I came in on a Thursday around lunch time expecting to wait, but Brady was able to help me right away. Found exactly what I needed and got some extra goodies with it as well. Great service I always come here!!
One of the fastest trips to the phone store and it was very helpful and informative the employee Brady really helped us out figuring out what we wanted and the best option definitely gonna be going back.👍👍

If I could give the store a lower rating I would. By far the worse experience I have ever had with at&t. The assistant manager Dillon Sweeney is anything but a manager. When a customer has to tell you how to do your job with finding a case that a customer has already paid for and is looking to have delivered at the store. Calling around or checking to see how to get the case. Instead I had to g to target to purchase a case at 34.99 plus pay for the case that was ordered at 60.00 already paid for the similar case that was to be sent to the store. Having to be told check your email for status of your case. Then being told by 2 staff members Jack and Thideous that we can reimburse you plus give you the case you have ordered. Even the store manager dropped the ball on this situation. I will contact corporate office in Texas next to discuss the situation with full detail. Telling a customer well what do you want me to do is not the correct way or answer. I will never go to this store for anything I wouldnt even make a payment here
The rep I had delt with my salty attitude in the best way. He explained that the phone I had was basically an eBay scam phone and kindly helped me get a new phone with at&t. He set up my service and showed me how to transfer everything super easily. Thanks Dillion for all your help. I totally appreciate everything you did.
Meghan and Shelby at the Paxton Street AT&T are amazing! We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They helped us set up a new phone for my Dad. His old phone was a dinosaur and they got all of the contacts and pictures transferred. Highly recommend working with these women when getting a new phone.We were waited on quickly and efficiently. We had great conversation and were in and out in a timely manner.

Shelby and the manager of this store were absolutely delightful to work with! Shelby was handling multiple transactions at a time, but never made us feel as if she forgot about us! The manager was there to answer any questions the salesmen had and they even made sure I knew about my plans options since I had been holding onto an old plan for so long. They got me a plan with all the cool features and I couldn’t be happier.! Will definitely be back — ask for Shelby!
Came in to have my phone repaired (I know the store doesnt do in-house repairs, but most carriers will accept damaged devices and handle replacemnts) and spent an hour and half going in circles with customer service. In the end, all I needed to do was go online and request a repair through a website that was easily found on google! The agent couldnt offer any guidance on what happened after I submitted a claim or what that process looked like. To the stores credit, the agent DID try and sell me a new phone a few times, which is great help on a college student budget. If you need help with anything other than purchasing a new phone, dont come here.

Worst experience ever. Even had to contact the sheriffs department. Wasn’t going to give a review until that happened. If you’re an assistant manager and you think it’s rude and disrespectful to take a complaint, you might be in the wrong line of business. Tried to handle an issue outside the store over the phone and the assistant manager still says I was unprofessional. Guess I should have just done it in an empty store. Instead of doing it the professional way and walking away and dealing with it via the phone. But now I know why the store was empty. Honestly if Alexis is not helping you, walk out the door and go to the reserve location. Everyone else is not competent at their job there and you’re in for a serious headache. Still waiting for the actual store manager and regional manager to call to resolve the issues I experienced and have recorded.
These peps know their stuff! Do not call them, go in to the store. If I have any issues, questions or want to upgrade I go in and do it in person. I have never have a negative experience, my kids even like going in. Depending on what I have to do most the time I’m in and out, but when I have something like a billing issue where it’s gonna take a minute my kids can use the devices and see what else there is out there. We have all brands of devices because we are all different, but after using the new iphone my husband said he might upgrade to it.

Closed the corporate store blaming Covid and online sales only to open it up the next day as an authorized retailer trying to play it off as a corporate store. Some great employees lost there jobs. For corporate greed!! Buyer beware going into the Paxson store not a real AT&T store!

Helpful, but not a great selection of phones between 150 and 400 dollars. This seems to be where most people buy phones but top of the line phones yes. Service is top notch. Why 5 stars I had no creditor and but no established credit and still was approved for a lg g6 phone. Ya one a payment plan but I still received one. Um go with prepaid as it is way cheaper in the long run. But if you can buy a phone outright or bring your own and 45 prepaid plan for 6 gigs data is great actually auto pay is 40 and 6 giigs best in the business. Now contract is more and kinda sucks. But thats every carrier. Oh anybody can get help at at&t better then the others. I know I was with a computer for 10 years after the switch better service and hay my bill is always the same not 50 one month and 75 the next. By the way s8 and g6 great phones my family has both and I personally used both since debut and lg g6 by far better easier and way more durable. Already used s8 insurance screen broke, went from hot outside to cool inside. Thanks
Since my iPhone 8 had lost its WiFi I needed a new phone. I went into the same AT&T store I always go to here in Missoula, Montana.The sales person Charles helped me. I noticed his mask wasn’t covering his nose so I pointed it out. He shrugged off my comment even though I was obviously concerned corned about it. He continued his spiel about the iPhone 11s. I listened with trepidation offended because wouldn’t cover his nose.I pointed it out again and he responded by telling me that while more people are co reacting the disease, less people are dying from Covid.I didn’t take the time to learn more about the different phones because I wanted to get out of there. There was another salesman in the store who was following proper protocol. I should have asked to have the other fellah help me.We received quick service because my husband and I were the only customers at that time.I felt unsafe during my entire visit there.
I went into the store for a sim card. I walked in the door, was asked what I could be helped with today. I replied simply I need a sim card. Megan rudely asked more than once For what. I personally dont want to be sold anything so I replied with i just need a sim card, the reason is irrelevant, I will even pay for it. Then Megan was rude with comments such as well I need to know what phone its for and I told her my phone. She brought me over to a table and I stated simply I need a sim card, I will pay for it for my phone. I do not want to be sold anything or solicited to at this moment and would appreciate your help. Megan then replied If your going to be rude I will have to ask you to leave and kick you out of this store. So I left. I will never be coming back to this store again. Went across town to the one on reserve and instantly described what I needed and the manager at that store sold me the 5$ sim card, put it in my phone and as I suspected its working better !!! Ps. Megan also did this to me before in Helena. I went into the store asking to pay cash for a new phone as I didnt want payments. She refused to sell me one, was rude instead of giving me another solution even to the point when I asked where the nearest corporate store was (as I know a corporate store would sell me a phone with cash no problem) and she replied I dont know while being aggressive towards me. I left the store and now drive out of town to go to one if needed. Now shes in another town. DO NOT go to this store unless you want an aggressive sales person shoving things down your throat. I will never step foot in Connect Wireless retail stores again. Thank god the one on reserve is owned by a different retailer and their service was spectacular and fast!!!!!!! With no arguments!!!!!

The service was good, but what a run around by the insurance company to get a phone replaced that was sent to me broke before I received . You can get the paper work that you need there but there fax machine didnt work to send it to the insurance carrier so had to go to Staples to fax it off. Not impressed
Been in here twice now to upgrade phones, and both times have been great experiences. If you go in knowing what you want, they don’t try and upsell you or change your mind, they just do as you ask and they do it quick. First time I told the guy I was in a rush and I walked out in 6 minutes with a new phone.
Unmatched Customer Service.Brett has always been first to help me when I go in for whatever reason.Yesterday was no different, he got me in and out of the store in roughly 7 minutes, with new service and a custom number I have wanted for years but could not get with any other company or source.10-1 best place to be treated beyond well by their employees. The staff was very helpful and kind. They got us the best available promotions on our phones and were clear on the timeline of discounts hitting. This is a corporate store, not a third party vendor. Its the best place to get AT&T info and services in Missoula.
No complaints so far. Day # 2 and Ive no hesitation in handing out a rating of 5 Very satisfied!Great bunch of Technicians/ Salespersons right on spot to assist patrons upon entry. Whether its for new phones and contracts or payments on pre-paid plans no hesitation whats so ever. Andrew was my salesman, he was very effective and knowledgeable and in my opinion did a very professional job!Megan, the Assistant Store Manager was very pleasant and effective in the entire transaction and agreement always available for any questions or approvals required for the deal.So with a new phone, new contract, with 3 additional lines it came time to tally the figures. I was asked if I was a Veteran or 1st responder, I am a Veteran of the USMC so gratefully I received a Veterans discount along with an auto pay discount, my monthly payment was quite plausible and satisfying.So I am looking to the future for the gratifying experience, superb service, and professional atmosphere.
You know what to expect from most corporate phone giants...not much. however, this location has somehow put together an extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff and is the sole reason i shop here. brett stands out by cutting through the fine print rhetoric to give me straight answers to my questions. its great to see so many of the same faces over the years.

Always great service at the AT&T store. Regardless if were there for troubleshooting or for our upgrade there is always someone friendly there to greet us. Sometimes there have been times where weve had to wait but theyve greeted us and let us know that they would be with us as soon as possible. They have tons of phones and tablets on display and cords so you can charge your phone while youre waiting. And free internet access which is great

I showed up there about 6:15, Id just flown into town and Id lost my cellphone probably in a layover in Denver. The store was already busy when I arrived but when it was my turn I received top notch service. They helped me try to locate my phone, reviewed my options and since I was on day 1 of an 11 day trip covering 5 States they found a way for me to leave the store with a phone in hand for a minimal cost!! I didnt leave there until 7:45? They closed at 7!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE AWESOME SERVICE I RECEIVED. BILL was just one of the service professionals HELPING me.
AT&T really dropped the ball on this one. Up sell things I dont want plus tryed making me pay for an obvious identity theft case. Multibillion dollar company trying to get payment from who ever. Not very accountable or willing to help clear up the matter. Just want your money and could care less about the individual.

I was questioned by the sales agent for several minutes as to why i was with another carrier. While trying to ask if the store could help me unlock a previously ATT based phone, the agent ignored my questions while trying to sign me up for a plan 4 to 5 times before answering my question and telling me to go online with a phone number. When i informed him of what the site actually asks for during the step he mentioned, he again ignored me, insulted my choice in phone provider, and tried to sign me up two more times before i finally got him to acknowledge the error message i had been receiving online. To this he said oh, must not work then, you come back if you want to switch to us. There was no help provided in any way and the attitude of insulting a customer who would rather subscribe elsewhere is beyond unprofessional.

A small store with limited phones on hand. They did right by my daughter-in-law but not me. Their wrong information cost me almost $100.
I went into the AT&T store on Paxson with my daughter and her boyfriend a couple of days ago to see about her boyfriend getting her set up with a new phone so that she no longer had to be under me at Verizon. She wanted to keep her number which means I needed to give Verizon permission to release her line so she could port the number to AT&T. So I asked the rep at AT&T helping us if they would pay the balance I owed on her phone so that I wouldnt be stuck with the $281.00 remaining balance called due almost immediately by Verizon, which would have put me in a past due status within a short amount of time. He told me If you trade in a phone, any phone that passes are tests, we will give you in store credit for the amount of the trade and the give you a Visa gift card for the remaining balance of your device payment plan so you can pay Verizon! This is where my problem began. I go in there today with a trade in phone which they appraised at $30.00, of which they paid me with in store credit, and then was told after I upload my bill from Verizon to a website they provided that I would receive the Visa gift card in the amount of $251.00 in 4-6 weeks. I have already been billed by Verizon and I get disability. I cant GTpay them $281 on top of my bill its not financially possible. It is imperative that when you coerce someone into porting a line that you disclose the fact that 1. Part of the payment Would be in the form of in store credit (which a Verizon customer is supposed to do what with?) And 2. You will not receive reimbursement, in the form of a gift card, for 4 to 6 WEEKS!!!!The sales rep I dealt with wasnt there today it was his day off so I asked for the manager. He proceeded to tell me that what I told him was hear say, and there was nothing he could do. What kind of customer service is that?? So I told him that if I sued him for nondisclosure and coercing me into porting the number that he could try using hear say as a defense but unfortunately my daughter and her boyfriend were there and heard everything. I told him that he needed to inform his employees to disclose all the terms of their contracts instead of ommiting or lieing about any of them. He basically blew me off and dismissed all of my concerns!!!I left ANGRY AND UNSATISFIED!! Moral of this review is my experience with AT&T at all levels of its employees was terrible and unsatisfying and I will never deal with them again!!!

I never did go to this store because when I called to see what phones they had since I was switching to AT&T and was looking for 3 phones that I wanted. Anyways I called this store on Paxson first the person who answered the phone was very rude from the start. Acted like it was a big deal and hard work to tell me what phones they carried there. So needless to say I went to the store on North Reserve and Im glad I did. If you need help or whatever from AT&T go to the one on North Reserve.

Several years ago, I had a very positive experience with this store. However, today I just had a misogynist give me a little lady you dont understand how this works speech. Which was very frustrating, because he wouldnt listen to my questions. Needless to say, I walked out and I will never go back to this store if I can avoid it. Get your phone online if you can.
