Anyone considering hearing aids? I highly recommend Maggie at this location. She had to grow up with them. Maggie knows hearing aids “inside out”. Extremely patient in servicing her clients, very professional and compassionate. Maggie offers very good coverage and servicing of hearing aids. OfficeIs very help-full with financing.

I had a very satisfying experience with Dr. Margaret Neyman at the Mission, KS office. My needs were not a normal hearing aid appointment. I was interested in exchanging the style of hearing aids I had purchased less than two years ago. Dr. Neyman set to work making phone calls, writing explanatory notes and searching for the best method to make my wishes happen with the least amount of confusion and expense. I appreciate that she didn’t question my decision, but set about making it happen, successfully.

This is an efficient, well-run, safe office. Appointments were easily made, and I was seen right on schedule. Dr. Neyman is both very professional and personable. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a patient and articulate teacher in guiding the patient in the features of and how to use a new hearing aid. I bought the new hearing aid because I believe she had my best interests at heart. I would not hesitate in recommending her to someone else with a hearing problem.

Dr. Neyman is fantastic and Christina is wonderful and friendly!! I travel to see the Dr. and will continue to do so! Come see her if you can!

Dr. Margaret Neyman and Christine Caudie are wonderful to work with. Ive had hearing aids for over 10 years and just recently upgraded for the newer technology and Dr. Neyman walked me through understanding and learning how to navigate with my new hearing aids both with my electronic devices and bluetooth in my car. Last week, I saw Dr. Margaret Neyman (of American Hearing in Mission, Kansas), and I was beyond impressed with her expertise and professionalism. It was, by far, the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a hearing care provider. Hers was the most thorough hearing exam I have ever had, and she made some significant adjustments to my current hearing aids, which helped me tremendously.

Maggie is a very good and knowledgeable audiologist. She has helped me to get another pair of heading aids. They work great for me, and she has helped me to know what I needed and recommend the ones necessary. I am very pleased and would recommend this company and her knowledge to help others!

My wife has been talking about getting hearing aids over the past few years. American Hearing is less than a mile from our house, so we set up an appointment. She was given a hearing test that determined hearing aids would definitely benefit her. Working with Ken Wooten was a very pleasant experience. One is in quite competent and experienced care with Dusty. I was completely satisfied and appreciative. He quickly ascertained what was best for my situation and made me feel comfortable, welcome and valued. I had maintenance on my hearing aide, for which American Hearing and Audiology doesnt charge.

I have been seeing Ken Wooten for hearing help through 3 sets of hearing aids and about 17 years. He is a wizard at translating my half-formed thoughts and words about hearing into adjustments that work. Ive always felt he has my best interests in mind. You wont get any high-pressure sales talk from him. Hes interested in hearing.

Very unprofessional. This was a job Interview with the Chief executive officer of the company and she was very off task, not to mention the office in Mission, Ks. My grandfather was having issues with his old hearing aids and had begun to lose some balance as a result. We tried going to one of those places that had sent an ad in the mail but had a terrible experience. I remembered Ken had posted the opening of his office in Mission on Facebook and called to set an appointment. The office was close to home, parking was RIGHT in front of the office (which was great for getting Granny and Grandpa in and out safely), the office was neat, clean and private, and Ken was incredibly patient and kind! The appointment went great! Ken found us just the right hearing aids for our budget, provided a great maintenance plan and even helped match the device to Grandpas skin tone so they are nearly invisible! Can’t say enough about how happy Grandma and Grandpa are about restoring his level of hearing and, almost equally important, finding such a kind, knowledgeable and respectful help in Ken Wooten! Thanks SO much!

A simple tube and hook replacement that cost me zero at my usual place, got charged $20, they wanted $65, but since it was an older hearing aid, and they didnt even have the correct size hook. Bye Bye $20.Wont be returning, emergency or not.
