Staff are always friendly and helpful! The garden center always has seasonal stuff to keep your yard looking good. Just wish they had more selection. Atmosphere is always clean and inviting.

The cashier was very kind and helpful, but it was like pulling teeth to get help with what I needed. The cashier called 3 times for help and I finally went to the customer service desk for the help I needed. Yesterday the help never came and I had to load up the heavy purchases alone . I am 76 years old with arthritis in my hands and I really needed help! I hope something can be done to fix their problem!

Its good, but I wish it has more stuff. You will find enough things to get any basic garden work done. But do not get too creative here because they will lack of special items.

Everything is fine they have the product you looking perfect the only thing is when you some associate to help you nobody is there when you needed them and you have to go to customer service desk and wait to call somebody ... uuuuffff

Garden Department customer service is the best sorry I cannot say the same about the inside of the store.

Very poor customers service. The lady at the garden center was very RUDE. It seem like she didnt want to be there. I wanted some information & help with some flowers but no help whatsoever. Early Sunday morning!! If people dont want to work, there is plenty of people that need a job. Left very disappointed

I mostly go for plants and they have a bad selection of plants for the RGV. Most of their plants will die in valley weather. They need to shift to buying plants that do well in the area.
