Easy and quick check in with a staff member. My vehicle was in the shop within 5 minutes. Was told the repair would take 20-30 minutes, but it felt much shorter. Team member who made the repair was equally polite and seemed very experienced. A very noticeable chip was repaired to the point that I need to really look to even notice it. Would definitely recommend this shop, and will be using them again if the need arises.

****Updated*****My second appointment went pretty well.Got a call from Employee and he explained that there were a few holes and they got fixed.Im giving back 5 stars!******************Today I took my car for a windshield replacement. Everything went well, it was quick but when I drove my car, I could hear the engine noise wayyyy louder. It seems like something is missing like sound proof material that Toyota uses to reduce the outaide noise. I made another appointment to see whats going on. Hopefully they can fix it . When I came home, l lifted the hood and noticed 2 screws (that attaches the plastic part from the windshield to the engine compartment) are missing. Im kinda sad because this place has great reviews and I dont wanna chnage that 😕.Anyway, Ill keep you all posted if anything changes.

I picked up a big chip in my windshield on the way to Missoula MT from Sacramento, CA. After convincing the USAA/Safelite dispatcher that there really was a Safelite AutoGlass shop in Missoula I was able to set up an appointment the next day to get it fixed. Upon arrival at the shop I was greeted very positively - like they appreciated my business - go figure sometimes these day you gotta wonder, but, not here. They were happy to see me, did a great job and were not only very friendly, but were fast too. The technician who fixed my windshield also cleaned all of my windows. Talk about service! I very much recommend this place of business and give my thanks to them for saving me the cost of replacing my windshield.Almost forgot, they vacuumed the seats (after two long days of driving and eating in the car the seats needed it)! This was something that they did not have to do, it was unexpected, and greatly appreciated.

Had my back window shattered because someone tried to break into my car. The employees were very nice, they got me in the next day, and completely vacuumed all of the glass out of my car and replaced the window in a few hours. Would definitely come back if I need any more glass repairs!

Needed to get my Tacoma windshield replaced. With things as crazy as they are right now I opted for home replacement service. Safelite made that easy. They had appointments at good times. Troy called before driving over and kept me up to date on timing. Installation was under 2 hours. Troy was professional and very pleasant.Safelite isnt the cheapest option out there, but Ive learned you get what you pay for. Quality costs and I appreciated how quick and easy Safelite worked. That isnt to say Safelite is the most expensive. They were half the price of Toyota.

Would be nice to be able to get someone on the phone to ask questions before being forced to schedule an appointment. Their phone system doesnt give you an option to talk to a local person it just forces you to the website to make an appointment.

Efficient and friendly place of business.

I won’t make this mistake again. They literally broke my windshield and told me it’s the risk of a repair, and offered about 10 percent off a new one that was about $494 whereas two other companies in town quoted under $300. They accepted zero responsibly for the issue and simply left me with cracks over a foot long, from a chip the size of a dime.Another installer and repair man said they should have not tried to cool them windshield as quickly or unevenly as they did, and it wouldn’t have cracked; i can attest to this, because i had driven it for days with the chip waiting for my app and the chip never ran.Again, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, and they REFUSED to try to make it right.Also FYI, if Novus repairs it and then it cracks, they will replace it for FREE!! They will have my business.

I took 2 vehicles into Safelite today after driving with cracked windshields for years. I had a wonderful experience. They (Zach) even went so far as to suggest a trim that was different from the one I had initially selected but was the same price. It wound up looking way better than the replacement trim I had chosen but did not cost any more. Thanks you!

This place is awesome! Fast and pleasant. And my rock chip that had some little spider legs was hard to even find after they fixed it! Bonus, they installed free of charge some new wiper blades that my brother had purchased for me over Thanksgiving weekend. AND they gave me a free can of their wonderful Safelite windshield cleaner spray. All with a smile.

For starters I had to sit through 5 minutes of phone prompts before talking to a real person. Who by the way, was not local. When he gave me a quote I explained I had found a much more affordable quote elsewhere. Then magically there was a local coupon that dropped the quote by $75. It was still more expensive than the other local shop. The other shop told me they could fix my shattered window within 24 hours. Safelite said it would be 24 to 48 hours. But, they could do it quicker for more money. Go somewhere else. I recommend Novus, far better customer service and prices.

Always on point, courteous, and professional. Ive dealt with them when through work as well as on my personal rigs and have never been disappointed. They go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Ill never shop for a new auto glass company.

While on the tail-end of a 4,000-mile road trip, the car in front of me had thrown a rock into my windshield causing a star-pattern windshield chip. Safelite was able to get me into their shop by the next morning, though it could have been same-day service! The service I received was superb. Within 30 to 45 minutes I was on the road with a virtually unnoticeable crack versus an annoying chip that was in my line of sight. I wish I could remember the specialist who assisted me so I could mention him by name but he was extremely professional and seemed to love the work he did.

Leonard is very helpful/informative and I had a great experience despite the unfortunate situation of having to get my back window replaced. The technician (can’t find his name) that replaced the window was awesome and took his time being very thorough at removing all the old glass. Will come back again and will recommend, thank you!

We are from out of town and ended up having 2 chips occur during our trip up here. They did such an amazing job. You cant even tell where the chips were. Also the folks working there are so nice and very courteous.

Ive used Safelite a couple times. Their mobile site service is wonderful, convenient and fast! The repair was done and the vacuumed in the vehicle. Another time I had an in-house appointment. They were so nice, fast and I received a free can on window cleaner!! If I need I will return for window/windshield repair.

Awesome service from Troy at Safelite for a mobile repair. Quick and professional service. Very thorough. He even cleaned the exterior of all of my car windows to check for additional chips and cracks beyond the one he was here to repair. Highly recommended.

The tech, Adam, was professional and experienced at his job. They came to our home and the job was completed promptly and professionally - they even clean the windshield and vacuumed the floors in the car. He was on time, called to let us know when he was on his way and the company sent a picture of the tech so we knew who to expect. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

They do great work if you can get in.They don’t take appointments for rock chip repairs if you are not going through insurance. My insurance doesn’t cover rock chips so I was stuck being a walk in. After 3 attempts I got in and got the chip repaired. Got a new chip yesterday went in this morning told they are to busy and to come back. Basically I’m 1 for 4 getting this sort of work done.Look I get it it gets busy and appointments take precedent but it’s really annoying to have to keep coming in to find a window where I can get a rock chip repair done. They should just make an appointment that way it doesn’t seem like they are wasting your time.

Incredible. My back window had shattered due to heat or some mysterious reason. I called up safelite and they ordered me a new window. It arrived in 3 days and they were able to install in a couple of hours. They also vacuumed up all of the shattered glass. They were very polite and when my card was declined they waited patiently while i called my bank. Incredible service. Also they gave me a free can of window cleaner.

I got an appointment the next day, Leonard called to confirm, I arrived early and they took the car right in and were done in 50 minutes. They vacuumed the car and cleaned all the windows. The windshield installation was satisfactory and they transferred all my decals from the broken windshield. Price was a few pennies under $209. I would go back if I had another broken windshield.

Great, amazing service. I live in the bitterroot valley and Lucas came same day to work on my vehicle at my house with in a few hours of calling. Cost for traveling out, parts, labor was very comparable to traveling into Missoula for a replacement and service. I priced out other companies in Missoula and will choose safelite again for my next service! They even change out my wiper blades!!! Very happy customer.

Horrible. They did repair the chip. Scratched my window with the drill. They do not guarantee their work because what you paid for rock chip is used toward a new window which they want. Thats why the HORRIBLE JOB WITH THE ROCK CHIP.

The technician who worked on my vehicle did a very unprofessional and poor job. He did a poor job of cleaning up the broken glass on my dashboard, left muddy/dirty footprints all over the door jams on both sides of the vehicle, left pieces of tape on the doors, left grease smudges on the hood, lost a piece of the mount for my rear view mirror, and re-mounted my remote start antenna inccorectly. I will admit that the owner/manager of this branch was pleasant to work with and did replace the missing piece of the rear view quickly and for free. I probably shouldve complained more than I did, however there is no excuse for how my car was returned to me. I brought in a very clearly cared for vehicle and expect to receive my car back in the same or better condition than I dropped it off in. On top of this, I called the company about having a different safelite location check and fill a possible chip in my barely month old windshield. They decided (without even looking at my car) this was all going to cost at least $90. Fortunately, I went to a different glass company who charged me nothing and has now gained a new customer in the future. Take my advice, do your research and go to someone other than Safelite.
