Worst car repair ever a ripoff, paid $1600.00 cash upfront for vw transmission repair which he promised to be done in a week, after 3 months long my van was not repaired properly, did not receive an invoice along with few dents on my van. He is not an honest man, biggest liar I’ve ever seen

Horrible serviceCame in to get my check engine light fixed once I picked it up it was fine than and popped up again the next day. I came in two day after that and took it from them to “fix” the problem they supposedly “fixed” went back to the shop to again have them “fix” it. They said they “fixed” the problem and the next day it popped up again they never ended up fixing nor retuning my $300 plus money I paid them.

I have an old 1991 Previa and the sliding door came off hinges. They got the part used and it was fixed within a few hours of it breaking. I could see them working on it, there were 3 of them working together too fix it. Awesome job. Cost me $120 for part and $80 for labor oh and they fixed a tail light that was out for free.

I have known and used G&A for over twelve years. Theyve repaired my motorcycle, Porsche 996, Benz S55, Land Rover, Ford truck and my Dodge Durango.Literally the only shop that Ive come across in OC that doesnt get you to repair unnecessary things.Honest, Integrity based, and Friendly.Youll always go back. Ive been going to this shop almost exclusively since 2011. They are affordable, friendly and professional. Guillermo(owner) is a Master Mechanic who will take care of any problem and will answer a y question honestly. I will continue to go to his shop got as long as I have a vehicle.
