Today I was checking out and a customer in the other line got angry and slammed down $7.00 and walked out with his stuff. The worker named Michael chose to not go back to his line and stand at another workers line. I thought maybe he didn’t notice the lady standing in his line before he left so I informed him which he chose to ignore. I then asked who the manager was and he refused to talk to me because he was the manager. I shop here every other week and i know the other manager has never been this unprofessional. I know the lady that was in line ended up leaving. If you don’t like your job please stay away from customer service positions.

I normally like shopping at Dollar Tree but I could hardly stand shopping in this store because it was just so freaking hot in there! This location is pretty good sized but I found it to be very messy and disorganized and dirty. Its definitely the place to go to buy birthday gift wrapping bags, tissue paper, and cards.

Always happy to spend fewer dollars.

Always great shopping experience!!! Everythings a dollar, cant beat that, also they have a wide variety of products and are always getting new inventory. One of the best parts is the amazing staff, they are always so friendly and helpful, I always leave feeling satisfied with my experience. Recommended to anyone who likes to save money.

Took ten minutes to get thru the cash out other then that it was fine.

This is the greatest store on the planet I first discovered it on my bike ride of Oregon and I love it. Everything $2 and its a wonderful thing.

It seems like they kinda try to keep it clean and organized but the majority of customers (not all) let their children run wild, or themselves dont care. It could use some maintenance and updating. Run down looking. Ive seen very nice clean $ Tree stores in other cities. Owner/ managers need to step up. The cashiers have always been courteous.

I have had mostly pleasant experiences here, BUT, hiring the challenged people with out properly training them is a terrible show of leadership skills within management.Tonight I had a gal named Christie bag my stuff.I had three bags. $38.00. The last bag contained, frozen items, my hot dog buns, and four canned goods, in that order.Needless to say, I only paid 1.00 per item but buns in the middle? Come on.

This is a great place. Love shopping here for aluminum foil and BBQ accessories. They have a pretty good assortment of cooking spices.

I use to love this store! Now it’s hit and miss as far as if the store will actually be stocked and what kind of customer service you will receive due to horrible rude employees. As of late, I seem to always go in the store when one particular gal is working and she is beyond rude, passive aggressive, and treats the customers horribly. The manager, Matt, is just as bad for allowing her to treat customers this way even after multiple complaints. All he says is, it’s been handled. When clearly, it hasn’t since she continues to her behavior and horrible customer service “skills”. I get it’s hard to get and keep employees due to the “plandemic” but this has been going on since before COVID. My next step is going to corporate or whomever is about the manager at this store. That being said, if she’s not working, the manager isn’t there looking angry and moping around, and the store is stocked, it’s a great place to shop.

Good place for misc things and a few snacks, etc.

The clerk was friendly. Prices of course alway s perfect but was shocked at how many shelves were empty or almost so and a mess. I’m thinking a shortage of inventory and employees is the problem. A friend thought they’d have more but not yet. They were busy.

Pretty busy as of last night, they have a pretty varied inventory of items they carry. Everything from cleaning supplies, pet food, tools to cooking utensils, storage bowls w/lids (great for leftovers especially if your sending them home with others) & foil pans just to name some things.The staff is pleasant, store is clean & everything is really a dollar.

The cashier was friendly and helpful. She did not have an answer and asked the manager on duty,who was rude and unprofessional.

This is one of the best places to shop at. They are super cheap for only One dollar for every thing you can buy there. They also have a giant selection of items to buy. Great store, and fun and easy to going shopping at. The staff and workers are also very friendly and nice to their customers.

I love it..I like getting certain foods & random things @ times.. The staff is usually pretty helpful.. They have a restroom who is a plus..

I’m writing this specifically for Nancy. We went and spent over $1k, for feeding fire fighters. Manager was not as helpful, and a bit shy... Nancy was extremely helpful. She is the best.

Friendly staff. Kind of picked clean for xmas stuff. Still had plenty of wrapping paper! Get it while its hot!

I went in to get items for the Operation Christmas shoebox. I found what I wanted to get and then some! Some shelves did not have much on them though.

People were courteous. Everything still $1 or less. Too much inventory from China though.

With whats going on, they are really trying to keep things stocked! The wait at the registers are a little long but thats not on them, many people go shopping there for a lot of things and it takes time to scan plus you get those people with glass items that need wrapped. They also have a way where you can order what you want online and pick up in store. It saves from going there and striking out.

Awful customer service very rude and I am mad!

Horrible employees. Saw an employee push a customer and tell them rudely to move out of the way. What a horrible way to treat your customers.

This is one of my favorite stores. The price for only $1 on everything is amazing, and they have a great selection of things to buy. The only problem is the bathroom is horribly gross and stinky.

Great place to get things on a budget

Always a new surprise to see whats new--and regret that I didnt check here FIRST before paying more elsewhere (can anyone say cookie tins??). For anyone filling stockings: this is your store.

The items are mostly a $1.00, the location is central to Missoula. A typical dollar store, but they offer a limited grocery as well. I needed a phone charger, found it. They offer a variety of goods. A good budget minded shopping stop, I shop there.

This a great store to find all kinds of great things!. Their party supplies are amazing. You can get platters that are heavy enough to hold just about anything, plus some are plain & some have great designs! They also have amazing card selection, Also new of beautiful blank cards & Thank you cards! They also have things that are one of a kind fun things to brighten anyones day! Great selection for a dollar store, and the staff work hard. Ive never had to wait long in line even at rush hour, and theyre always friendly. Ive found a ton of great stuff here that youd never guess only cost $1.

This place has darn near everything. Great place for summer toys. All sorts of water stuff, balloons, noodles, toys. And glow sticks! My little man loves glow Sticks. I went in looking for water noodles came out spending avout 25 bucks. Stuff I didnt even know they had.

Love the Dollar Tree!!! They have frozen fruits which cost $4-6 at local grocery stores. They sell almost anything you can think of. I am a walking advertisement for this store, because I shop here weekly. Bread, eggs, milk, cereal, candy, trash bags, etc....I love it!

Great place for bargains. I was there by on Saturday so busy. Lots of Christmas stuff. There is actually something for everyone there.

They have switched things around a bit lately & I like it! Seems more room & theres a better selection. They do tend to run out of things quickly, so shop often & grab it when you see it!

Its fun to go buy a cart full with only $20.00. sometimes I find the best products there.

Great place. For finding cheap deals. Lots of good stuff. They have food,toys anything. The only bad thing I have to say some items are varey cheep and break easy, for example electronics there are bad quality and are cheep. That’s all I have to say. Overall great place

The lines were backed up 20 ppl deep and there were employees walking around doing nothing. When they couldve jumped on one of the 3 open registers and helped. Waited over an hour! But it was a Saturday expected it to be busy but wouldve been faster if more registers would-be been open by the lazy employees. I get that its the dollar store but i worked hard for that dollar

Best place in town to buy greeting cards at a bargain rate, $1 each or 2 for $1.

Needs bagging training skills. Ceramic bowls should be wrapped up, not stacked. Nice workers though!

The store as you can well imagine, with the holidays so close! It was very very busy. However due to great management decisions, there were plenty of cahiers, and plenty of on t h e floor help to guide folks in the right direction for what they needed! Compared to other dollar stores Ive been to, this store is wonderfully clean and has great customer service. They have a selection that changes fairly frequently, and you cant beat the price on some of their freezer food and candy.
