I have loved this store from even before day 1. Every time Im there the attention, care and suggestions for my size and style are amazing. They have evolved w trends that pushthe fashion edge and keep basics on hand. Even as I age, there is always a good fit, something funky, a vintage find.... its a treasure.

Some nice vintage stuff at decent prices But I was the only customer in the store and I wasnt greeted and I was there for 20 minutes and no one said a word to me. I know Im weird looking But that is some atrocious customer service.

I love Bettys for multiple reasons, but I think the main reason why is Jethro. I lost my cat of 15 years in 2019, and I had been having a really hard time with it. I had been to Bettys in the past with my boyfriend, and when Artemis passed away, Bettys was the first place he brought me. I really appreciated the employee that morning who totally didnt mind me coming in as soon as they opened, who also didnt mind me not purchasing anything. I had only stopped in to soak up all kinds of kitty cuddles from this sweet king. As you can see, he has his little paw on my face, and Im sure in cat language that means Its gonna be okay. I love this place :)

I LOVE going to Bettys!! The moment I walk through the doors I am always welcomed by the most wonderful staff and the store is always stocked with the perfect pieces for every occasion. I could not recommend shopping here enough!!

Best shop in town with the best people!

Kathleen or whatever is extremely rude. A lot of your customers and people of this town say the same. She’s been consistently rude to me and my friends for years and I tried again but same thing. Last time ever going. I have one friend who also boycotts this store because of your worker. Get NICE people not rude little girls

The most fab place to score the best duds in all the land. Vintage or new, they got chu! The ladies that work there are literal angels (like fashion angels who also make you laugh), and a visit to Jethro the cat is like a serotonin shot straight to the head. Find prints that will inspire you, new brands that will intrigue you, as well as classics and basics galore! Literally the best store and customer service ever! (Maybe second to ACE Hardware but who can top them. Bettys: if you started serving wee bags of popcorn then you might be able to nudge ACE out the number one spot in my ♡)¡BETTYS FOREVER!

I sometimes have a hard time shopping for new things and the folks at Bettys are always more than willing to help me find what Im looking for and coach me while I try things on. There is also an amazing shop cat who is so cute and friendly! The vintage shop in the back is such a gem! I have so many good things to say about this place and would recommend to anyone. New and used trendy items and vintage goodness. Open and airy feeling with surprises of little unexpected items sprinkled around. The shop cat, Jethro, is a must see. The back room vintage is worth the trip alone. So much cool in one place.

I stopped by Bettys looking for a very specific color and style of dress. Julia went out of her way to help me find the perfect dress from their great vintage section AND she even gave me very detailed instructions on how to alter the dress so I had more room in the shoulders. AMAZING service and really fun clothes!

After stopping into the new store today I wanted to write a review to reflect my experience. First of all I love the huge windows at the front of the store and they make everything so bright and inviting. Bettys has always had great clothes but with the new layout it made me want to spend even more time hanging out looking through their stuff... which Im not sure is a good thing. Every time I have been in there all of the girls have been welcoming and genuine. I really appreciate attitudes of every single employee I have interacted with at Bettys. They seem to genuinely love their job and it shows in the way they help customers. They are always there to offer a helpful and honest opinion or look for a size or get you to a fitting room but are never pushy and understand when a person just wants to look at clothes in solitude. Bettys knows its customers and thats what makes it such an exceptional store.

Super cute, chic place on the Hip Strip. Bettys always carries unique finds, and the staff is always nice and helpful. Their clothes are a bit more expensive (considering the area), but they do carry pieces you wont get anywhere else.Great for an afternoon browse.

Just wanted to give your staff a shout out. I had a backless Polka-dot dress that I brought in the night before I was headed out of town for a wedding and they helped me find a solution for the dress and were super thoughtful.Got a funky pair of shoes and bra-lette to boot!

The hand constructed leather purses were stunning. Many to choose from. Place is divine, a must see if new to town.

I have loved Bettys since it opened. Yesterday, I went in with the hope of finding a vintage wool coat. Aimee found me a pile to try on. . . And one that was The One. Plus, she had a coat made in the historic (now deconstructed) Missoula Merc, which was pretty special. And I learned the reason so many vintage coats had 3/4 length sleeves was because of long gloves. These folks really know their vintage stuff, and are passionate about it. Love that this store is keeping these clothes loved and alive here in Missoula. Also love that there are some great local makers featured in the store! Whether it is new or used, Bettys Divine pieces are curated with a artistic eye and a bit of irreverence.

I moved from Missoula in 2009, but Bettys is still my #1. Even now with access to big city boutiques and stores, I keep going back to Bettys for their curated collection and stellar customer service. Ordering by phone is easy, the shop girls text photos of what I am looking for and their picks are always right on : ) So sweet, that after all these years, Aimee ( the owner) still remembers my style. Next up on my Bettys wish list, Donkey Girl Silk Velvet Kimono and Bean-An-Ti Clogs........

I can honestly say kaylen is incredibly rude and awful. a lot of people stopped going into bettys because of her. I get why a lot of people hate her

Girl who models for this place is hideous in and out. when I met her in person she was incredibly rude. SO many people i know in the music scene who meet her in town say she’s a terrible person and It’s true. I get why people think that. She’s awful
