Got a Flat Rear Tire on my VFR1200X out on the freeway. I called Five Valleys because - quite rare and amazing - they’re open on Mondays! They were having phone issues, but called me back and said to bring it on in. Once there - they patched the tire quickly and sent me on my way. The mechanic was a little worried about the location of the patch - mid belt - and he called it. Less than a mile away the belt went and I had a wobbly tire! Took it back and the staff got onto ordering me a tire. Took two days - but I’m seriously grateful. They were awesome and took care of a motorcyclist in need. Cheers 5 valley’s Honda!

Service guys were great. I was in a jam and needed an unexpected tire replacement - a long way from home. They were booked solid and couldnt get me in immediately so they loaned me tools to get me going.

These guys rock and they saved my bacon! I got two punctures on my rear tire going from Lewiston to Lolo, Montana. I tried to plug them but one was a diagonal puncture and it wouldnt seal. I was 147 miles from anyone that could fix the tire. So i called Chad and he said if I could get it there they had a tire waiting for me! I limped it over to them (airing up the tire, every 20 minutes) and they got me in ( over lunch hour) and had me on the road again in an hours time! Their flexibility and willingness to take a drop in went above and beyond. I only ended up losing 4-6 hours of my trip instead of a while day. HIGHLY recommend Five Valley!

I called at 3:30PM on a Saturday, in need of a new rear tire for my Kawasaki Concours. We were on our way Lewiston to Stanley via Lolo, and noticed that the tire needed urgent attention. After the local Kawasaki shop said that it could not help me, Mark at Five Valley told me to come on by and said that they would get me back on the road so we could continue our trip. Mark and his tech, Bart, saved me my two buddies from having put everything on hold and totally re-work our plan and reservations. I am SO GRATEFUL!! What an awesome shop!

Stranded in Missoula with a flat rear tire on a BMW. They were the only motorcycle shop open on a Monday. Showed up without an appointment at 830am and they dropped everything to get us back on the road with a new tire that morning.

Great customer service! Dropped my bike off before leaving town for a couple weeks. They kept me in the loop the entire time! If they found something wrong they called me and asked before fixing it so there was no surprises on my bill! Highly recommended!

Great people and great service. I needed tires on a trip from NY to OR. I had fresh tires waiting for me, but the ones I was on were too far gone. I called on Mon night to check if they had anything, and they did. Got in Tuesday morning and the brought my bike in and started the swap as soon as I arrived. I was out the door and on my way in less than 2 hours. Thanks for keeping me rolling!

Needed emergeny replacement of back Goldwing bike tire on vacation, got me in at 9:00 am, 45 minutes later on the road again. Great service and cheaper than could have gotten this done back home. Thank you!!!!!!!

Rolled in to Missoula from California with a loose chain (on a VFR-no special tool on hand!). These guys had me fixed up and on the road in fifteen minutes! Absolutely outstanding shop and guys. They were also helping a traveller from Michigan who had a blown fork seal. Beautiful showroom, I test-sat a blue Grom while I was there.

I am fighting ovarian cancer. I went into the store today and the saleman (named Chad) wasnt wearing a mask. I asked him if he would please wear one and he replied I guess. He went and got a mask, came back out and asked me are you happy now?. I will NEVER do business with Five Valley Honda Yamaha again. My next step is calling the health department.

Had a water pump start leaking on my VTX1800 during a bike trip. These guys had the new pump flown in overnight and replaced it as soon as it arrived. I wasn’t delayed more than a few hours. I really appreciated how they worked hard to make the repair happen to salvage my trip. 5 stars for top notch service! Also they have a nice coffee room to hang out in while the work was being done. Searched all over Idaho and Montana for the best price on a Honda Rancher. They ended up having the best price but they also gave excellent service. Thank you Lloyd for getting me a good machine, can wait to come back and get that Honda Pioneer.

My buddy and I are restoring a 1967 305 scrambler. We are at a total dead end as finding parts for old bikes can be a bit impossible. Chad was able to find us everything we needed as well as throw us a bone here and there. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Id double those five stars if I could. I have ridden motorcycles for 30+ years and have not run into a better or even near equal dealer. I had my GL1800 towed to Five Valley (well after closing) from a hitting a brick about 20 miles west of Missoula on I-90. The next morning I was there shortly after open at 08:30 and it took about 60 seconds for Gary in Parts/Service to understand the issue and start with options to get me back on the road. He even offered to attempt to acquire used parts from eBay to save money - yes, a dealer gives a darn about riders. n the end I chose new rims and tire because my insurer requires that to make any kind of payment. Five Valley arranged for overnight delivery and had me kn the road the next day. It was not cheap but the labour fees (the only cost the business controls) are below average. Service was so good Id come here for a new motorcycle (short flight from Denver). Recommended without reservation.

Incredible service. Walked in looking for an adventure bike, but the Africa Twin was a bit too tall for me. Chad showed me the CB500x, and when I asked to test ride one he let me test ride his bike! (which was the same bike just one year older.) Just amazing people, and went out of their way to make sure I would be comfortable on the new bike. Extremely happy and every part of the process was easy and smooth thanks to the guys at this shop.

Been wanting to do this for a while and just kept forgetting. This place is amazing. Last summer we pulled in needing a tire and feeling like our vacation was going to have to be cut short. These guys knew we were from out of state and could have nailed us, but instead got the bike in, changed the tire and got us on the road at no more than we would have paid at home.. friendly, clean, beautiful show room and they made us very comfortable while we were waiting. Outstanding professional customer service! The center stand on my 2018 Honda Goldwing was bent on the Lolo pass to Missoula and needed to be removed. On a tight schedule to meet friends during a 2000+ mile trip, they took me right in. The service department completed the repair in an hour for a very reasonable price. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very much appreciated.

After waiting for Gary to search online and in book to find chains for my tire size ( 15-20 mins) i leave with the chains, get home, and 3 to 4 inches over sized. I call back, and im told just cut the links! I contacted a real honda shop, in Bozeman, and confirmed i was given wrong size. I show up to exchange, and get a simple sorry for your inconvenience. Do yourself a favor, drive to Bozeman, or anywhere than this place, horrible customer service,

Great little dealership. They were very helpful getting a new battery replaced in my Buell and helped me test my charging system.

My boyfriend took his bike into the shop to get his valves adjusted. He got a call a few days later saying its ready to be picked up.. went to pick it and the bikes not ready. We were both looking to buy brand new bikes so we looked around the store while waiting. They informed him his valves didnt need adjusted but they replaced a bolt on the top rh head. They had to helicoil the stripped bolt hole. Costed $141.00.. he pays and orders more parts while we were there. Get home and he has a broken cable that one of the mechanics snapped. Nothing was said to us so he called them. Owner Lloyd says oh yeah he told me about that you can buy it then we will put it in for you for free.. doesnt sound right to me?! THEN he took the replaced bolt out and he could see a shard of metal was left in his motor!! Please realize this could damage the entire motor!! Cant wait to hear lloyds response about this! Also he lost 2 new bike sales!

I had my 2014 VFR800 towed into 5 Valley on Thursday the 14th at 10pm because of a pinhole in my radiator. I was in the middle of a 3,000 mile road trip from Colorado. Mark and the crew had me up and running at Noon the next day. It does not get any better than this!
