Maybe Chip should reconsider being a manger for a very high volume customer service position. Between cutting me off and speaking to me in a very condescending tone; it is more than evident he needs to look for a different job that requires little to no interactions with adults. Very disappointing in the way I was treated. UPS do better at who you are hiring. From the looks of it I have not been the only person who has encountered such an unpleasant man.
Unfortunate as this is a convenient location for me.Attempted to ship a non-serialized firearm barrel, which I openly declared as such. Item was accepted & I was charged. Received a call several hours later asking me to pick up the item, stating that it is against UPS policy to ship guns (again, this was not a gun, only a part needing numerous separate components to function). Countered with UPS website policy & my understanding of how to ship firearms and components. Chip was extremely argumentative both to me and my wife who I had to send to pick it up. The owner was kinder and called to state that it is a UPS STORE policy against knowingly shipping firearms as they could lose their franchise. Ok, though there still seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding the shipping of non-serialized (ie not a gun) firearm PARTS.To top it off, was only refunded a partial amount & had to call back to get the full amount refunded.Huge headache, never again. Another carrier is getting it there faster.
It is convenience to have one soon close. Used them for Amazon returns. No problems!!👍👍👍👍👍👍
I have been to this location twice. One of the times I went, this gentleman named Steve helped me. I do not use the term gentleman lightly. Steve was polite, professional, personable, and energetic. I needed help mailing back some Google Fiber ware, and he was beyond helpful. Imagine Dwight from The Office, his passion for the paper supply industry- that was this guy, without the obnoxious aspect. Then last week, Steve called me to tell me that my Fiber box had been returned. He had the courtesy to not only call me, but he remembered helping me from 2 months back, AND he was once again the most helpful, friendly person. UPS needs to do something to recognize or reward this guy, because I dont think Im the first person to write a review acknowledging his positive attitude. Steve is very helpful. Be like Steve. I encountered a curt and condescending man. I have come to expect excellent service from other UPS stores. I left annoyed. Possibly just a bad day it appears I interrupted him. Maybe I came across rude ? Revision: I came to this store today for notary services and had a very pleasant experience from a great staff..
Manager stepped in after a customer refused an employee’s request for him to wear his mask (which he had around his neck); so very much appreciate a manager willing to deny service to people who are unwilling to put forth the slightest effort that is meant to keep other customers and employees safe.

Worst customer service on numerous occasions
Dont use if shipping fragile items and find some other service instead. I was assured that theyd add extra packaging and put FRAGILE on the shipping label. I received a message from my mother that the handmade pots I sent to her in Roswell had arrived broken. When I asked to see a picture, they looked like theyd been through the kind of silent movies where plates get smashed over someones head. It honestly looked like someone saw the label FRAGILE and took it as a challenge. Ive been on and off the phone with customer support for the last hour and a half trying to get a claim started to take care of the damage, but the customer service support people - although apologetic - refused to help me until 24 hours had passed. Unless theres a secret Pottery Fairy that comes and repairs broken pots in the middle of the night if you clap your hands and believe hard enough, I doubt this practice does anyone any good, especially when you have a live agent on the phone with you that could - theoretically - get the proverbial ball rolling for you. Im only grateful that I didnt use this service to ship the fragile products that people actually pay for, instead of a simple handmade gift for my mother.

USE WITH CAUTION when shipping electronic devices or even small packages that may appear to be electronic devices. This UPS store has excellent employees in the storefront, but it is very possible that someone connected to this store or with this particular UPS route is stealing packages. UPS is very hard to deal with when packages get lost or stolen, especially when the return authorization has been generated by a third party (such as a cell phone carrier taking trade-in devices). For all other shipping, packaging, copying needs, the employees at this particular store are fast and professional.
Long story short to get to the point. I have Ben assisting my brother-in-law with a lost package claim. This store has one person who deals that process, but this person does not return phone calls, does not work weekends, and does not come in before noon (but opens the store on Monday) and leaves between 4 and 5, it would be no wonder why he has no time to return phone calls. Tried to find the owner or manager so I could complain on how unprofessional their employee is and that possibly the owner needs to find the claims person help so all customer calls are returned at least by the next business day, but come to find out the owner Eric Jones and the unprofessional employee I am complaining about is the same person. Mr. Jones I would suggest that as the owner if this UPS store, that you hire someone to take care of your “claims” department if you are unable to juggle both owner and claims.Since there is no other way to reach you I will leave my message here. My brother-n-law would like to pick up his refund check he does not want it mailed.P.S. When a call is placed to your business and a message is left, more than one unce, you want to make sure that the messages are returned using the same means that it was left for you, customers appreciate this type of reciprocity.

The owner Eric is obnoxious and arrogant. He is not Customer focused or friendly and speaks to you like a imbacile.

I sent a document to be bound, printed double sided, with a clear front and back cover yesterday 4/27. It says itll be ready at 1500, at 0900. Cool, no problem. I go on about my day and I get a phone call from the store. The kid said, and I quote, i cant bind your order because that machine is like, three walls away and itll take me 45 minutes, and Im the only one here today. Can I get it to you Monday instead? While that wasnt going to work as I needed the project for today, 4/28. He then asked me to reload the project so he wouldnt have to figure out my refund. I couldnt, as I was not at home, had access to a computer, and it took me an hour to load and format the first time. I agreed to have him just print the job and 3 hole punch everything. I show up to get my project and he hands me a HUGE stack of paper. Dude, I literally was on FaceTime with my manager whos at a pool tournament and I just cant figure out how to use that machine. Told him thats fine, we discuss that his boss will call me Monday to figure out a refund for the binding. He tells me to be careful as its super windy outside, I ask him if I can at least get a folder. He hands one to me and I walk out of the store. Well, I should have checked before I got into my car but the project was not printed double sided like I had ordered OR had the clear covers included. For the 90$ I spent on this, it should have at least included all the parts and been printed correctly--binding issues aside. So now, the binder I already had was too small and had to go spend 10$ at Target for a 3 binder. Im just very frustrated that this was all handled nonchalantly for a grand total of 100$. Employee was nice, but I should have just gone to FedEx and payed the 120$ they wanted to get this done correctly.
Great service. Ive used this location many times, and the personnel always help me find the best way to ship my items for the best price. Quick and painless - the way it should be.

Do not use this store for your shipping needs. I dropped off a package for 2 day air to Alaska. The UPS store mishandled the package and it was damaged. UPS refused to ship it and when I asked for a refund for the shipping costs, they told me their was nothing they could do. Because it as 2 day air to Alaska, the cost was substantial and understand if it was damaged, they wouldnt ship it, but they should refund me the cost of shipping. The package wasnt damaged when I dropped it off and the UPS store made zero effort to address the issue. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Edit, the owner of the store wants to use UPS to ship, but doesnt want to associate the store with UPSs horrible customer service. They are one in the same. They utilize UPS, not FedEx or DHL to ship items. and as I said originally:UPS makes it nearly impossible to get restitution for packages that are mishandled and lead to damaged goods. it doesnt happen often, but when it does they dont care about you and your purchase. they make it nearly impossible to make a claim and dont explain why they dont honor the claim.
Easy place to drop off packages. Staff is always friendly here and everyone seems to have a smile on their face.
None of the employees or customers are wearing masks at this location, and no efforts to social distance. thats how outbreaks start ffs.
