Just by walking into Rosss office/shop I could see he loved time pieces! He looked at my Seiko watch put a battery in it and it worked (something the other shop said it just would not work). Ross explained the watch did need a through cleaning, which he did in less than an hour. Cleaned and polished it mare it look like NEW!! and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ross for any time piece repair.

First off, going to Ross’s shop is an experience! It was exactly like being in a classic historic looking clock/watch repair shop and Ross is the living Gepetto of Pinocchio! I only wished I had taken more of my kids, so they could have experienced the level of love for all things clock and watch. We had made an appointment to have my daughter’s $5 watch from Justice checked out. She had cracked the face of the ‘one piece’ acrylic top. Ross carefully inspected, and took it a part like a surgeon doing brain surgery. And then proceeded to strengthen the ‘hopeless’ situation and put a smile on my daughters face with her repaired watch! With the amount of care he gave her cheap watch, it is very evident his love for all things watch and clock, and I would trust him with any small or large geared item!

Ross is professional beyond belief but also very personable. When you enter his shop, you recognize not only he has the knowledge to fix anything that comes his way, but also is willing to discuss the history and the significance of the piece brought in. Each time I go in time flies as he helps me understand what was wrong and what he did to fix it. My favorite watch broke a crystal and got into the movement but he was able to hunt down a replacement crystal (the company it came from went out of business so it was quite an undertaking finding another one), cleaned it, and made it work better than new.I will return anytime I have a watch that ticks just a bit off!

I had a great experience in taking two clocks to Ross. He is very knowledgeable and absolutely great at explaining things. He repaired and calibrated my 100-year-old cuckoo clock and did the same with a younger pendulum Regulator clock. Other clock repair shops told me the they wouldnt work on the Regulator clock, but Ross was very responsive and fixed both clocks within just a few days.
