Horrible experience with patio door project with Home Depot. NEVER DO IT. We went with Home Depot thinking they were gonna take care of it and be responsible. We paid a 4K door custom design, only to leave a gap in the floor with the new door installed. Home Depot claims that they are not responsible and we gotta figure it out on our own. Along with the condition of the door when it arrived, the door knob had a scratch on it, the door had stains you can’t wipe off. Even the installer mentioned that when he picked up the door it was left outside in the rain and he had to personally wipe it off himself. The top part of the door was also installed off. Too many problems with this door. Very dissapointed. Terrible measuring skills, terrible customer skills, terrible communication between Home Depot, vendor, and customers.

DIY Grand Central. I spent more time talking to friends and neighbors, than shopping. Very busy. It felt like the entire community was just out and going to Home Depot. Cant wait to go back. Oh yea, well stocked shelves. Found everything I needed. Plenty hand sanitizer and wipes available.

This home depot are always busy. There is another home improvement super store, Lowe’s, about 1 mile away. But I always come here.They have curb side pickup service. However it was not speedy, I waited for like 20 min but nobody shows up. Eventually I have to go inside and pickup my purchase anyway. I figured out that they used the return staffs to do the same job. So when they are busy helping with other customers, you will have to wait. I think if I buy in store I have to wait long line for check out anyway.

It took a long time to get assistance. Manager assured assistance, and ended up walking through the store and ask different employees to help who had no knowledge about specific products. Finally received assistance, however, do no expect to wander in the store when there should be sufficient, knowledgeable assistants thank can provide help.

They are great ! We always find what we need. Its well organize and they are always so helpful !

Is home Depot has definitely gotten better over the years, I would say about a medium-sized store. Typically with everything that you would need, and usually has everything in stock on the shelves. The only one complaint, is they should severely expand their tool center, for a larger inventory, selection, and variety.

Always a fun place to go maybe if you have nothing in mind you will surely walk out with a few things paying for them of course.

Typical home Depot as you would expect. Not a fan that they rely too much on self checkout. Shouldnt have to wait in a long line to then check myself out. Hire cashiers. And make sure the staff assisting self checkout has some customer service skills.

To tell you the truth I prefer lowes,but home depot did give me free cement so Im giving them three snaps up!!

Apparently people dont notice the signs posted in front of the parking space for curbside pickup. When I arrived there were more cars without anyone inside then there were for pickups. As I was waiting, other customers came and left their cars to walk into the store as well. Also, it took close to 20 minutes for someone to bring out my order, even though I checked in when I arrived. I thought it would be quick and efficient, but my experience was completely the opposite.

Always busy. I dont like that You go in one side and come out the other side which is a mile away from the side you came in. Lol

Went today for an air conditioner - their website shows the one I want, on arrival they didnt have that brand in stock - only online. Two weeks till delivery. I am disappointed that I was expecting instant gratification.

Typical home Depot. Helpful staff with items in the wrong bin! Always check a product against the bin label. Lazy customers dont care and dont pay attention so they pull a product from one bin and then stuff into a different bin if they dont want it.

No room to even push a cart for 2 customers, have to take turns to wait on each other because of the Loads of merchandise lined up in the middle of walkway lanes. Not sure how they pass a fire inspection in case of emergencies?

Horrible delivery service. Will never ever use there delivery service again. They were supposed to be here today between 6am to 8am and we still have no doors now they are saying they had truck issues and they rescheduled for May 3rd with no phone call or anything. Very unprofessional on there part.

I dont know the gentlemans name in the paint department. He is the definition of customer service. Great sense of what the customer needs and very friendly. Home depot has a good person!!!

Help is not available. You have to track people down. Items location and inventory incorrectly identified in the app. For this location. Generally, service is poor.

This is the Home Depot in Eastvale. I love this location. Clean, easy parking and always stocked!! If you cant find cleaning supplies or masks or gloves go to this location!! They are always helpful.

Some of the staff are extremely helpful I found a couple of staff members that dont want to give you the time of day

My brother is putting up a chain link fence for me here in riverside. He lives in Huntington beach. He ordered our materials on line and spoke with a store rep to finalize order. Ceaser helped my brother with our on line in store pickup. All I had to do was go in and pay. Ceaser and Rita helped me with my purchase and I have to express my gratitude for their help. Great customer service skills. Thanks guys. Doing a great job. 👏👏👏

Attempted to place a door on order since early December, never happened. Lots of trips to the store and phone calls, always giving me poor answers, saying their suppliers would not reply to their emails with their quote requests. Later they said they would look at other options and other providers for me, again weeks went by and nothing ever happened.I gave up on them. I now have a beautiful door mounted and complete by another company. Will never attempt to use Home Depot again for home improvement projects, horrible service. They wasted 5 weeks of my time with no follow ups of any type, very incompetent and irresponsible folks in your door department!

So sad wont be back. I just walk out.

HD always got what you need for home repair and more. I was looking for some Zevo. Went to 4 other stores before deciding to try HD. They had several varieties. Also had an excellent selection of yard plants.

Home depot USED to be a place where each section had someone who knew their stuff. X plumbers in that section, retired electricians in that section etc. But now? Forget it.Was looking for an ac step up converter, or transformer from 120 to 220. The lady in that section went to Google it! I already did that.I KNOW Im dumb, but dang she beat me hands down.

Its a quite busy store in the area. Many goods are short or out on the shelf. Dont see anyone work in garden sections while we look around there for 15 minutes.

The young lady that helped me was very cordial and understanding but I ordered curbside service and when I arrived the link wouldnt send that I arrived at the store so I had to wait 20 minutes until a young lady came out with someone elses order and then she brought my order out....There wasnt even a number for me to call to let them know that I had arrived...since their link wasnt working 😖

Paint dept was excellent and had our order ready within minutes! Line looked long to check out but really moved fast. Visted to get a few things and return a defective items. Gaby at the return desk was very friendly and knowledgeable of the return process. She exchanged the defective item without hesitation. Only four stars as the most of the shelves were low on stock which is common at the Eastvale store. They have great staff but their ordering process needs improvement.

Is a salvage yard. The inventory on the website makes things easier. Aisles should be marked better.

Always like going to home depot as people are willing to actually help you. This location is the same.

Called ahead to see if any Citronella plants were available for purchase and after a couple phone transfers across the store I was told that not only citronella plants but all plants at the store are called for and that only orders are available for next week as the soonest. Guess I have to go somewhere else to buy plants this week.

I really love this store, I have been coming here for more than 10 years and each time I always find what I am looking for. The store has been hiring a lot young employees some of them are very nice, but most of the young employees need a lot more training about customer service and knowledge about the products and projects. Also it has been very difficult to find an employee for help, the same staff (older employees) are always helping customers and they look very tired.

Asked for help with some items and one of the employees was very nice in helping me find exactly what I needed.

I really like this one . It’s one of the newer ones in the area and it’s well-kept up. This Home Depot is very convenient because it’s next to gas station, target, Vons .

Had a bad experience with a customer reps at the online pick up department. Chris, the Store assistant Manager completely made things right and resolved the issue. As a person who is in the hospitality business, he went above and beyond to make a regular customer happy. Great job Chris and I thank you for having those managerial skills at its best.

The store itself was fine but the line to checkout was ridiculous. With Covid they have a controlled line for customers but if you have employees ignoring the line people just stand there until directed to move forward through the self checkout area. Your employees should stop chatting and focus on getting customers through the lines.... Just saying
