There was 1 employee working if you could call it that when we walked in. He was hiding in a corner on his phone kicking back drinking a Coke. He was seemed annoyed with our interruption to his cell phone time. We asked about a shoe & he said that was the last pair & sat back down in his corner & returned to his phone. We left & took our business elsewhere. I realize employees are hard to come by but if this is all the better you could do, you’d be better off not hiring anyone! He was definitely a sorry excuse for an employee representing the Champs store. With employees like these it won’t be long before they’ll have to close their doors too and that is too bad for Missoula & the surrounding area.

We came in to buy a pair of shoes we saw through the window! The tag on the shoes said $79.99. There were two pairs of the same shoe right next to each other, both marked with a red tag priced at $79.99. We were even talking to one of sales associates mentioning how good of a deal they were for just $80!! When we went up to the register to purchase them, the total came out to $99.99. When asked about it, the guy helping us at the register walked over to the wall to check and immediately grabbed a manager (totally fine)! She came out and told us that the shoes were a one day sale and it is now over. I told her that both shoes were tagged at $80. Shortly after, the guy that was originally helping us brought over the shoe (After he removed the tag) and the manager looked at me said “there is no way these had a tag priced at $79.99”. I explained to her how both shoes had the tag and even the sales associate said they were on sale for $80. She then explained that they were in the process of removing the tags (which at the time we walked in, they were not) and there was nothing she could do. We came in at the end of the day, not even in the morning (where I could understand that they may have been in the process of re pricing the sale items at that time), but it was 4:30pm. Unfortunately, we walked out of there with no purchase. Honestly, even $100 was a good deal, but after that interaction we had with the three sales staff, we didn’t feel the need to buy anything.

Good variety of merchandise and the staff was helpful and courteous

Lots of Kool gear just depends on what you are looking for the people that work there are eager to help you or direct you to whatever

Tried waiting for y’all to get a specific pair of shoe in. I was told they would be stocked up in a few months. Could care less on the color. I have no problem ordering online but I wanted to bring business to your storefront... The manager (Anna) I believe her name was, didn’t want to help much with that. I’ll give you 2 for other team members helping me in the past. Now, I will stick to online shopping. 🤙🏻

The staff working on 12/22/19 need to grow up and learn some manners. Dont stand in the middle of the store and give obvious dirty looks at people who walk in. Left immediately and took my business elsewhere.

Love it Nate was such a great help while picking out shoes. He was letting me know what was popular and what would be a good fit.

They were quick and courteous with a large selection to choose from.

The listing on Google says that they open at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. I showed up at 10:40 A.M., To be told by an employee that they dont open until 11 and that Google is wrong.

The staff at champ sports really did not care about helping the customers. Both of the staff at the store wanted to get each costumer out as soon as possible. One of the employees Lloyd had no respect for any of the cost omers, and spent his time urging people to buy more things from the store. This store is a complete waste of time.
