Awesome Place to get good phones and great service all wrapped up with amazing customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the store and HE WAS AWESOME!! He didnt try to upsell me on anything and found money for me to save, putting it back into my pocket! If you want to be more than happy and no complaints about your cell service this is the place to go!! SAVE $ & BE TREATED BETTER THAN THE REST OF THE CELL SERVICES IN MT!!

Christiana at T-Mobile was amazingly nice severely helpful she even offered to come back to the store after she was off I told her absolutely not that is an employee that goes above and beyond I would suggest go to the Brooks Metro PCS store and talk to Christiana

Horrible representation of a company we drove by there just today and they close their Missoula locations down without letting any customers know they did it secretly so everyone that is a paying customer that just bought new phones or something happens is totally screwed cheap move metro cheap move

I stopped in to consider switching my phone carrier and was throughly delighted by the customer service the manager Karissa (sp?) gave me. She was knowledgeable, helpful and super sweet!! My current service ends soon, and Im planning to go with Metro BECAUSE she was so great. Shes a breath of fresh air in trying times. 🙂

I believe the lady that always helps me (and sold me my Stylo, which I love) is Candice?? Hopefully got her name right because she always remembers mine! She is fantastic, great public relation skills, always takes the time to find the answer needed re my phone. Honestly dont know if shes a manager, but if not she should be! I could be getting a better rate through a different company but she is one of the main reasons I stay with Metro!Would be happy to give 5 stars if Metro could get the service to work past Florence. 😊

Went in to get a phone only to be told there are none. Send my beautiful girlfriend in and all the sudden every phone I was told was out of stock is ready to be sold. Smh

So, I was on a plan with someone else through Metro PCS. They ended up deciding to cancel the plan. I was paying $25 a month on a shared plan. I LOVED my service so decided to sign up for my own plan through them. I would have given it 5 stars, except I have to pay twice as much for the same plan since its no longer a family plan, which is a bit of a bummer, but its only a few dollars more than I was paying when I was using StraightTalk and its WAY better service. I went down there today to sign up and get a new phone because my old one was pretty screwed up. I had shattered the screen to the point where a chunk had just fallen out. By some miracle its still usable, but one more good drop and it would be done for, so it was time for a new one. I was helped by a dude named Sam. I dont know what he gets paid, but he should get a raise. EXTREMELY helpful, and got me everything I needed without killing me financially. Actually helped me save quite a bit. I doubt I could have found a better deal than I got.

The people in metro are always super kind and helpful. I always recommend them.

I went in to buy a new phone and they were out of stock on the phone i wanted so i had them call me once some came in. They call me and tell me they have one reserved for me, set aside with my name on it. The next day i go to pick up the phone and they sold it out from under me...totally wasted my time and offering no solution to their mistakes... this is unprofessional and unacceptable

Worst phone service in Missoula, I lose calls all the time at my house in town. Also they dont honor policies that were told to us when we got our 4 lines. I will be changing carriers very soon.

I mean, where do I begin.. first we were there for 3 hours trying to switch our phone service. A guy named criss was managing the store by himself and Im not sure if he was a new employee or what, but He told me all the phones where free since we were switching from verizon. So I picked a phone and then he couldnt figure out how to hook it onto the plan. Come to find out it wasnt a free phone, and I tried to pick a diffrent one that was said to be free then wasnt, then finnally I found 4 phones to pick from that are actually free, So I picked one. He had to call for help about 8 times. One of the times was in the middle of helping me set up my phone, he left me to figure out how to set up my phone. My boyfriends phone wouldnt make any calls, or recieve them. We were told to give it a day and come back. So we did and we waited another hour and a half while he was on the phone trying to figure out why his phone still wouldnt make calls or recieve them. We had problems the ENTIRE TIME we tried to go through this company. I would not recommend it to anyone.
