If I can rate this zero stars I would! Bought tiles for a shower and specifically asked for the white color. I took a picture of the tiles and everything and told the man that was going to load it as well. Nacho ended up loading the GREY TILE. They loaded up into the truck upside down so we didn’t see the color and took it home. I didn’t notice the wrong color until the contractor started putting the tiles up.We then called the store and was put on hold for 30 MINUTES. Went to the store and nobody can help at all. Very poor management. They will not give credit for their own mistake. Having to pay more money for THEIR mistake.I do not recommend.

They have a mess in the pick up area, the last time I went I had to go up to three times to the pick up area just for a pedestal, because they kept giving me the wrong one. I had to go to the store and take a picture to the pedestal so that I could show it to the man in the pick up area. He couldnt find it with the code... they need to get organized!!!!!😤
