Normally I receive the best service at this store. The workers are always so helpful and really take their time to make sure you find what you need which is why I return here time and time again. Never did I think that the gentleman (not the owner) would charge me randomly for items that I did not purchase. I have never checked my receipts because I trust this company so much but I guess I should have. I purchased 5 boxes of hair dye, 4 earrings, 1 pack of gloves and a hat which should have been around $66, but as I was throwing away the bags from the store, I noticed the receipt and there was a charge for a full $10 more. I am disappointed and hope that this is not a common practice at this store.

Hey I love this store excellent customer service from the owner to the employees.. very helpful and the young lady tee tee who does my wigs .. trust me you will not leave this store empty handed nor unsatisfied… love love love

Went to the beauty supply store the other day while visiting friends in town. I needed a quick style for my evening out with them. Went in there just to purchase some hair extensions but ended up being helped by a young lady named Candie. This young lady was so nice and pleasant. She assisted me with choosing a wig instead as I was undecided on what I wanted to do on such little time and was able to install the lacefront wig on the spot for a very affordable price. Her personality was amazing the entire time and when she was done, I was surprised with how amazing my hair turned out. Not only was my hair flawless but she saved me lots of time by installing it there. Whenever I am in town, I will be back to this place not only because of the supplies but the great service I received from Candie. I love my hair. And she will definitely make you feel like a queen walking out. My day was amazing after meeting her. All smiles.

Great product selections, great prices, and very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. My new spot for beauty products. I highly recommend this place.

I came here for a wig install and Candie and TT were very friendly, professional and took their time installing my wig. I will definitely be coming back here. Good customer service is so hard to find I’m glad I found this place!

Awesome beauty supply store. This store is stocked perfectly with every product you can imagine! A wide variety of hair brands and products are available. And I love how CLEAN it is. Cleanliness is so important to me and I really hope they maintain that standard. The service was very friendly as well. Very clean and organized store with lots of hair options. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful in assisting my friends and I yesterday. They took the time to actually converse with us and recommended products/oils for our needs.Would highly recommend. Its a 16 mile drive for me but Id go back in a heartbeat.

According to the owner, the store just opened recently but WOW! This was the nicest, CLEANEST, most well-stocked beauty supply store that I have ever been to (and Im from Atlanta so thats saying a lot!)! The man at the register was very kind, and also very knowledgeable. He knows the products by name, provided excellent customer service and I found what I needed very easily (and some things I didnt even need but decided to buy anyways). Will definitely be returning!
