The store manager is amazing! He took the time to trouble shoot the problem. Still remained patient and calm. Bruce should be recognized for his knowledge, hard work, and the extra mile he goes for his customers. This was the best experience I have ever had. The store Manager was amazing! He was the only staff at that time and he was helping multiple people, taking phones calls and kept his cheerful, helpful and positive personality the entire time! We had two very young kids in the store and he made sure to accommodate them as well. We will for sure be going back to this location with any future phone needs! It’s nice to see such nice people working especially when the store was clearly understaffed. Recently dropped my phone in a lake and killed it. Went in to Russell Cellular to see about replacing it with something affordable to tide me over until the new model of phone I want comes out. We came to this Verizon store after 2 failed attempts at other Verizon stores before. We had been having tons of issues with our previous provider and just wanted to switch our numbers and set up new service. Other stores would not help us and were actually very rude, until we came to this location and met Emily. She was amazing! Although very young, she had more expertise in her job and better customer service than anyone we had dealt with at previous Verizon stores. She went the extra mile, ( or 10), for us and stayed on service support for literal hours until she accomplished getting us what we needed. I would highly recommend anyone to this store and especially to see Emily if you have any issues with your phone or service.

It’s great I loved the place nice and clean! Donna was super nice and helpful along with the other women associate I didn’t get her name but she was really nice as well! They were very patient with my phone because I was using the Apple Bata program and I was on a totally different software update them what the current phones are out on. Donna and the other lady sat there and tried many different options on trying to transfer everything over so that I wouldn’t lose anything like pictures. Super amazing 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has Verizon and the ladies are super nice and super sweet. The Verizon store is on North reserve over by fresh market and sports clips!!!!!

I despise getting a new phone.My old iPhone 7 was on its last leg but it has been a solid phone. I took a risk 😆 today and was lucky to be able to get set up with a new phone and accessories today which was actually very simple thanks to Joshua who was helping me today. This guy should gets 5 stars for helping 5 other people while my phone was transferring everything. Extremely friendly, patient, professional and kind. Went in today to get my phone switch and they even helped me package my old one to send back. Very nice and friendly. Joshua was very helpful and made sure my screen was completely spotless before putting on the screen protector for me! I didn’t catch the girls name that was in there but she helped do the activation for me without me having to really do anything. Thanks guys!

I had an extremely good experience with Donna today at Russell cellular in Missoula Montana. The day before I had been trying to make an appointment at the other Verizon stores and to my chagrin none of them would even answer their phones everything was online and I was not the authorized person on this account. Needless to say they left me high and dry. As I walked into this store today Donna was able to help me buy a new phone, then she took the time to help me set it up! She was friendly as was her helper, Emily, and knowledgeable and willing to take the time to get me set up the way My phone should be. Thank you so much Donna for your time and energy.

I walk in and there’re a couple customers ahead of me - cool, no problem. I take a seat. I catch the name of one of the employees, Josh. I infer from the questions he asks his superior that he’s new, and I know very well what it’s like to be new and still learning, so I continue to wait patiently.As they usually do, these customers’ inquiries take quite a while to finish.While I’m waiting, another customer comes in and waits.When Josh finally finishes with his customer, he looks directly at me, only to then walk across the room to the other customer who came in after me - “Hi, what brings you in here today?”I understand being busy with other customers and being unable to get away for long stretches, but when your new employee doesn’t even think to offer a “Thank you for your patience, I’ll be with you as soon as I can” after a customer has been waiting for 25 minutes, and then proceeds to (seemingly) deliberately pass you by to help a customer who came in close to 10 minutes after you’ve already been waiting, it feels like you’re just straight up being ignored.Finally, the superior got some free time and approached me.He was kind and personable and complimented my shirt. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons I completely understand, he was unable to help me, so I left with 30+ minutes of my time gone.I’m sure this was a fluke, as it seems the vast majority of people have nothing but great things to say about this place, but man, whoever you are, owner/manager, you need to teach Josh to not ignore customers and to be aware of who was there first. I’ll try and give him the benefit of the doubt, but damn if it wasn’t frustrating.I know that 5 stars are really the only ratings businesses want to see, but Josh’s ignorance/aloofness to people waiting patiently on him leaves me unwilling to do so.Whoever the owner/manager is, you were great and your location is great, but you gotta teach that guy some basic customer service and situational awareness.

My girlfriend and I went to this store recently with 2 clear objectives in mind: buy a new phone and create a new Verizon plan for both of us. Instead of helping us accomplish those simple goals, the staff spent their time upselling us on phones and plans. We left after 45 minutes with nothing accomplished and an immense sense of frustration and bafflement at how Verizon continues to prove itself to be the standard bearer for terrible customer service.

He was so great! He had to redo what a previous employee had screwed up so it took some time and he never complained.

In Missoula, MT I was lucky to have Joshua helping get me started on a new I-phone. He was totally unflappable! He was the only employee in the store and was juggling two customers at once. I wasn’t looking forward to getting a new phone at the Verizon store. I have typically found their service condescending and rude so wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible.The moment we walked in Emily greeted us and was attentive to us as well as the other customers she was assisting.We walked in intending to upgrade my phone Out of necessity. Due to Emily’s stellar service, my husband and I both upgraded.We give her the highest rating and want to acknowledge how lucky you are to have an employee like her.

Upon entering this store yesterday, I saw clear signs were pasted on the door that masks were required, so I was quite surprised to see that was not the case when I entered. There were two employees working: one had no mask in sight, she walked all over the store without a mask, the other had his mask pulled down below his nose. One of the customers being helped left her mask on a table. As you are aware from your signs, masks are not an option in Missoula. You have contact with countless people throughout the day, and I would appreciate if you would take the health of our community more seriously.

We were unable to get the help we needed at the corporate Verizon store in the mall when one of our phones was damaged, so we stopped by Russell Cellular. The assistant manager, Josey, helped us and went over and above to resolve our issues and we walked out of the store as very happy customers. I then wanted to switch over to a Family Plan through Verizon, so decided to go back to Russell Cellular store. Josey was again working and helped just as well as the first time. They will definitely be my first stop when I have anything to take care of regarding my Verizon phone or plan...More companies should be this attentive to their customers as it definitely encourages customer loyalty!

I have been a customer of Verizon for many years and the past 5 years I have dealt with Wireless Connection. This Reserve St. location is great and convenient for my family and the guys here are tremendous at making sure we are taken care of and are given the BEST possible deal. We have gotten many devices through them and recently purchased the Gizmo Pal and Gizmo Gadget for our children and these guys worked together to ensure the transaction was quick, easy, and fun for me and the kids who had to wait. BEST location, BEST Verizon customer service, BEST customer awareness! They were able to analyze my request, bill, and made suggestions that saved me $50 on my transaction.

For a week I have taken my car and phone into the dealership. Bc my Google maps did not work. I mean this was a headache bc we could find out or understand why. But today I decided to stop by Verizon and Dakota sit out in my car for 30 minutes bond and determined to find out what was causing this problem. He went through many systems on my phone and got it to work thank you Dakota for your patience and time. I recommend to go see him. Very pleasant young man.

I couldn’t have been more frustrated today as I walked through the doors. I had been going back and forth with Verizon on a new phone for over a month with no great answers. I had always had great experiences at this store, so I went over there to give the company one last shot before I switched carriers. Jose was beyond helpful and went the extra mile for me to make all my problems go away. He even personally delivered my phone to my work when he was finished setting it up! Only reason I dock .25 is because their Verizon and they take my money...However, Beth & Bonnie made the money stealing experience worth it! Burk was very helpful on my vacation in Montana. He helped me get back on he road with a plan that actually fit my budget. He was very patient explaining all available plans and possibly upgrading phones, but he did not pressure me in any way. He even went above and beyond to show me a setting on an app to save data, which was totally above his job. He even gave me his business card, and I live in another state!

I bought a new phone from Bruce and his team at this Verizon store. He (and employee Burke) gave great customer service, were patient with many questions/visits during the process, ordered me the product I needed when it wasnt in stock and most importantly helped make sure I got the best deal on the phone I could (i.e. saved me lots of $$$$!). They spent a lot of time helping me transfer information and make sure I had all the accessories I needed. They were kind, helpful REAL people who made the experience of spending hours in a phone store as positive as it could be. While I was there I witnessed them provide this same excellent service to a number of other individuals with a variety of issues/shopping needs. I would highly recommend visiting this location for your phone needs/purchases. The only thing I think they could have done better was been more timely in communicating updates (for example when my phone arrived, calling to let me know sooner in the day) but to be fair it was during the Black Friday/Christmas time frame and I know they were swamped. Im definitely going back if I ever need service or products in the future! Great job guys!

I bought a pixel 3 from Burke a few weeks ago. Previously, I had been a loyal iPhone user, but had problems with each one. He recommended the Pixel 3, patiently answering the many questions I had. Had an very pleasing experience with the Assistant manager Allen but due to billing, I ha to come the fallowing day when he was off. Allen personally called The Bruce store manager and explained my situation. When I walked in the store, Bruce was all up to date and waiting for me. He spent over 3 hours handling not only an upgrade for me sine my phone screen was shatter but took lots of time to answer any question I had. Franchesqua is amazing! The Verizon Wireless Black Friday special for Pixels was too good to pass up - so everyone in the family got new phones. Thats five new Pixels that had to be activated as well as transfer one phone from one account to a new account. Franchesqua arranged everything so there was minimal hassle on our part. She was even willing to come in on her day off, but luckily that wasnt necessary after all. Everything was easy, with no mistakes. Ask for her. You wont regret it!

I went on to purchase two screen protectors from them because their service was so excellent. Great customer service.

We stopped into this store on Saturday to upgrade my husbands phone. Though Burke was the only person on duty to assist customers, he was simultaneously helping two customers at once, and assured us that he would be right with us. He was moving quickly and efficiently and was able to engage with all of us professionally and with quick answers to each question. I would not have wished to be in his position as the only employee, but he seemed to handle it with ease and grace. At one point toward the end of our transaction, an extremely agitated and rude customer came in with the expectation of being served immediately. Burke graciously answered his questions, which interrupted our service, but he stormed out, suggesting that Burke was blowing him off. Though Burke was obviously hurt and frustrated by this rather childish verbal attack, he continued with our transaction professionally and competently. Verizon is lucky to have this young man working for them!

It was like they were trying to get rid of me as a customer, they succeeded. First a couple months ago I set up my service there and they screwed everything up, I ended up on the phone with customer service to fix erything. I went again for a screen protector because they are the closest to my home and work. I went to return it because it wouldnt stay on, I talked to another store and they told me screen protectors dont work with my phone if I want a case on my phone. They refused to try to make it better and pretty much told me I was just out $35.

Bruce is the man! The best Verizon has to offer Im sure...hes crazy knowledgable..easy to talk to..hilarious and handles business like a pro! We only hope hes there when we walk through the door!
