While, I like the store, I must say they are over priced. But, a good place to wander and consider a purchase, if you are in the mall.

The staff here are always prompt and informative for me, but they are even nicer to my 6yr old who loves gaming. Thats worth 5 starts.

A decent place if you are interested in games or products of that nature. however, it was a bit bare in the amount of stock and also a bit spendy but overall it was a fine experience.

Very helpful. Like the deals they have. Your membership should have a one option pay for life instead of every year. And halftime I never know its expired they send you nothing out!

This is the greatest gamestop Ive ever been too and I lived in a huge city that had several. The staff in here makes your day. Theyre very friendly and very helpful. Both Mia and Dubs are the coolest people ever. They tap into the type of gamer you are and get you rolling. Will definitely shop here forever.

Very rude staff. The woman working was very short and unwelcoming.

It was a little irritating that they had game cases on the shelf of games they dont even have in stock.

Had some trouble with a Nintendo Switch dock (it stopped projecting to the TV after a few minutes), and went back to see about swapping it out. Even though we couldn’t replicate the problem in-store, Josh was highly considerate and swapped it and the cable out. Stand up fella, great shop.

Prices are too high. Pay little for games but charge alot for used games. Better to buy at Walmart or other retailers for a good deal!

Eh. Its a fine place. The people are nice, if ur buying something new look on amazon. If ur fine w used u might get a better deal at a thrift shop but its convenient and nit too overpriced.

Best Buy is such a clear cut better option it is pathetic. Price matching, warranties, trading, buying new & used games. The only thing that GameStop can say they have an edge on is its vast selection of older PS3 & Xbox 360 games but come on, whos really playing last generation consoles? Trust me on this, youre better off to go to Best Buy. Only go here if you absolutely have too.

They are pushy and always trying to upsell while slow to help or deal with non sales related issues. The business model is predatory and not good for the industry it feeds off of like a parasite.

Gamestop is and always has been the place to get new and used games, unfortunately the price is steadily increasing when the true cost of games is in fact going down. This store was great not its like Hastings slowly closing i believe.

My girlfriend and I who are both in our 20s had to be carded for a CALL OF DUTY game requiring us to walk across the building to the other side of the parking lot to get her ID from our vehicle (I already had mine and that apparently wasnt enough) for a $15 awful game typically filled with children. We are both obviously over the age of 17 and I have seen plenty of regular people around our age purchase M rates games without being carded. This one star isnt for GameStop, its for the rude woman working there that clearly enjoys inconveniencing customers.

Its GameStop. Its not a bad place but its not really worth it for PC gamers. Console games are a preference due to being able to trade it via digital, but thats it.

The gentleman helping me was very friendly and even checked in back for a Kinect that was in better condition! Let me know I had a coupon that I didnt even know I had and helped me get a good deal.

Top notch staff. Especially the guy with the beard and the lady with the black hair. Both have been there for awhile. If i figure out their names ill try to remember to edit this. Ive been undecided on buying one of two games before and after asking which they thought was better, they dug a little further into figuring what they thought would be a better match for me aside from their own opinions. Just saying, theyre very conscientous and attentive to their customers. Thats just one of many examples. I wish more places could have such great employees

DO NOT get Cricket wireless from this location. Austin was great and the guy in the Oregon shirt was too! However, they will NOT refund you if the service doesnt work and Mia, the assistant manager will simply tell you its just too bad. An authorized dealer unable and/or unwilling to help...TERRIBLE.I have complained to corporate about this and the assistant manager of this store (#1470). They have assured me measures will be taken but Ill believe it when I see it. Too bad because the store seemed great otherwise.
