When it comes to having Quality Parts for the Vehicle, I would go to AutoZone cause the Parts will last for a long time plus it is always a better choice to get Lifetime Warranty parts like for example, Shocks, Starter, Alternator, Breaks. Waterpump among other things, just remember that getting Lifetime Warranty Items will cost more to buy them on the First time purchase. But after that you will no longer be charged to get the item replaced when its time to do the Maintenance that everyone has to do with their vehicles. Oh and make sure to have your vehicle information before going to get the part for your Car or Truck. Like Vehicle Make, Year, Engine and Model, that way they can look for the Correct parts that you need.

The staff at this Auto Zone were very professional, courteous and efficient. After battling with jump starting my vehicle I drove to Auto Zone in Mission. A staff member came out to check the battery and alternator and found the battery was bad. He also noticed that the battery was under warranty. Within fifteen minutes I was out of there with a new battery installed. I want to thank Auto Zone for the great service they provide and a special thank you to Cesar and Pedro for the customer service they displayed.

Best customer service from Janie Santana, and Pedro Galvan this two employees give you the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in any Auto Zone. I been to. I have been to Several store but this is the BEST ONE. First off im disabled and not able to lift very heavy things and I called this autozone and came across an employee named Ruben M, I said I’m not able to replace the battery cuz I’m not able to lift and he said just come and I’ll take care of it for you, and just like he said I showed up he already had the new battery ready to go and replaced it for me, Thank you Ruben M, very nice helpful and a people’s person thank you again god bless you.

There is no drought Auto Zone are top o the line in service and quality parts, but this time I just stopped to take a nap there. I took my meds with out and food so they knocked me out. Anyway Auto zone is in the top of their game when it comes to auto parts

The day i was there the associate was not in a friendly mood. He was like he did want to help me find a part for my explorer. When he went to get the part he huffed before walking away. If all the staff is like that, i am not going back there.

AutoZone is the best!At Any location that I’ve visited, I’ve always received the same excellent service from the guys working there. I’ve always been amazed by that warmth they greet you with. Whoever is in charge of that training is doing an EXCELLENT job.They are super clean, honest, friendly, seem to be enjoying their job. They send me emails reminding me that my tires need to be checked every two months or so and it is free! This is the place to go when it comes to tires.

Good place to get all your auto parts. Plus they have a great point system. I wish other retail stores would follow their lead!

We all know this place that is clean, well established and with good customer service. I did not give the 5 stars because things are NOT as they are made to be seen in the advertisements that tell you that you have your car and they help you to make a diagnosis of the fault that appears in your car whenever you see that they also sell you the parts you need . I can not say that they do not help you, on the contrary, but they are only willing to help if you need to change your battery or maybe a windshield wiper, that is, Very Minor things and it is not that one wants to make a change of make or brake pads, Of course not, but there are other things that could guide you and they dont know how to do it. So this place is fine to buy BASIC parts and accessories but nothing else.
