Bought a very high quality enclosed trailer from Western States almost a year ago. Very reasonable price. Had a small problem in the winter. The factory missed plating a rod (on the outside of the trailer). Kalispell winter snow chemical got to it in short order. Contacted Landon about it. Instead of blowing me off he contacted the factory and had them ship me a new, plated rod, no charge. Thats customer care! Buy a trailer from these guys...
