Very disappointed with the way the Auto Care Center treated me. I first dropped off my truck at Walmart in Palmhurst, Tx. at 12:40, after an hour and a half of waiting at the store for it I was told that they were not going to do the work because the drain plug showed signs of tampering. I explained that the previous oil change was done at the other Mission Walmart store and the worker handed me a copy of the previous work order and told me to go figure it out with them.I arrived at the Shary rd. Walmart store and asked the mechanic for a manager. The assistant manager came out and as soon as I began to explain my situation to him, he started suggesting that I must have done something to the vehicle and that I was lying about it. I showed him that my vehicle was right at 3000 miles just like their windshield sticker recommended for the next oil change and that there was no reason for me to go anywhere else prior to that in a frustrated tone and asked for the manager again. Once the manager came out he took a mechanic out to finally chef book the vehicle and determined that the issue was not tampering but just a part of the gasket that squeezed out of the plug when it was screwed on and agreed to perform my oil change at their location. I was not moved ahead of the line ed green after i had already spent two and a half hours at this point just trying to assert that I was guilty of nothing. The actual manager was polite which made ir a little better but, when I was told that my vehicle was ready and at this point it was 4:30p.m. the clerk at the register was rude when I asked why there wasnt any notes stating the problem and that it was not my fault. I paid (full price) not even compensated for spending five hours for a mistake they made and drove home.When I got home, my vehicle was smoking and smelled like burnt oil. I opened the hood and noticed that they spilled oil all over my engine and manifold and that the oil was still dripping down to my driveway. This could have caught on fire and I could have been seriously injured. After all my troubles they didnt even try to do the work right or be safe about an oil spill all over my engine.I am very disappointed and hope that Walmart does something about it before a customer gets injured for their lack of professionalism.
Waited 40 mins to checkout; never got called when my car was finished. I wouldn’t expect anymore from Walmart; typical problems they’ll never fix..
I showed up at 5:45 and the guy said we’re closedNo vehicle in stalls and guys standing around.I said it is not 6 can you slide me in I need to be at an oil rig very early.The technician was very rude and said no
I just went there to check my tires. A mechanic who helped me was so kind and even he worked on my car after the hours. Id definitely go back if anything.

If I could give negative stars I would. The actual mechanics are okay but the people at the register are terrible. I called for information and they transferred me 2 times to themselves. And then put me on hold for 40 min. And then forgot to tell me my car was done with it’s oil change that took over 1 hr and a half. After I told them nicely that they probably should have told me the lady gave me attitude and said “ well we are busy with someone else”. Never once said sorry.
Worst tire shop ever me and my mom had a flat and they didn’t have our tire type so we asked them if there was any way they could change the flat with our spare they said yes but we would have to wait in a 3 hour line then we decided to do it our self and when we were done we asked them if they could just put some air in our spare and they sure but your going to have to get in line and wait the 3 hours just to put some air. Obviously these people don’t know how to triage cars the air and the spare would have taken less then 10 min it took us no time at all and they had no common sense I would suggest going somewhere else !!
I went for replacing tire.NO SHOWING UP WORK ORDER RECIPIENT FOR 25 MIN.Ive claimed it to other technician working there around and the handling service order staff came to me. She said She is attending other works order and need to wait 5 minute more just for taking the order. She looks like a government authority.VERY BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE ever SEEN in my 55 years experience.Please dont expect reasonable caring of customers service there.
Do not go to this Walmart only for groceries and stuff not for toys there’s no toys here
Waited 4 hrs to fix a flat, the tech was doing other things on purpose to take longer on my vehicle, after manager was called no one else could fix it eventhough other techs were there . Left with my flat tire!!!!! Nvr going back, takes forever and bought warranty for nothing .
Those Mexicans doesnt know a word in English. And they know nothing about fixing cars, how can they work there!?

Terrible service .... We arrived at 2 in the afternoon for the change of 2 tires and we left at 7:30 we were the last car being that cars had arrived after us. Bad attention, they told us it would take no more than two hours and we had 5 hours
