A year ago I wanted to install a new carpet and wood floor in my house. A professional person came to my house to measure the area for the wood floor and also measured my carpet area. Due to my financial budget I decided to just do my wood floor first. I knew exactly the square footage of my carpet area because I saw the measurement on paper. Now, that I have the funds, I want to buy the carpet of my choice and ready to purchase it in cash, but the guy who was helping me said that he has to send another professional to measure my carpet footage again. I don’t understand why somebody has to come and measure it again because I know exactly the square carpet footage without a doubt. I want to buy it now before the promo ends November 3rd, but he insisted that it needs to be measured again and he said it will take weeks. Can you believe that?What’s the difference, MY HOUSE HASN’T GROWN IN SIZE!!! Does this make sense at all? I will take full responsibility if the measurement is off. I just want to buy it now but he flatly refused my purchase!

I love shopping there. This is the place I really injoy. The only thing really bad is some of the manager and employees are still rude and they do not help your customers. Last time I went there I needed assistance to in finding a item stapler.There was many employees just standing and talking joking around. One young lady cashiers called in the intercom 4 times that a customer needed assistance. No one showed up.I spoke to a manager and he didnt even try sending an employee nor himself to help me. I later got a employee to help me which he was a great help. It was once you asked for help someone will help you or find someone to help the customer. Those years are gone I guess.

Probably the worst Home Depot in the Valley. Asked for help like about twenty times and no one showed up had to leave and go some place else!

Everybody’s reviews are based on their experience could be different and this one is mine. They always have what I am looking for, the employees are hard to find some times but after walking all over the place, you find help. Some will guide you and some will redirect you for a better option. I liked that you can find some deals once in a while if you know how to look around and shop for the right items

I gave one star to this store for appalling customer service. Went there with my elderly friend who needs to purchase a new toilet. We had questions about delivery and installation and there was seemingly no store employee around and if you try to get their attention they ignore you or looking annoyed that you’re flagging them down. We finally found a middle aged man named Jonas who tried to help but apparently lacked knowledge and seemed improperly trained to answer basic questions. He had to ask his coworker or supervisor, a woman who lacked customer service skills and seemed more annoyed with him for asking her to help him. We finally left in disappointment and frustration. We thought about asking to speak with the store manager but ultimately decided not to because we figured he’s probably part of the problem since the culture of the store starts from the top. Would definitely not be shopping at this location again.

Weve been opening up a restaurant so we have been depending on Home Depot for all of building supplies. Not only for building supplies be t also the extras we needed to open like batteries, plug connections, light bulbs. Home depot definitely has a great selection of tools and materials to build just about anything.

The store is huge and it was my first time there. I walked almost the whole store trying to find a tarp without asking for help. There were alot of employees but everyone looked very busy. I still give it a five star because two employees stopped what they were doing to help me out.

This is the worst place to buy anything I requested to speak to the manager identified to me by the assistant manager as Ciro Cardoza whom he said was on a lunch break .. That’s some lunch break... This is the leader of that operation .. poor customer service on his part. Only the young lady that handled the cancellation was appropriate. I will never purchase anything there again and I will tell everyone about this terrible experience.. These people make you wait months for an appliance and then treat you very poorly. Never again.Update Mr Cardoza did call at 4:30 pm but after a few hours of waiting on hold etc and getting nowhere.. I had already returned the items and purchased them from bestbuy.

I am a 65 year old female Winter Texan. I have been shopping at the Home Depot on Sharyn in Mission, Texas for 14 years.After the cold spell hit recently we had a break in our pvc water line going to our Trailer. I took the broken part off and went to my Home Depot. I went to plumbing and was asked by Gil right away if I needed help.He showed me the parts I needed even the Teflon tape to replace it with steel parts.Then he said I would need to take the old parts apart. Since I had used plumbers glue on them before I couldnt even get them to turn. So he worked with it for a bit with 2 pipe wrenches. Then he said Lets go to the tool shop Charlie stepped in and both he and Gil worked with taking my problem apart. Took a bit. I was so happy. I offered to pay them. They said they were not allowed to take tips. So I highly recommend going to Home Depot and if you need plumbing help, see Gil or Charlie.

Went to purchase a new washer and dryer. We had to take the display for both washer/dryer. We have not had any issues with the washer and dryer. We only wished that home depot had the inventory at the store. So we wouldnt had the need to take the display. However other than that the washer and dryer work perfectly. The person that helped us was very nice.

Helpful staff and place was pretty clean. They werent understaffed. Parking lot was clean. They have no parking signs on the loading dock with some chains attached to poles to direct the traffic in there. Its well organized and you cant go wrong with it. I would highly recommend.

Most of the workers keep talking instead of working. Had 3 workers not find a product, then an old man overheard what I was looking for and he found it for me.

I always notice the American Flag on top at center. Hopefully it has been replaced, I did mention it to 3 Home Depot employees.

Great service and selling generators like crazy!

Came on a Friday night to buy our Christmas tree at the garden center. It was 6:50 and no one asked us if we wanted help. We were in the process of purchasing it and they close the gates knowing we came in through there. They told us we would have to walk across the store to get a cart then pick up the tree and then go to the other side of the store of pay for it. We had two kids with us. It was just super inconvenient and no staff seemed to care or want to help.

They usually have what im looking for but they usually run out of some Milwaukee brand items. Other than that great place to get supplies.

The customer service is NOT good at all, very unknowledgeable! I asked several employees for a drill bit, they all stated they would call another employee to help me, and seemed to be in a rush to walk away.Then, I actually found 3 employees talking amongst themselves, they seemed upset when I asked them for the drill bit, one also stated that there should be an employee by one of the two isles he recommended me to go look instead of helping me.NOT GOOD!

Order online is no good I ordered WEEKS ago and they said its all there but talk to another person at cooperate says no its not I get emails that item is on back order after I get the email that its all there and talking to someone on the phone a few days before that I will not be shopping online at home depot anymore be lucky if I even step foot in the store the associates on the floor know what their talking about with I could say the same for people at the service desk I think one time out of four online orders went smooth was curbside pickup but the curbside parking spots were blocked off doenst make any sense either maybe the employees just didnt want to do it

I absolutely despise this location. The store is ALWAYS a disaster, there are ultra long lines and registers closed as employees walk around aimlessly. Products are almost never stocked properly. Managers should be terminated for running such a boat. The only reason this place is in business is because its the only one to go to thats close. Shameful.
