I went there today, the person at the cash register was friendly, the only con for me was my fault not GameStop’s, i was looking for lego marvel avengers, they had lego marvel super hero’s, i got them mixed up so it’s my fault and I ended up getting Lego marvel super hero’s (which was city in peril)I recommend this GameStopJust don’t act like me and mix up game titles

My 10-year-old had a limited budget and wanted a specific game so we tried GameStop. That experience was as expected. But the clerk went beyond the call of duty (ha!) to give me advice about VR headsets and games. Much appreciated.

Employees dont pull stock when you buy items online so they sell your purchases in store or they buy the product themselves and cancel your order.

This location was not busy nor did I have to wait in a long line. The service was great! I got greeted as soon as I entered the store. What a pleasant experience!!! Excellent service with a smile! 😁

The website/app says all games are unavailable for pickup, yet I called the store and they have it. Was told the only way I can get my game is online, neither the app or website will not let me purchase because it says out of stock. The person on phone told me to keep trying and there was nothing they could do to help. I dont see the purpose of keeping a business open if they arent doing any business...anyways Ill just order and pick it up from bestbuy

This is the very best place for all your gaming needs. I will not buy my games anywhere else. The staff is SUPER knowledgeable and can provide great recommendations. Seriously the staff is so helpful and friendly. Seeing my small children they are sure to always point out when I am buying an M17 game (those games for me). They sell new and used games making gaming affordable.

Never have issues with this store. They pick up each time I call. Answer all of my questions while sounding confident. I always ask in advance if they are doing midnight releases. The midnight release depends on how many pre-orders there are for that certain game. Store is always clean. Staff is great. No complaints as of yet. 👌

Within literally one minute I had to say Im just looking. The associate would not stop asking me questions. I just wanted to browse a little. I did not want to discuss my typical buying habits.

They had a somewhat rare game I was looking for and put a hold on it for me. I came in 2 days later and they all had it for me. Great customer service. I dont shop at GameStop ever as I dont agree with their business model, but they have good service and thats enough to recommend this one for me.

The best place to get used and new games if you need it today or dont want to order online. They run some good specials if youre a member.

The guy that works there made this experience very pleasant. I will go here if I ever need any video games in the future.

I wish i could give this place less than 1 star. I pre-ordered some collectibles and checked in on the store on the release date posted for the collectibles. One worker said they hadnt come in yet and that the release date didnt necessarily mean that they would have them that day. Okay cool makes sense.Then i see several other store with them.I call back a few days later and nope still nothing, but i would be contacted as soon as they came in. A week and a half after the release date i figured surely they gotta be there or someone would know what was up. I walk in and see one of them on the shelf!!!!! Guess who never got a call?It took all 3 workers there to figure out where my figures were and when they would be coming in.

The place used be my home for gaming, but as the staff had changed for the worse, I have decided to go digital. Its a shame, because I would rather buy disks, but with the attitude of the people working here, it has just become easier to download, or order my games online.

GameStop is always a joy to go to . I buy a game every payday which is every 2 weeks so out of 2 years worth of paydays I have bought from GameStop all but a couple times and that was just because Walmart was closer and I was lazy lol

Worst place ever. I brought in a Nintendo 3ds that I bought at a freaking different gamestop here in the united states to trade in, and they didnt take it because of there being no tag on the back!!!! I hate this place! I saved this and five other games for this place and they didnt accept it!

Love the staff here. Im not a huge gamer, however I do like to play games I just dont know which one to buy but they always ask the right questions and sell me a game I love to play.

I came in asking for a gamecube controller (for the WiiU) and was told that they no longer sold gamecube controllers. When I pointed to the product hanging behind the staffmember he tried to play it off like this was a completely different product.... I suppose its better than one of the other locations where I was informed about this exciting new Link game coming out, but not by much....

First off I love GS. However, this store has lost my support. I recently moved to where this store was the closest to my house, and thought Id give it a shot. Pre-ordered Titanfall and was assured that they would have a midnight release. 11:45pm: I show up at the store and wait only to be surprised that they dont open at midnight. During the time I was waiting there were 15-20 people who gathered at the door. This is simply unacceptable. Ill be taking the extra 20 minutes to travel to the store at 97th and Quivira Rd.

Great store only problem is an employee seems to at best be indifferent to the customers at worst actively glares at them.

When i bought a game it didnt have the disk in the box
