The IBC bank requires customers to wear a face mask, that is good to know and very satisfying, thank you for thinking on the wellbeing of everyone,their Customer service is very fast and friendly .

HEB is probably the best grocery chain i have ever used in my 77 years. The only reasons I didnt give them 5 stars is their increased emphasis on HEB brands to the exclusion of national brands and failure to package produce in small enough quantities to accommodate single people and small families without waste from spoilage.

H.E.B. is a Texas treasure. I stopped by to pick up some canned pineapple, and of course they had it. In todays current situation (covid time) you never know if something is going to be in stock at the store.

Just moved down from Austin and unfortunately this heb is quite Small. Not a huge variety of anything here but good enough for just a few quick items to get you in and out.

HEB best grocery store I have ever shopped in.

HEB is traditionally a great place and experience. But, like most supermarkets, morning shopping means less checkouts and long lines. This morning only 2 checkouts were available and I was in line a while because no new checkouts were opened. The checkouts were side by side too, so the lines were close together. Uh, you have like over 12 checkouts, why bunch up the shoppers in line, ESPECIALLY during COVID. It is what it is.

They are doing the best they can. But too many people go and so its too crowded. The HEB on mile 3 is bigger so people can be further apart from each other more often. Be safe.

Love this store

Everybody’s experience could be different and this one is mine. I love their barbacoa on the weekends, i wish they had barbacoa tacos for breafast, I would tottaly buy tacos everyday. Their rostitaty chicken is amazing and i love the flavor of the lemon pepper one. They are not over cooked or raw, they are just on point. What I like about it is that they are not dry either and that is why i like buying rostitaty chicken at HEB instead of fried chicken from the fast food restaurants

They didnt have the ready to drink protein shakes i was looking for.

Stopped by today and they are currently moving things around at the store but theres employees there making sure you can find what youre looking for. Irene helped us today and provided great customer service!!

After not finding what i was looking for at WalMart went to my neighborhood HEB that I should have done in the first place....yes went directly to frozen food freezer and found my Vegie Stir Fry I was looking for...THANKS H E B

Regular grocery store. Lots of parking, employees are helpful if you cant find something. Prices are reasonable and a good variety to select from .

I try and avoid this HEB almost at all cost. The service is usually horrible. Products are usually expired or rotten. TODAY HOWEVER.. girl helping at self checkout was amazing. Friendly, helpful, cheerful nothing I expect from this location. Amazing job hiring her. Just ashame I didn’t catch her name. Evening attendant will be a manager soon .

The store within is good! Expect your food and drinks to get the shake of their life when going across the rough parking lot with the cart! Update as of July of 2021 the parking lot has been much improved though the store indoors is going through some changes that many I see the reasoning for though getting rid of the nice long beer cooler along the wall puzzles me as they are moving the beer away from the wine along the same wall to a cramped up retangular cooler in the back center of the store that does not present the product as well!!!

Find almost everything you need at this store. Customer service is usually on point, depends on who you get as a cashier. There is only one woman who is rude, everyone else is pretty good.

Couldnt find some things I needed.

Already closing early for extra cleaning then closing even earlier for what? I arrived 8 mins to closing for formula, denied due to closing earlier than hours of operations given. Asked for a manager and guy wasnt even sure who was on duty, sounds like just anyone is running that place. HEB on shary has never given me this issue, even just the other day.

Great customer service and the groceries always have great prices. I especially like those HEB coupons that help you save. If I could change anything it would be the produce section because sometimes the produce is not as fresh.

Lots of specials. Shop here often. Food is always fresh. Especially meats. Dont forget-store south of conway closes south doors around 9:30. North side doors stay open.

Most of the staff I encountered offered to help in some way... Good variety of groceries when you dont need specialty items... They have all the basics - bakery, produce, flowers and balloons, deli, seafood, sushi, meat, Mexican cream and cheese, barbacoa and freshly made corn tortillas on the weekend, pharmacy, and even a wine section.. They have good coupon deals often and competitive pricing daily... Always clean and well-organized...

It has a lot of different foods you will not find at Wal-Mart, or other places! Fresh sea foods and they make there own sushi right there in front of you! It is just a good experience!

With the chaos going around they were organized the line was long but we still managed to get toilet paper and water thank you HEB.....

Was able to buy water today thankx, but shouldnt allow people to take alot of toliet paper at one time. Their was a lady that filled shopping cart high with toliet paper. At HEB 495 and Conway mission tx

Local grocery. Store too large and not always a motorized cart. Has a handy gas area for cars. It would be nice to have a deli section.

Typical grocery store that has controlling interest in the area. Needs more competition to keep prices fair.

Awesome customer service walking every clean .. I walked through the aisles and everything was clean straighten up perfect and the workers from HEB every single one that I passed a big smile and said good morning job HEB keep it up 👍💯

HEB is my grocery shopping place.. I go there every 2 days..

I thought this was going to be a good place to shop. What is the use of having 15 items or less lanes, if every one has a full cart of groceries in it checking out?? Ridiculous. The cashiers should have them go to another lane. Or take the signs down. I will change stores Thanks, but, no thanks.

I am a Second Generation H.E.B. customer...it is a highly acclaimed go to place for my household supplies....as for me and my house?...we recommend H.E.B.!

They had lines and some woman came by our lane we only had a few items each. She proceeded to shuffle our items forward and boom she drops the one onion I had deemed awesome. So she says its fine nothing happened to it or if you like I can get you another one. No I dont want your help or onion anymore. OMG since she butted in she should have sent for another onion not asked if I wanted another one. She took the liberty of butting in she should have taken the same liberty go get me one.

Very poor customer service, instead of giving refund or credit card, send to get what I needed and told to do the credit at register, took half hour for cashier and manager to resolve my issue,

Love this HEB everyone is so nice & helpful. This is the only store I can find my beer (Bud Ice). They keep the store clean & always have great deals and sales.

Massive store that had just about everything! Was there looking for a few select items(one being an item I didnt expect to find) ...but was pleasantly surprised that they carried piloncillo. I had to ask where to find it, the helpful H-E-B Associate knew right where it was and lead me directly to it.When in Pharr, H-E-B is where Ill always shop for groceries!
