Terrible service. My battery died in the parking lot and I guess since I was not buying from them, they just watched me struggle outside even after I asked if someone could help me jump start my vehicle. I have been a long time Advanced customer but will not be returning anymore. Their employees kept walking in and out of the store and would just look at me and keep walking. I couldnt believe that I had to call someone to come give me a jump as I was parked right in front of an autoparts store! What an absolute embarrassment to customer service!

Staff was very helpful with finding the right part for my vehicle. They also assisted me with finding numerous additional accessories that I was looking for. Theyre the friendliest auto parts store Ive been to in this area.

Theyre slacking? They check engine light, they have you do it. They look bothered when they change battery or wiper blades. Prices are good though.

Professional staff. I found a generator there when we lost power a couple of weeks back. They walked me through how to use it. Im very appreciative of that. I will definitely go back for any automotive products I may need. Good people.

I was attended by Christian.Christian went beyond customer service and went outside to help me with my stop light issues. A co-worker came to help too.I want to thank Advance Auto Parts for having an employee that sets the gold standard for customer help. Advance is a lot like rest of there competition, great employees greet you when you come in door, and there auto parts are reasonable price.

Advance auto parts is the place to go for all your car needs.. I was help out by the gentleman on my review pictures, he helped me out with a busted alternator, easy peasy. They got everything your vehicle needs. If you order online they always have coupons to get lets say $40 of $100...which is freaking great

EXCELENT SERVICE AN GOOD PRICES...

This John individual told me (mind you a paying customer) that it was MY fault that he gave me the wrong part when I came back for an exchange. Yes.. The car parts specialist told me It was my fault and it was the last time he was exchanging anything for me. I bought a rotor for a 2007 cobalt, he didnt offer choices when selling me the part (which apparently they offer as 4 or 5 lug rotors) and gave me the wrong one. When I went back he told me the manager was going to give him crap because of my return, and that I shouldve known. OBVIOSULY an un-experienced customer isnt supposed to be the one avoiding mistakes when purchasing car parts. He was supposed to offer 4 or 5 lug and id I didnt know then I go back to check, and thank him for making aware of the 2 rotor options. TERRIBLE customer service for trying to scold me in front of other customers for his mistake. They should be better prepared since they have one job; give the customer the right part. Not only am I never buying from them, Im telling everyone I know to avoid them.

Clean store and friendly cashier. Needed some car wash shampoo and they had some here, although it was a bit pricey. Probably could have got it at Wal-Mart a few dollars cheaper, but this was closer.

They didbt change my optima, i had warantie, but i buy it at san antonio tx.Bad, very bad service!!!!

They did a diagnostic on my car and helped me figure out exactly what was wrong. I bought the parts cheap and had a mechanic friend put em on. This place is 👍
