Tey sold me an 80 of argon and regulator. I stored it for a month un used, hooked it up to the regulator and it was empty. They refused to exchange it and was happy to take my $400 and let me go. Horrible customer service, now I know why none of the locals use them. I have a long history of steering people to Airgas because of the customer service. Never again! You can take your excuse of my system wont let me do that and never hear from me again. I will go out of my way to start people to other companies.

I am the GM of a local fabrication shop here in Missoula (Montana Fire and Fab). Airgas, and more specifically Tyler Kitzan, have been critical to running this business. When we were starting out, Tyler gave me his cell phone number and told me to call or text anytime for anything we needed. This helped with production flow and any bottle necking. There has been zero down time due to consumables, gas or materials. We would not be ahead of the game today if it werent for the time and energy Tyler has put in for us.
