Had appointment for Covid test to get results less than 24 hrs and I got there and they told me no that the only test they have it take 2-3 days so I was like ok after the end of the day I received a call from Walgreens automated call to let me know my Covid results were ready but didn’t give me the results so I call and the gentlemen. I spoke to was very rude telling me Walgreens don’t call customers…I told him if I didn’t receive have received call I wouldn’t had called to ask about the results very unprofessional last time I’ll ever go to the pharmacy on shary … if you want fast results don’t come to this Walgreens

They had a fast line at the pharmacy. Unfortunately they didnt have any M and M, almonds.. Tuff bag of candys to find. The lady in the front was real nice with her ACDC shirt..

Clean and well organized. Friendly staff. The refrigerated section was broken but seemed like it was just a today issue.Great Walgreens.

If I could give negative or zero stars I would, really bad costumer service they have, they should terminate two fat guys with glasses they dont know how to treat people, just stands In the register dont give the right change back, and let ladys work while they just stand in there. Never going to that place again.

The pharmacy is pretty good. Sometimes they do back up during the season but they always take the time to talk to the customer. We also stop by for some quick prints every now and then.

I have always had beyond excellent customer service. The entire staff; including the pharmacy department have always been courteous, attentive and always polite and helpful.

I moved back to RGV 2005 and have never noticed anyone on bad behavior. I am rather humorous I have never noticed anything but every employee in great behavior and ready, to assist me. I try to give them a smile even though my very painful ailment isalways at its highest mode. They have been able to explain my multitude of meds and very ready to assist me. I have stayed there all these years, with the other pharmacy moving in a bit closer might not deter me from purchasing at Sharyland Walgreens.

.Be careful here. I noticed being short changed a couple of times by the pharmist but it was rectified. He also would tell me insurance would not cover something and a quick call proved thst untrue. One day he did it with pain meds. I argued with him had it and other medicstions filled at another walgreens. Eventually went bsck and he said he was going to report me as a drug addict and who would they believe him or some old person. My doctor tried to speak to the pharmist, francis, and the guy threatened to have his medical license yanked. In the end the pharmist threatened to have me deported. I was born in LA. After years of going there i had to leave when i hit Francis. The new pharmacy i transfered to told me he called them and claimed I was a drug addict. I am not but i am elderly and terminally ill. Be careful if you go there. He is crazy.

I went for a promotion that appeared everywhere about a gift in the purchase of cosmetics and nobody in the store knew anything about that offer even though I showed them the poster they had there, terrible service
