Excellent customer service every single time. No matter who you get, they are just very nice people and always willing to help a ton if you have questions. They will also tell you an honest opinion of a product on if it will actually work with the goal youre trying to achieve.

Poor customer service.Walked in the door was by 3 different women, & then left to what I was looking for on my own, well they continued conversation in the back.

Really lame returning experience.They ask so many personal questions, if you didnt need my name and number to purchase something. You dont need it to return. Very invasive.

Boxes were blocking shelves where the items I wanted were stocked, and when asking for help, the girl said probably somewhere behind those boxes and waved her hand before walking off.

They were out of what I needed but of course I found more things to buy! Did you know that if you have a pro card you have access to Cosmo Prof as well?

I recently placed an online order and upon arrival to my home i noticed that there were some items missing. i was disappointed and called the store that filled my order. Joanna the store manager picked up and i explained to her what had happened, she was apologetic and extremely nice and helpful. she helped me with my missing items and shipped them right away. i am very impressed with her costumer service and politeness and how helpful and nice she was. she needs a raise! thanks again Joanna and keep up the awesome people skills you have! every moment of talking to you made me forget how disappointed i was and u made me feel very relieved, happy and helped. I have always loved going to Sally Beauty! There are always warm, welcoming and knowledgable staff for my multiple questions.

River City Hair Studio DESTROYED my hair, got bleachwater in my eyes, charged me $150 to do it, and refused to even attempt to right their wrong in any way. These are pics of my hair after Julia Meeks at River City next to JCPenny in the mall ruined my hair and tried hiding behind her manager who wasnt even present when she ruined my virgin hair post pregnancy, to not take any responsibility for what she did.Carry with Sallys was able to help me by advising a safe way to strip this godawful color out of my hair and be able to get on with my life after the assault on my body and emotions at River City. Note in the pics this is pre-color stripper thats what Julia did to my hair died it this awful dishwater brown...after having just bleached it out platinum blonde ...and not so much as an apology.

These guys have been rude since the beginning. Bought a pair of clippers 34 days ago. Big metal bur on blade, hot to the touch, and trips the breaker when plugged in. Took it back with the receipt and was told all sales were final. Wow. Then she proceeded to tell me I have to call the manufacturer and get my money back. Umm, no. They want to exchange it, not give me my money back. How is the manufacturer going to give me money back when they are not the ones who sold the product? I don’t want another piece of junk, just my money back for a faulty product. Do not buy from Sally. Over priced, rude, and dishonest.

I came in at 730 pm ( I KNOW they close at 8) on April 9, 2019.The elderly woman working was at the back of the store. She yelled a greeting of sorts. I figured she would come to the front.... nope!I had to yell what I was looking for. She didnt understand apparently because she then proceeded to tell me they didnt have what I WASNT looking for... I once again had to yell to the back of the store.... she finally came up with a garbage bag and literally knew NOTHING about or if they carried any product I asked about.Then when I tried calling April 10, 2019, the phone rang until it disconnected me.I guess customer service truly is dead!

My favorite place to get hair dye and products. They have a well-organized array of merchandise, good prices, and a very helpful and friendly staff. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for hair and beauty products!

Best place in town to get some kickass hair accessories. Great variety and helpful customer service and often have fun promos so you get extra bang for your buck. Fav purchases so far: Numerous Wet brushes, huge hair clips and a blow dryer that gets the job done quick for thick, wet hair.

Rudest, rudest employee i have ever come across. Came in Sunday Nov 10 at 3pm. Short, blonde lady. I checked for what I needed and asked if they happened to have any of what I was looking for, mostly cause I might have been In the wrong section. we put out everything yesterday! Um ok, sorry for asking. She didnt make eye contact cause heaven forbid she might have to walk down ana 🙄 This was my first time here and I would rather drive to Butte than deal with this type of service! Her body language said it all in addition to her terse reply.

I went to Sally Beauty with a coupon that wouldnt work for some reason but the girls at the Missoula Sally Beauty looked up on 888 on their computer and found a coupon for me that was twice the one that I took in there. These girls are really awesome in that Sally Beauty in Missoula. If you have a coupon that doesnt work ask your Sally Beauty Checker to check on her 888 site. Love this place. The service was awesome!

I decided I wanted to dye my hair purple. I have dark brown hair and I knew it was going to be a challenge. I tried a few salons and they basically kept talking me out of it. So I decided to do it myself. I bought colorista bleach and bleached my hair. When I was done my hair was so fried. I was so upset that my husband ended up calling Sallys and asked them about what I could do to save my hair and still dye it purple. They were so helpful on the phone. I was going to use the colorista purple dye, and my husband stopped in to Sallys to ask them about it, and they directed him to a different product in the store and they were so helpful. They told him what to do so that my hair wouldnt become more fried. They were so nice and vey knowledgeable. I am glad to say I absolutely LOVE my hair. Its more of an indigo color but I like it more than if I had gone with the Barney purple from colorista. I would recommend Sallys to anyone! Not only do they have amazing customer service, we ended up paying so much less than what the box dyes were costing. I am truly a forever customer of Sallys!!! Thanks to the wonderful ladies at Sallys for my beautiful hair!
