In March, there was a problem with the touchscreen of the Allen&Heath Qu32 mixer in our church. I thought we would spend hundreds of money replacing the touchscreen. To my surprise, Scott David,owner/repair specialist of Repair DJ Gear, instructed me to do the calibration of the touchscreen before I dropped it off at his store. I followed his introduction to do the calibration, and it did work. Now the touchscreen can function very well, and our church doesnt spend a penny. We really thank Scott for his kindness and help. Repair DJ Gear did a great job of repairing my Numark NS7 turntable controller. They listened carefully to all of my concerns. They fixed everything that needed fixing, and they took the time to test the device and make sure everything was working properly. Very thorough. I also like that I was able to drop off and pick up the device locally at their office instead of paying expensive shipping costs.

Fixed my DJ controller very quickly but efficiently. Explained everything and was great throughout the whole ordeal.

When some red wine was spilled onto my Traktor Kontrol S4, I panicked. I run a Wedding/Event business and can’t really afford to purchase a new board, but I have to have one that works for these upcoming gigs. The manufacturer doesn’t care and wants you to purchase a new one. Then I found Scott online. He answered my call and was friendly and helpful. He quoted me a very affordable repair price. I quickly picked up my board and sent it over. He quickly got to my repair and let me know the damage was worse than I expected, so he did extra cleaning to ensure I don’t have any problems. After it was all said and done, he shipped it back to me in time for my gig. UPS had some setbacks and I had to end up renting one for my gig but Scott got me a refund for my shipping and it’s not his fault so I completely stand behind and recommend Repair DJ Gear! What an amazing service in this world where manufacturers just want you to buy a new one, not get it repaired. You rock Scott!

I had an old Hi-fi from 1960 my grandmother gave me. He was able to come out right away, assess the issue and turn around getting it working again rather quickly. Top notch work, very professional and knowledgeable.

My Traktor S8 was experiencing sporadic power issues and after research it seemed my options were to either send it to NI in Germany or to Repair Dj Gear. I opted to send it to a local business first. Scott at Repair Dj Gear kept me up to date throughout the repair process, even taking care of a faulty 3.5mm headphone jack I forgot to mention in the original repair order! Scott also discovered that my faders were unsurprisingly on their way out as well and after clearing the repair with me he replaced them with new ones that are as smooth as butter! After it was shipped back I had some issues with the mixer portion powering on and after some helpful guidance from Scott we discovered usps had jostled it around enough to disconnect an internal cable! After popping it back in all the way it works better than ever! I highly recommend working with Repair Dj Gear and Scott!Thank you again Scott!

This was the best experience ever! I had a set of high end, home, speakers that were about 10 years old. One of the speakers blew and I couldnt find a replacement. I thought I would have to spend over $2,500 for another set until I found Repair DJ Gear. The speaker was fixed for under $100. Saved a ton of money and I get to keep my old speakers, which kick butt over the new crappy speakers on the market.

Scott was quick to analyze the problem with my electric piano and provided a solution. When I felt the spring action on my keyboard was too much, he readily came and made the proper adjustments. Great job!

It has now been 3 weeks since I ordered a new USB port for my Traktor S4, I still do not have the part. They gave me a tracking number yesterday and shows that the package has not yet shipped only that a shipping label was created. I checked the shipping label and they put the address on without my apartment number (which was included on the invoice I had from when I purchased the part). I have been clear of the importance that I receive this part in a timely manner from the start. Scott said he would give me an update at 10am today, he did not give me any such update I emailed asking for one and have yet to hear back. I would recommend going elsewhere if you need something for your controllers. I will never use DJ Repair Gear again nor recommend it.

Responded on Facebook within the hour. Had a pair oof jog wheel covers for an S2/S4 which are near impossible to find! Very nice to deal with and shipped the same day. Thanks again Scott.

I love this service! RDG totally saved my butt! In working with electronic DJ gear, things are bound to break overtime. Instead of sending the unit into Pioneer or Traktor or Numark, RDG is the best avenue to go. They were able to fix my unit within a few days of dropping it off, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. If you were to send it into the manufacturer, it would take weeks, if not months, to get your unit back from them and you would have to deal with shipping and handling charges. RDG was efficient and very reasonably priced. I dont know what I would do without a service like RDG near me!
