shopping trip where something random wasnt out of stock. Still, very clean and the people all nice and helpful.

Its in a good location, but I check the date on the meats now everytime I go. I see a lot of stuff that is expiring that day or the next. Everything else is fine and what you would expect from a store.

Horrible. Went through self-checkout put the wrong club number and and a lady walked over told me there was nothing she can do and just walked away totally rude! I had $50 worth of ice cream now is just sitting there as I walked out after that!

Its a grocery store. I like that they carry Wilcoxsons Ice cream, the best ever and local. I like that they are open until midnight! Wide selection, produce can be iffy. A little high priced at times, but nothing like a Fresh Market! The staff are usually very helpful and friendly while not constantly watching you, following you, like Fresh Market.

The floor is so smooth and the carts are so supple, babies will sleep through a whole shopping trip.Oh, and the food selection here is good too.

The curbside is terrible. Long wait after arrival and incredibly rude (scared?) staff member. No greeting, cant answer any questions (didnt ring up the order properly), no thank you after we loaded the groceries. Seemed angry at us that she had to do an order. The first thing she said was that she was there by herself. Really rude and unnecessary attitude. Not usually what you see at albertsons, so I do not recommend the curbside. Edit: found out that this woman canceled our account and fabricated a complaint to their corporate office. She accused us of trying to run her over with our truck and calling her slurs. We encouraged the store manager to review the security footage because that was a complete lie. (We also have a dash cam). The store manager agreed that she lied and removed her from fulfilling all curbside orders, reactivated our account. Incredible that she has her job after completely fabricating a criminal act! What kind of store keeps an employee that would lie like that? I suppose we should file a complaint with the police after hearing that. What an insane experience.

Prefer Patty Creek or Orange St. Market. Independent local markets always have better personality, better produce, better shopping music.

We had a great experience here, we usually go to Wal-Mart but I was tired of getting not great steaks, so we asked the meat department guy what he recommended and he said the T bone was popular, so we tried it and it was awesome! We highly recommended Albertsons!

This place is so expensive! Everything is a dollar more than Natural Grocers

I like the layout, the variety (especially the amount of non-meat items for those that eat that way), and the staff seem to be helpful and accommodating. Certainly not specialized in specific items that you would find in a more local grocery, but really pretty good for a big box chain.

Sorry havent been to an Albertsons store in years

I love my Albertsons on North reserve! The people are the greatest! And they carry so much more sugar free items than ever before so thank you for that! The reason I only gave it four stars instead of five was that they dont enforce mask use. I was in the store on August 3rd 2020, and there was a gentleman in there shopping without a mask. no one stop him from entering or told him to put one on and he was allowed to shop that way. I am a high-risk covid-19 person. I was deeply offended. Back to Albertsons on 8/31, everyone was wearing masks! Changed my rating to 5 stars. I love their produce, its always fresh! Theyre also carrying more sugar free cookies so thanks for expanding your selection!!

Lost my wallet there. They found it and had it locked up and safe. They identified me before they gave my wallet back. Nothing was missing. I was extremely relieved and happy to get it back. Thank you to all the friendly employees who were there.

One of the larger Albertsons that I have been in. Great layout and very good deli and butcher block. Parking lot can be very busy as it located off a major road. Recommend!

Doesn’t make sense....I wanted to buy glucose tablets, but u can only purchase them behind the pharmacy counter. Long line and a customer was having problems with her insurance card. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait. Really? Are those addicting to ppl? Tylenol and all the other pain and cold medicine is out on the counters. Kids can buy ride pods and chow on em, but I can’t buy sugar tablet. Weird store. I can see ppl stealing blood meter strips.

THE DELI IS DA BOMB !

I am from out of town. Maybe all of Montana has amazing meats, maybe it was a great day, but we got some of the best pork rib chops here. They were super thick (2 inches) and buy one get one free. We spent $12 on 4 massive chops. Also, the super thick cut bacon was amazing! Great price too! These were all behind the meat counter.

Great sales and great pricing on The sales! Sometimes items not on sale are too high in price tho! However, the employees are outstanding either way!
