Excellent place for buying the dress for my daughter

Found the perfect crown for my wedding. I love it so much! My aunt got me the lazo and it was simply beautiful. They have everything you need for a wedding and quinceñera. I really do recommend this place. It has very beautiful dresses.

I love this place they help you with everything! I had got my quince dress here about 7 years ago when I lived in Texas and now I live in Nebraska and went back to go get my wedding dress here too! I highly recommend going to this place! They have a wide variety of dresses from quince, wedding, and special occasion dresses! They also have packets you could get with your dress so you get everything at one place instead of stressing to find everything that will match your dress at other stores! They also work with you on prices! I 100% recommend going!

I just want to say thank you princess bridal and to mention Amy she was the best to me since the start thank you so much for such amazing caring and super friendly service she gave me. I fell in love with my wedding dress which I was complimented constantly how beautiful it was with such delicate and beautiful design.

I was extremely disappointed with the way they handled my situation. I needed my bouquet on Friday because I was getting married on Saturday morning therefore, I went to pick it up at 4pm . In their website it states that the store was still open but when I arrived it was closed. They didn’t even bothered to call me to notify me they will be closing early. I checked on their site and it stated that they reopened at 10am . I then called at 10 am Saturday morning but no answer. I then reached out to them on fb and that’s when they finally responded . I received a call at 11:15 am 15 minutes before my wedding asking if I was going to pick it up . I told them that I was getting married in 15 minutes and they asked if I had someone to pick up my bouquet, I said no. They “NEVER” apologize for their error but never again will I give them business nor will I recommend this place.

The staff made mistake in my account. The owner want to charge more for the dress. He so rude not professional they has bad attitude and rise the voice. He never accept own mistake. I dont recommend the place .

Love it!!! My mom and I both bought our dresses here. Ended up going with a dress I had no idea I would love and all for a great price. I would for sure reccomend. I am from out of state and came here just to check them out. It was totally worth it!

Ive been to many bridal shops throughout the years and this place has the best selection of various Bridal designers, that arent found at many other places. Reasonable prices for beautiful gowns. They accept walk-ins and the staff there are super friendly! They also handle Quinceañera, Prom, Mother of the Bride, and other beautiful gowns and dresses.

This shop is your go-to shop for Quinceanera. They provided us with great packages to incorporate our theme. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

The staff was helpful, but I drove very far for my daughter only to be allowed to try on 3 dresses. How do you expect to sell? No reasonable customer can make a choice from 3 dresses and it’s common sense that you would want to try on a dress that you would potentially buy. I was advised to come back another day if my daughter wanted to try on more dresses. I never understood the “no pictures” policy either. It’s not like I’m stealing the dress. It would be free advertising for the business. Duh! Very antiquated thinking on the managements perspective.

First and last time I go! I had a problem with the sewing arrangements and the owners did not lend themselves to fix it after they looked at what the seamstress did with the dress! Find your seamstress apart! They have no service to their customers! They do not like to lose or take care of their prestige!
