Best T-mobile location crew ever! I had a complicated transaction that I was told from Corporate could not be completed but the crew at this store went to bat for me and patiently guided me through the process and acted as my advocate. Huge shout out to Kat, Leoni, Matt and Jack! Really amazing crew! Nobody wants to deal with these types of issues but this crew really went above and beyond to accomplish what we set out to do. Customers, be patient and courteous and this crew will go the extra mile for you. Thanks again! Two thumbs up and five stars!

People who work for T-Mobile are great. T-Mobile as a company I do not enjoy. Their service is absolute garbage in Montana or at least in Missoula. Once I have all my devices paid off. I will be porting to another carrier.

Exceptional Service from this T-Mobile team. Tycho went absolutely above and beyond to help me and my wife out. We were in a crunch and needed something today, and we had a very specific budget. I would absolutely recommend that you go see him and his coworker Michael. They make a great team, and they have definitely converted us from our Verizon roots!! Thank you for all the help Tycho.

Very friendly store with knowledgeable employees. If Tyson is available hes your man to solve your issues or set up new service! Great service. Love T-Mobile over Verizon or AT&T. Handy location on North Reserve for those who live, work or shop out this way. Check them out before you lock yourself into another contract elsewhere!

Everytime we have attempted to change anything with our plan the charges ended up wrong. Then they would explain that the charges are right and their associate we wrong. After we finally left them we had to return the signal booster (there service was not good enough in our apartment). The information sent to return the signal booster said we could bring it into the store. When we brought it in we were told they couldnt take it. In short their customer services leaves a lot to be desired.

The customer service representatives at this TMobile store was extremely frustrating!!! Very uneducated in the product (OnePlus McLaren 7T Pro). Been having a lot of issues with service dropping in and out, not receiving calls (going straight to voice mail), and having the same issue with making calls! Trouble shot the phone and installed a new sim card to fix the problem. Continued to have the same issues so called the store to swap for a new phone of the same model. I was told the store couldnt do anything about it and to call customer service. Proceeded to call customer service and explained the problem. They said I could go into any TMobile store and trade it for the same phone since I was with in the 14 days of purchase or I could have a new one sent to my home.i went into the store and the service Representatives told me that there was going to be a restocking fee! I informed them that they were wrong and they called their manager who also said that there is a fee! I continued to tell them that that is bs and doesnt make sense that they are wrong. So I left the store furious. I again called customer service who was super nice about it, and asked to have one sent to my home and they said that they couldnt because my phone was bought in store! And that there was a fee. After about an hour on the phone with them they said that they could waive the fee (which there shouldnt even be a damnd fee)!!! So now I have to go back to the store which is an hour away from me! Just a fricken joke trying to make me pay a bs fee for exchanging a fault product that I just bought! Will never work with TMobile again.

Bryan and Shelby went way out of their way to help us and I want it known that they are worthy of praise (and compensation for being good ambassadors for T-mobile.) They stayed after hours, entertained my kids who where getting out of control, gave us a screaming deal, put on our screen protectors and transferred our phone settings, walked us through the steps we needed to do to get the military discount ect. They did so much for us and did it with a smile and patience, and all after hours mind you. When we thanked them they said, its okay we just want you to be happy. The definition of customer service and Im very happy with our switch from Verizon to T-Mobile.

Awful experience. I regret switching from AT&T. The sales people make promises they do not keep and it’s been a nightmare trying to resolve issues. It’s been a month and a half of major billing problems that are still unresolved. I never once had a problem with AT&T. Also, coverage in Missoula is terrible. I often cannot make calls from my house or from work, both of which are near the interstate. I recommend going with a different company.

I have never had such a good experience at a phone store. Tyson was incredibly helpful and patient. He is very knowledgeable. I am very grateful for my decision to switch over from AT&T to T-Mobile. If I need any more help Ill be sure to return to the store.

The manager and other personnel are very nice people. They seem to want to go out of their way to provide a good service. Still, I wish I had never walked through those doors. With their guidance, I purchased a OnePlus phone. I was used to using a Samsung Note 4 since it came out. I had no idea how bad this OnePlus is compared to it. The software is not at all comprable. Plus the phone itself is a lemon. The manager and another worker at the T-Mobile in Kalispell worked for over an hour trying to fix it. Without success.

I best experience I have ever had in any cell phone store, any store for that matter.The Manager put everything together start to finish, save us tons of money, was so sweet to my family and I, and made the whole thing a lot of fun. I loved our last cell phone place, but wanted to check out TMobile for some time, we finally made the jump after talking with Lesi, she made it all so quick and easy and explained everything to us. Best time I’ve ever had in a retail establishment.

I bought a prepaid plan for two months. Replaced my European SIM with the USA and they forgat to give me back my Europen SIM. I have traveled to another state and aks for shipping and before I could get someone on the phone week pass. They said they will send it to California, but SIM never arrived. After one month the prepaid plan did not renew himself as they said and they wanted a receipt with a code and after many travels I didnt have it anymore.....they didnt want to make step forward and more or less it was we can not do anything.

Have Liars you will not get cell service in Missoula itll work very sporadic some days you will have good service some days you wont do not fall for their promotions stay with Verizon I have no way of getting them to take back there phones and go to Verizon now I have to pay off the 11 phones that I was told would have .goo g service for my business. Stay away dont get sucked in by the lower prices you will have the no cell coverage halftime stay with Verizon I wish I would have

I love my Mobile service but seriously dislike this branch. Everytime my wige and I make the mistake of going to this branch we have problems with the employees. They have been very rude and or unprofessional the first time we went here the group of employees blatantly rude to my wife and I and I really do not know why.. We went there this last Wednesday to pay our bill and I was looking at phones to see if they had more of a selection than our home store and my wife was at the counter trying to pay our phone bill and the employee that was supposed to be helping my wife was so busy staring at me watching my every move that she was slow and rude.. It was very insulting there were no other customers in the store I am not a thief and she made us feel like we were doing something wrong by coming in and paying our bill.... I do not know who does the hiring and training for this store but they need to address their stores customer service and our payment hasnt even showed up on our account so we are trying to fix that this Thanksgiving morning Happy Thanksgiving right! So anyways love tmobile but this branch needs some work.
